Negative experience: I went to Blue Dental for having a simple bonding with Dr Hassan. The bonding fell off not one but three times over the course of 5 months, having to go back to the clinic over and over again. When l asked for a refund for the poor service, despite two emails and a call, l never received an answer. It's not only very poor service but also unprofessional. I recommend to stay away.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous and anxious as I had previously been to a dentist who was non empathetic and money driven. Dr Kaban Hassan and her assistant Jussarah made me feel 100% relaxed and very comfortable. Dr Hassan is a very kind, caring and empathetic dentist and I would highly recommend. Fantastic experience: Dr Hassan is incredible! She has shown me such empathy and kindness during my visits

Negative experience: genuinely really disappointed with my experience yesterday. I came in complaining of pain and was palmed off with antibiotics which I refused as I wasn't told why I was being prescribed them to then be told that I had no infection anyway so the antibiotics were unnecessary. Really contradictory information, blunt, rude and incredibly unhelpful. I left with more questions than answers. It felt pushy, like my appointment was an inconvenience and now will have to get a second opinion. Absolute waste of time.

Negative experience: Had bad toothache couple weeks ago and rang up hopeful to get an emergency treatment. Was answered by the most unhelpful receptionist who show no empathy at all. No suggestion of next available appointments available. I ended the call saying Thank You and would have expected a parting word or acknowledge my thanking her instead she just put down the phone without a single word. If she had been helpful, I would have had booked an.appointmenr to have teeth treatment in the near future.

Negative experience: I gave them 2 stars so people wouldn’t skip this because they think it’s heavily biased. Please read: Don’t go here. If you need dental work, do yourself a favour and do it yourself. The hygienist works on your mouth with the same gusto as Hannibal Lector having lunch. The receptionist is so unfriendly it makes you not want to show up (which to her credit, maybe she’s trying to save you the trouble). They miss major things in dental examination — like infections. My crown came off and they just glued it back on (like the 1800s). I had an infection and needed a root canal. I hope you’ve read this and I hope it’s not too late. Remember to floss.

Dr Otasevic was friendly and reassuring, and took time to explain and demonstrate every aspect of my treatment. The receptionists were also a pleasure to deal with.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kaban and her assistant are such lovely and empathetic practitioners. I have quite a crippling phobia of anything medical, resulting in me not seeking out dental treatment for over a decade. Both were extremely kind, patient, skilled and honest. I didn’t feel pressured into doing anything I didn’t want to do and they took the time to explain to me the nature of the treatments, go over costs, and answer any questions I had. They didn’t judge me for my anxiety nor the state of my teeth (judgemental practitioners have always been the root of my fears). if you are an anxious or neurodivergent person I can definitely recommend Dr Kaban, just be open and honest about your fears and she will 100% reassure you and make you glad you visited.

I went this morning for an extraction and it was quick, pain-free and felt like I had only been in the chair for 60 seconds before she advised that she had finished. Negative experience: STAY AWAY!!! I am not one to leave bad reviews, I also filed a complaint against the practice, they have not replied or even given an apology. Any person who has gone to this practice and has been happy with their services, please see other dentists and get other options because until I was in unbearable pain but continuously brushed aside I was also certain the my dentist was fine. They have caused me financial and emotional burden.... I now have to redo ALL the work that was done at this practice somewhere else. Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had an 1 hour peridontal appointment with Trincase the hygienist. He did an amazing and thorough job taking his time to carefully and gently clean every tooth, scaling and root planning. I felt the difference immediately such was the effort he put into the deep clean. I really haven’t had such an experience with a hygienist before and he is the now my go too. If your gum health worries you and needs treatment, I’d strongly suggest you use Trincasa. Thank you

One of their Dentists Dr JUDITH OTASEVIC is one of the best Dentists in this Country. Some disturbed women has a Personality Disorder and a Grudge and goes by the name JAN STOLARCZYK. Her review is full of lies , she may of had an uncomfortable experience however this has nothing to with JUDITH. This women has anger issues and is clearly disturbed. I suggest if you don't like Blue Dental then maybe take your mental issues elsewhere. I am a top 10% reviewer on the top SM sites . I can assure you this is about a personal grudge. Negative experience: The Dentist I saw on my visit, Judit Otasvic in August was very unprofessional and made inappropriate and racially driven comments to me about black women and hair. She also refused to take my plea to stop mid procedure as I was in discomfort and experiencing pain to the point I kept trying to get her off me but kept moving my hand out of the way THEN proceeded to tell me she’s seen on my records that I experience higher pain (because of health reasons) but she’s sure I was fine. I’ve contacted the surgery a couple of times and have been dismissed and ignored. The Dentist was instructed to call me directly instead to try and justify her actions but I hung up as I kept saying I wanted this dealt with professionally and with all the visibility via email correspondence. I will be making a formal complaint through the necessary bodies as soon as I get a moment but I’m leaving a review here in the meantime so people are mindful.

