Fantastic experience: My wife, Safina, had a booked a Same day appointment on 03/07/2025 at 9 PM with Dr. Godwin Afeeva. He was highly professional, helpful, and resolved the issue promptly. The receptionist, Ashta, was exceptionally friendly, warm, and welcoming. Nurse Dikshya was also very kind and accommodating. Thank you all for the excellent care.

I must say they have such an incredibly and professional staffs and the atmosphere was so calming and spotless. I really felt welcomed and relaxed. My appointment went on smoothly; the Doctor listened calmly and explained everything clearly and empathetically. Fantastic experience: I've had a cavity done a previous dentist and had so much pain after my operation. I went to see Baker Street Dental and I cannot share how solid they are. We did an emergency route canal an they fixed it right away. They explain everything very easily and are not pushy. What you will get with this practice are seasoned and I mean seasoned with a capital S Doctors and hygienists who know exactly what they are doing. It will come at a premium, but I couldn't speak higher of the work they do. I am incredibly happy with the work and recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday Whit Sunday and today Whit Monday, I had an epiphany: I now know what happiness is, it's an infected tooth that stops aching, thanks to Dr Juliana Brito and nurse Gonna. Visiting London as a French person, finding a dentist to extract my tooth on the spot during a Sunday holiday was a real miracle - I was not even hopping something so unexpected would exist when I found you on Google. Had an appointment immediately, just the time to cross London. I have one less tooth but I will have happiness in my life forever after this experience, great concept, thanks so much from back in France. I was super busy at work today, but tomorrow I will ask my health insurance which part of the feed they can take in charge, if you're interested I can let you know the answer.

Fantastic experience: I had a really great experience getting some dental work done by Dr. Antoaneta Day. She was super friendly and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which helped calm my nerves. The clinic is clean and modern, and it felt like I was in good hands. Definitely recommend her if you need any dental work!

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. Upon entering, I used the hand sanitizer provided at the front desk, as I always try to follow basic hygiene and safety protocols. To my surprise, the receptionist responded rudely, making an unnecessary comment about me using the sanitizer and treating me with visible irritation afterward. This kind of behavior felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. A receptionist is often the first point of contact and should reflect the values of the business—courtesy, respect, and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as every guest deserves to be treated with basic kindness, especially for something as simple and responsible as using hand sanitizer.

Negative experience: Called at 23pm, asked if they're open and being able to treat patient, I've been told tomorrow 09am earliest. So why they stating they're open 24/7...???!!!

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency wisdom tooth extraction with Dr Antoaneta Mandajieva, and I am pleased with her care. My tooth was in a difficult position, close to the joint of the jaw and the nerve. When I arrived, I was really on the edge, having not drunk or eaten for a while, super scared about the surgery, and I had a panic attack during the examination. Dr Mandajieva was fantastic. She did everything possible to calm me down, she explained every step of the surgery very well, and she was very patient in trying to overcome my fear. In the end, she removed my tooth in 30 minutes without any problem or complication. I will always be grateful for her care!

Negative experience: AVOID THIS PRACTICE. The staff onsite are friendly enough but the fees they are trying to charge seem grossly overpriced. I went in to have a simple bridge recemented and received a quote for £2,000. I was told this is “on the lower end” for this area which is absolutely not true. When I started to question the quote, because an actual surgical implant cost about this much, all of a sudden they could “reduce” the cost to cement a single tooth bridge down to £1,300-£1,400. Included in this quote was a £500 charge to clean TWO teeth even though they advertise £115 online for a scale and polish for ALL teeth. I was able to book the exact service I needed at another dentist in the same area for less than £200. HIGHLY recommend calling other dentists in the area BEFORE going to this place. UPDATE: Because I have posted a negative review, this practice had Cohen Davis Solicitors contact me to remove my Google Review, claiming defamation and malicious falsehood. This isn't the first time they have done this. Further reason to find another place.

