Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth - painfully and massively 4 weeks ago. Dr Coleman saw me that day and sorted me out a temporary filling with permanent materials explaining that the damage done had to settle down for 4 weeks. The temporary survived the waiting period with no pain. Then I saw my regular dentist Dr Lees for the treatment to be completed. Both dentists were absolutely first rate and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: A planned visit to the dentist is a great way to remind yourself what a coward you are. Yes I am one of those nervous patients all dentists must dread. Post treatment I return to normal and recall the reception staff always greet you with a smile and a cheery word or two, also wherever you cast your eyes throughout your visit you see a comfortable, unnerving, bright modern well equipped dental centre. Dr Michael Platten with all his Irish charm greets me and leads me to his surgery where his assistant Natasha puts you at ease with a smile. I have just had my final dental visit of 4 to have a crown fitted. I was introduced to the wonderful TRIOS Intraoral Scanner such an easy way to have numerous photos/impressions taken without all the gizmos placed uncomfortably in your mouth I admit not once throughout those four visits have I felt any pain not even a slight twinge. Michael’s Irish blarney works wonders along with supporting encouragement from Natasha with their kindness and patience. My six monthly hygienists visit to the lovely Kelly completed pain free. To Michael, Natasha and Kelly. Thank you all, you make a nervous patient feel at ease.

Fantastic experience: I went for my 6-month inspection this week. I was treated with the same kindness and helpfulness as usual. I value the expertise, guidance and experience of the dentist and hygienist. Both the dentist and hygienist were new to me but I was very impressed with their treatment nd character. They were a joy to know.

I was very nervous having to have this done but he immediately put me at ease and filled me with confidence by explaining the process in detail and delivering a first class result.

Fantastic experience: I dislike visiting dentists as I am an extremely nervous patient, but am afraid of losing my teeth so go whenever I am advised to. It is not the cheapest Dental practice, but the care and attention is always appreciated, and my dentist, Irina understands my fears and is happy to take things at my pace. She explains everything to me, before, during and after. I would be happy to recommend Guildhall, for this reason.

Fantastic experience: Dentist (Arti Taylor) i came to Arti after having 5 teeth out at an Emergency Denist in Cambridge i was in a bad way with a mouth full of Stitches.Arti pulled out the stitches and over a period of time she had helped me regain my Confidence in going to a Dentist. i had Radiation which loosened my teeth .Arti put a plan in place and over the last few months has dealt with any issues i have had . now my teeth are settling fown Arti also made me a Mouthguard as i needed one to stop grinding my teeth at night. Arti and her Assistany always make ne feel calm and have confidence in bring in the Dentist Chair all i can say is Arti and Guildhall Dentist are Brilliant

Fantastic experience: My first experience with Guildhall Dental Practice was as an emergency patient. The porcelain veneer on my front tooth had cracked and partially come off. To make matters worse, I had a very special holiday just eight short weeks away! Prior to this, I had not seen a dentist in eight years, owing to retiring and losing dental insurance, COVID, etc. The extremely professional staff at Guildhall took all this on board and proceeded to schedule a series of appointments to put everything right. Replacing old veneers is neither easy nor trivial, but Dr Tim Fildes was brilliant. His approach was thoroughly patient-centred, and he involved me at every stage of the complicated, multi-visit process. He was extremely gentle during the procedures and always explained every upcoming sensation and noise - which helped put me at ease. Needless to say, I am thrilled with the results, and Tim managed to complete the work with time to spare before my holiday - result! All the staff I encountered at Guildhall Dental were friendly and highly professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the practice to anyone.

I have found the Practise very friendly from the reception through to the Dentist and Hygienist My Dentist puts me at ease immediately I go into her surgery. Fantastic experience: Once a year, I have a check-up on my implants. I lost all my teeth several years ago and had implants put in during 2018. The dentist, Jo, explains everything that she is going to do so that I understand completely what is going on. She is very kind and patient with me. This year I had some Xrays done. There may be a time in the future that more work needs to be done around one of my implants. As I have a lot going on in my life at the moment, I ascertained if the situation was urgernt. We decided to defer this treatment for now. The reception staff are helpful, cheerful and polite. It is a relief to learn that I won't have to go elsewhere to have my implants maintained as I hurtle headlong into my dotage!

Fantastic experience: Having fallen out with my last Dentist I approached Guildhall with caution but was very pleased by their service. The dentist was charming and very calm explaining everything clearly to me. The Hygienist was very thorough and I enjoyed my experience.

Fantastic experience: I had a complicated case where I needed multiple implants where an infection had eroded bone so that there wasn't enough to support an implant. Peter Bujtar was amazing and, whilst explaining the difficulty, managed to achieve success after a combination of synthetic bone and a bone graft. Every stage was explained, monitored, scanned and options offered, with advice on cost. The final result is incredible and I couldn't be more satisfied. I would definitely highly recommend Peter and the Guildhall dental practice to anyone who needs quality treatment and care.

Fantastic experience: I developed an uncomfortable broken filling over the weekend so called in to Guildhall Dental shortly after 10am on Monday. I was offered an appointment with my usual dentist at 12.10pm and by 12.45pm was walking home thinking how good it is to have an annual plan with Guildhall Dental after a very satisfactory repair of the filling. Reading matter in waiting areas understandably no longer exists but the provision of good public WiFi with either no or very easily available passwords would enable better use of patients otherwise wasted time.

Fantastic experience: Staff always welcoming. The dental practice is very busy so book early to get an appointment. We (our family of 5) have been going to Guildhall Dental for many years now. We see Rebecca and have always found her to be a very good dentist. She is very gentle and explains any xrays she takes, and explains any work which needs doing in terminology that a non-medical person, like myself, can understand. Other people I see regularly are the hygenists who are also very friendly and thorough in their work. One of our daughters has very sensitive teeth but they manage her cleaning very well, thank you. I have had root canal work carried out very smoothly. Altogether we are all very happy with the way Guildhall Dental function. Would recommend them.

I have to come and see Polly every 3 months, and so having a good relationship that I can feel comfortable with is Important to me! I have had three appointments now: one check up, one hygienist appointment and one small filling for a chipped tooth and each appointment has actually been enjoyable! Everyone I’ve met has been so incredibly friendly and Abbie, my dentist, is honestly so lovely! She listened to the reasons why I hadn’t visited the dentist for so long with absolutely no judgement and made sure that she didn’t repeat any actions that make me nervous or uncomfortable. I cannot fault the team at all, they are all amazing! Would 100% recommend!