Positive experience: The practice is excellent and Dr Colman O'Gadhra is a superb practicioner, so 5 stars to the practice and customer service. Unfortunately, the various labs they use (NHS and Invisalign) have let me down a couple of times when making my products, which I know is not the direct fault of the practice, but has caused me quite a bit of inconvenience travelling back and forth and has extended my treatment time by about a month, so I've given 4 stars to the overall experience. Get with it lab people! You're letting your front line down! Also a shout out to Dr Trinca who always plays the coolest music when you're getting your teeth cleaned. Bob Dylan is the best!

Fantastic experience: I registered here as a new patient last september 2022 (Private). They were accomodating and the place is clean. My dentist is Dr Sri Ranganathan, and he is such an amazing dentist. He did my tooth extraction and my fillings. My daughter and partner are registered in this dental clinic as well. What I love about this place, especially my dentist. He explains everything thoroughly and gives you options. He works really fast especially with my tooth extraction.

Fantastic experience: The inside was clean and spacious. The dentist was easy to talk to and very accommodating. Provided that her next patient didn't turn up in the next 10 mins, she was willing to do my next appointment on the same day.

Fantastic experience: Once again a brilliant experience with the brilliant Hygienist today. Had also a whitening treatment for £75 which has made a big big difference.. I can’t recommend the hygienist enough, he goes above and beyond.

Negative experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist for a while, I had explained to the dentist that I was experiencing pain in one of my teeth and explained I was having aligner treatment. I was told by Dr Kaba that I have periodontitis and that my teeth are likely to fall out. This was of course a huge shock to me. I was told that I need to go and see the hygienist which I did, I booked the full works only to me told I do not have gum disease and that next time I don’t need to book such a long appointment and I should not listen to Dr. Kaba and would recommend I see a different dentist (his exact words) however I would not be able to get a refund - which I was confused about as there was nothing I needed a refund for but I did not think anything of it. At this point I am confused and called to get a copy of my notes from my previous appointment as the company I was doing my treatment with asked for this so that they could advise me on what I should do regarding continuing my treatment. I had to call several times just to get the notes emailed over with the receptionist constantly making errors in my email even though I spelled it out for her several times. During this time I had visited another dentist who reiterated what the hygienist at this practice told me (no gum disease). I was still waiting for the notes and would constantly call to speak to the dentist just to provide me with some clarification. I was constantly messed around by the receptionist saying that the dentist is busy and that she will call me back. Eventually I received a call from the manager who was extremely hostile from the onset claiming that I was calling for a refund because that is what the dentist had said, when I explained to him that I was not in fact calling for a refund and simply wanted clarification on the condition of my teeth he implied I was lying and that the notes said I wanted to know if my teeth had moved back and I was asking for a refund - this was clearly missing from the notes that were sent to me. This practice has been unhelpful and the manager is extremely unprofessional and behaved in an imbecilic manner. Would not recommend at this place at all.

Negative experience: I booked an appointment with them. They took £80 pounds from my account before having the appointment!!. I informed them that I would be running a bit late. I arrived at the place, and was informed I wouldn't be seen to. After being told I would still be seen to , and I should still make my way.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kaban Hasan is the best dentist I have ever had! I couldn’t recommend her any higher. Made the trip actually enjoyable which is rare for the dentist. If you get into this surgery consider yourself lucky.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Dr. Judith and her lovely Assistant Laura. They were super friendly and attentive, explained to me the curing proceedure in a detail and made sure I felt comfortable. Dr. Judith is super professional and gentle, she's done really nice job with putting new fillings and making sure my teeth look good. Laura was super helpful and professional and they were a great team together with Dr, Judith. I would deffinitely recommend Blue Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: Had a deep, periodontal clean as I had some damage due to decay & tartar and I had left it for years, thinking it was too late to have a healthy looking smile again, I was both terrified & dreading it, I have to say, my dentist did an incredible job and it was not a painful experience. 130 Pound and my teeth feel and look so much healthier, I will be going back in a week for whitening which is currently on a half price offer! Fantastic experience: So happy I was asked for feedback regarding my visit, I was going to email it in anyway, as I'm really happy to give this well deserved positive feedback. Judi and Laura gave amazing customer service and care. Both were very polite and warm in their manner. Fantastic experience: This was my frist time visiting l was 10 minutes late and the staff at the desk said that it was OK she will speak to the dentist for me which she did she came back and said have a seat l will be seen in 20 minutes and they did the dentist was very helpful she explained to me what l needed to do and what she will do for me until I'm able to afford the implant she also said that I could get a payment plan but she will check with her colleague and let me know at my next appointment

Fantastic experience: Coleman is the best dentist ever. Patient and very skilled, I would not swap him for anyone else. I am a nervous patient and he is the absolute best. It's a great practice all round :)

Positive experience: My dentist at this practice is fantastic, best one I've ever had - so much so that my whole family (three different addresses including me) attend. The practice itself has really improved over the last little while. Receptionists used to be surly and unsympathetic, no empathy with patients; however, that has also changed so no complaints now. It's a good practice.