Fantastic experience: Please know that I am using my boyfriend's Google account ... I am Sandra Antonucci, Dr. Antoaneta's patient ... but David is as thankful, grateful, and impressed, as me. In May of 2025, David and I visited London, and I took a tumble outside Buckingham Palace. The damage was face abrasions and a front tooth that, although in tact, was pushed down. After many hours at St. Thomas Hospital's Emergency Room, and with a lack of a dentist on staff, our hotel guided us to Baker Street Dental Clinic at 102 Baker Street. Dr. Antoaneta Day quickly calmed me down (the event was traumatizing and very scary), and she fully explained everything she planned to do after taking extensive x rays and photos. Her work was exemplary ... and, she took the time to explain each process before performing a bonding procedure. Please keep in mind, it was midnight. Late, and yet Dr. Antoaneta was professional, exemplary, knowledgeable, friendly, very calm, and extremely warm and kind. I walked out of her office with a tooth fully in tact, with invisible damage. The tooth looked like nothing happened to it! In addition, Dr. Antoaneta went above and beyond by booking a follow-up the next day, and she sent extensive notes, x rays, and photos to my dentist at home. Her care of adding every single detail to this report for my at-home dentist was extraordinary. She did much, much more than what was expected. In addition, Dr. Antoaneta went above and beyond every dental responsibility she had by taking care of my abrasions and reassuring me that scarring would not take place. She wrote down extremely helpful, and much needed, direction on how to care for the cuts along my mouth as well as those close to my eye. We live in Boston, where health care is world renowned. We know a good doctor when we experience one. My praise for Dr. Antoaneta, sincerely, knows no bounds. We know the best when we see the best ... and, Dr. Antoaneta is, simply, "The Best". She is amazing, and I would recommend her to anyone. In fact, we have given her name to, not only the hotel we were staying at, but also family members who make London their home. I felt cared for, safe, and provided for by, not only the Doctor, but also her wonderful staff who got me in to see her at a very late hour of the night ... Mavisha, Dikshya, and Sushuita ... from the bottom of my heart, thank you. You are an incredible team of amazing professionals who did everything possible to get me into the clinic. And, your warmth, guidance, reassurance, and your assistance with calling a taxi went above and beyond anything we've experienced before. Our trip was cut short, but we will be back to beautiful London. And, when we visit again, David and I will be sure to stop by Baker Street Dental and thank everyone in person for their incredible service, dedication, professionalism, and warmth. Negative experience: I booked a day in advance to see the dentist regarding an emergency broken tooth. I booked appointment for 10am and received confirmation via sms and email. I rescheduled my day travelled an hour and paid for transprt to ensure I was at my appointment on time. I arrived 10 minutes early and was told the dentist is "stuck on a train" and don't know when he will be in so to schedule for another day time. I asked if there was a different dentist and they said another one could see me at 10.45. After waiting an hour in the dingy reception with I asked why I haven't been called in yet. I was told it takes as long as it takes and they cannot predict when the dentist will be available. Staff are also rude and dismissive and appear they do not enjoy working there. This has cost me half a days work / time and around £100 in transport costs to which I go back with the same broken tooth. Absolutely unacceptable practice.

Fantastic experience: Professional and caring dentistry- I am very dental phobic and I was terrified by the prospect of having any work done by someone I don't know. I attended in severe pain after not being able to sleep for two days- definitely more expensive than my regular dentist, but then they couldn't do anything for me!! Just back and forth and medication, to the point where I lost hope. These people helped me get back to normal, painless wisdom extraction by Dr Boulis, he's very good at his job.

Fantastic experience: Antoaneta kindly helped me when I found myself in a pretty desperate situation. I was losing my lower teeth and needed a fast solution without resorting to a denture. She saw that a bridge might be the answer. She started the work the same week and within two months had skilfully fitted me with a new bridge. I am a nervous patient, both Antoaneta, her assistant Divine and the personnel of the clinic were very kind and created an atmosphere inducing relaxation. I felt I was in good hands. I knew Antoaneta’s big heart and great nature but had not experienced yet her skilful expertise as a dental surgeon.. It is nearly two years ago and I still feel grateful for the whole experience.

Negative experience: Tried to book an emergency appointment for this evening due to unpleasant and urgent dental pain and their online slots kept changing as I tried booking one. Got on the phone and the person who answered (I’m assuming the receptionist?) kept saying that I could not come in as all of the “appointments are booked”. What was basically unsaid but fully understood by me is that the dentist Dr Boulis who was supposed to be on duty today did not turn up. Perhaps due to low client volume today? Very professional clearly.

Negative experience: Can’t fault the phone staff who where able to organise an appointment quickly however the consultation fee is £45, which is quite steep just to be told that one tooth is broken. They then quoted £700 to fix the tooth, despite initially stating over the phone that it would cost £200. The practice itself isn’t well-maintained, and the reviews seem questionable, as many come from accounts with only one review. It’s better to check their Trustpilot page for a more reliable assessment which I wish I did before.

Fantastic experience: I visited this dental clinic two days before Christmas because I accidentally pulled out a filling from a root canal treatment. As a student, I initially thought the price was higher than expected, but after the treatment, I can confidently say the service was worth every penny. I chose this clinic because the remaining part of my tooth had significant decay and looked damaged. My previous dentist apparently didn’t clean all the decayed areas properly, which allowed the tooth to continue decaying unnoticed. Dr. Devanshi and her assistant did an excellent job. Dr. Devanshi is very calm and communicates clearly, which made me trust her completely. She explained what I might feel during the procedure, and her steady hands gave me great confidence. The refilling process here took about 20 minutes, which is notably longer than the 10 minutes it used to take with my previous dentist. However, I appreciated the thoroughness and attention to detail. It felt like they followed a much stricter and more careful procedure. At the end of the treatment, Dr. Devanshi adjusted the filling multiple times—drilling and refining 5-7 times—to ensure I was completely comfortable using my refilled tooth. She was incredibly patient, even when I couldn’t clearly describe what felt off. The result exceeded my expectations. The new filling not only feels more comfortable but also provides better support than my previous one. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this clinic to others.

Fantastic experience: Was seen on a Saturday, before Christmas, at 9:30pm. Incredible. When the NHS told me that my tooth which was getting bumped by a 24 hours old fresh filling was not an emergency (until I actually crack the one it’s bumping of course….) Everyone was so kind and efficient from reception to dentist and assistant. I’m a nervous patient, don’t like seeing new dentists, but an emergency is an emergency and they did what they needed to do. Didn’t try to upsell, charge me for unnecessary things, and the doctor was happy for the chipped edge to be left for my usual dentist. Really grateful, thank you! If I ever have another dental emergency, now I’ll know who to call right away :)

Fantastic experience: Dr Godwin Afeeva did a great job as I visited for an emergency on Sunday due to a really bad tooth ache. He explained the options and we decided to go for a root canal treatment and save the tooth. I am a nervous patient and haven’t been to the dentist in some time due to past experiences. What can I say ? In summary : 0 pain. Dr Afeeva is very experienced and I did not feel any discomfort or pain at any point and even after the treatment was completed, there was no side effect and everything was very smooth. The prices are on the high end side but you get what you pay for. If you want top dentists and peace of mind then you’ll be just fine going there. Edit: Went for stage 2 root canal treatment with Prof Francesco M. again great service, everything explained, high quality treatment, friendly and professional.

Negative experience: Stay away! They’re a bunch of crooks! Charged over £700 to stick a crown back on! Ended up with a £2000+ bill for a hour’s work! Their pricing makes no sense and the info on the website is designed to lure you in since it all looks so reasonable!!!!! Nasty!

Negative experience: I contacted the clinic for urgent appointment as I was in pain. The one star goes only to reception as the ladies responded quickly. I was seen by Dr Millet who literally disappointed me. She had no clue what tooth was causinge me the pain and she was offering me to do a repeat filling to a tooth which she was not sure it was the case and charge me 595£.Of course I denied to be treated because it's a pity to fool people with this incompetence and try to make money from that. By the end of the day I was diagnosed with something else minor than filling or root canal who that Dr insisted to promote.

Fantastic experience: I had quite a bad accident which knocked my front teeth out of place and completely snapped another off which exposed my nerve endings, so was in a lot of pain/ feeling very stressed. I managed to book an emergency appointment the next day which felt like a miracle with it being a Sunday. Dr Godwin was an absolute saviour, he talked me through all of the damage that was done and all of the processes that would need to be carried out to fix everything very thoroughly which made me feel reassured once I understood that I could be easily treated. Within two hours my teeth were fixed after undergoing a root canal, teeth realignment and a temporary tooth replacement with bonding. I felt beyond relieved walking out of the practice which I didn’t think was possible having woken up to my teeth being a complete mess, cannot recommend or thank you enough!!

Managed to get these replaced in the morning shortly after it happened with an emergency appointment and they have done such an amazing job. It was an expensive job for me, but I cant recommend them enough. Super friendly and professional team also who really know what they are doing. Thanks so much.

Fantastic experience: After a weekend of excruciating pain in my tooth, I made a very short notice appointment to see Dr Juliana. My options were a root canal or a tooth extraction - they presented the pros and cons as well costs for both clearly and I chose extraction. My tooth was not a simple extraction and required splitting the tooth in 3 pieces to pull.. knowing this I was very nervous going into the procedure but Dr Juliana made sure I had plenty of anaesthesia and was reassuring / explaining the process throughout. I’m usually skeptical when someone says that a dental procedure like this doesn’t hurt as I have had bad experiences in the past - but I really didn’t feel any pain at all from this quite complicated extraction. The nurses too were super friendly and helpful making sure I was comfortable and assisting the dentist. Fantastic experience: I've been treating my teeth with Dr. Godwin for two years now, and I can honestly say that I am amazed by the high level of professionalism I encounter every single time I enter the clinic. From the reception desk to the dental room, I always feel extremely supported, guided, and welcomed. There's never anything pleasant about a broken tooth, but if I were to recommend one place to get it fixed as soon as possible (and with as little hassle as possible), I would 100% recommend Baker Street Dental Clinic. I've had three root canals done so far, and if anything goes wrong with my teeth in the future, I certainly know where to go—10/10!

Fantastic experience: I would like to send a heart felt thank you to Dr Antoaneta and nurse Sabrina. They were both fantastic! I was in a lot of pain with a broken tooth that need extraction. I was so glad that this service was available to me. Booking was easy. On arrival all the staff were friendly and helpful. Dr Antoaneta was kind caring and totally professional. She explained everything and went ahead there and then with the extraction which was carried out painlessly. Both Dr Antoaneta and Sabrina worked quickly and efficiently and kept me comfortable at all times- perfect teamwork. They also went through the aftercare thoroughly ensuring complete recovery. Fantastic experience: I recently visited Dr. Antoaneta Mandajieva, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. I was quite nervous going in, especially given some less-than-ideal experiences with other dentists in the past. However, Dr. Mandajieva was incredibly comforting and patient, putting me at ease right away. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The quality of her work was exceptional, far exceeding my expectations.

Negative experience: 911 Dentist. No, not the emergency service, the car he probably drives! First of all, the experience was great. My 16 year old daughter required an emergency filling and we booked easily that day. The dentist was excellent, personable and professional. I was just shocked to be told the price of a small filling for a 16 year old was £585 (incl 2 x-rays). My daughter was in the chair, x-rays done and so little turning around! Excellent result but if you can, find somewhere cheaper!

Fantastic experience: Last evening, at 7:30 pm, I fell and broke my front tooth, causing heavy bleeding. My daughter promptly called the clinic and secured an appointment for me. Dr. M. Prebianchi attended to me and performed an excellent composite bonding procedure. After an hour and a half, it looked as if nothing had ever happened.

Fantastic experience: I called the urgency’s Number at 11 am today, Saturday 3 of August. At 12 I had already the appointment. DR GODWIN AFEEVA: extremely kind, clear and patient, he solved my problem (major rupture of a molar with an inflammation of the surrounding part) submitting me the different possible options with pros/cons and costs. Positive experience: Five stars in terms of service. Very good speed and quality. I removed my impacted wisdom tooth in this clinic. The surgeon is a highly skilled specialist and my wound heals quickly within a week. Three stars in terms of price. I understand why it cost me over a thousand quid. I got treated by a specialist in a private clinic in London for a complex oral surgery which is usually treated in hospitals. So I can't actually complain for the price but lesson learnt for me to get regular dental check-ups for my teeth in future.

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with my experience of Baker Street Dental. Dr Devanshi was very informative, clear, kind and did beautiful work. I had absolutely no pain after the injections wore off and this I think is a testament to her careful work. I am reassured that what I've been struggling with for some time, has now been treated very well.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Godwin worked a miracle! I saw him at 10pm for an emergency appointment as I was in awful pain. It was like a breath of fresh air meeting such a genuinely caring and highly intelligent dentist who after explaining through my full dental history (with X-ray images ) and thorough examination gave me two options. A root canal or extraction. Armed with this information I gave consent for an extraction. Dr. Godwin his assisting nurse worked very quickly and efficiently understanding that I was extremely nervous. He gave a generous amount local anaesthetic and in no time had this tooth extracted. He gave me clear instructions on after care and asked me to contact the clinic if any problems. It's been nearly 48 hours and no swelling or pain, only mild discomfort given I had surgery. If you're looking for a genuinely caring, kind and highly skilled dentist look no further. You have found him and you will be in safe hands.

Fantastic experience: I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service that Dr Boulis and the staff at Baker Street Clinic. I got a trauma with 2 front tooth broken, with the professionalism of Dr Boulis, he did a 2-hour urgent operation to help me fix back the tooth so I did not need to suffer the days that I could not eat. With the sincere care of Dr Boulis, he arranged a number of follow-up appointments to keep monitor my situation and he showed full support when we need to ask for documents for the claim to my insurance company. The staff in the clinic are all very nice and I was welcomed with warm smile every time when I visited. Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment today with Dr Godwin and Nurse Yasira, I travelled up from Kent as our local emergency dental provision is almost non-existent and Baker Street had brilliant recommendations. I'm terrified of dentists and I have to say I was put at ease throughout by the team and given a range of options with no pressure to go ahead with anything over and above some antibiotics. I nearly fainted during the explanation of treatments (no reflection on the dentist!) and I was very well looked after. I had an emergency stage 1 root canal and have to say it was totally painless and I could have easily fallen asleep having it done! The price reflects London clinics, and is at the steeper end of budgets, but to be honest, you get what you pay for, and I had no hesitation in parting with my cash for the superb service I received. I'm returning in a few weeks for my stage 2 treatment and am completely confident in the team! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Baker Street Dental for over 20 years - primarily under the care of Dr Boulis. The main reason? Trust. Firstly, I am a nervous patient and I know that Dr Boulis and all of his team will take the time and make the effort to communicate clearly, calmly and kindly at every stage of any treatment. Second: I have also never met a dentist anywhere else who not only gets excited by his work, but also takes such pride in it. Finally: The elephant in the room. Cost. Baker Street Dental is by no means a bargain basement outfit, but I have never felt I am being ripped off. The team are very good at communicating with and looking after their patients. Fantastic experience: I went for an emergency appointment on a bank holiday for my wisdom tooth since the pain was unbearable. Dr. Antoaneta was very kind and accommodating of explaining to me what had happened and what are the things that needs to be done. She removed two of my wisdom teeth for less than half an hour. The procedure was painless and she explains everything being done to me. Post op instructions was also very thorough and they also did a follow up check on me over the phone the next day. I will highly recommend, the staffs are all friendly and kind.
