Fantastic experience: I was refered to the Cape Road Dental Practice by my regular dentist. A tooth which had been long time problematic needed to come out. This was my first extraction and I was somewhat nervous, but Anna McDonagh put me at ease immediately and proceeded to take out the little rascal without any pain whatsoever. Anna gave me good instructions on how to look after the gap while it heals up, and now, 24 hours later I am comfortable. The building seemed nice and light with a good friendly feel. Recommended.

Fantastic experience: Visited the Cape Road Dental Practice on the 19 June 2025 and as usual the staff were very friendly and polite. Seen Lynn Millbourn the hygienist, who was very friendly and courteous, she asked me if I had any concerns regarding my teeth or any other health issues. Positive experience: I had a very good hygiene cleaning session with Lillian’s. I’d just like to double check on future options. My teeth and gums are sensitive such that I don’t cope with ultrasound cleaning. Lilliana said I could be injected so she could use the ultrasound. So She also mentioned another option involving the use of a paste which would involve a charge. Can I be clear on future options, manual clean, ultrasound with injection, or pay for paste option? Before I knew it, it was out and thank you so much for the time and energy to explain and sort it out, I will never stop being thankful to you both for making my life finally painless. Fantastic experience: I had always avoided dentists like the plague due to a really bad experience in my youth.My wife eventually talked me into visiting her dentist Marcus at Cape Road Dental Practice who completely changed that for me. From the very first appointment, he was understanding, patient, and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I never thought I’d feel at ease in a dentist’s chair, but Marcus made that possible. I was greeted by reception staff who were polite,friendly and professional. My dentist saw me promptly and ensured that I was comfortable before commencing my 6 month check up. Fantastic experience: Cape road dental practice have been phenomenal. I cannot fault there service. I found myself in a bit of a pickle with my personal circumstances and they have gone above and beyond with their work and service. Marcus, Anna and another lady (can’t remember the other lady’s name), The two ladies on reception, are extremely friendly and love a chat to make you feel more comfortable before you get called through. Honestly the whole dental practice are fantastic. I have autism and mental health issues and I haven’t attended a dental practice for the past 6+ years, these guys made me feel the most comfortable I ever have and now I’m more than happy to attend my dental appointments. Fantastic experience: My appt at Cape Road Dentist on 23/04/25 was for an extraction. Dominic Wild was marvellous. Didn't feel the injections or the actual extraction. He talked me through everything as he was going along. Very kind and patient as was the dental nurse. The front of house staff are also very kind and always take time for a little chat while you are waiting which also puts you at ease. My dental hygienist is also one of the best I have ever had and takes notice of what you say and what problem teeth you have and always tries to help with this. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had a really good experience at this dentist. I’d been anxious since Covid to come as I was out of routine and had put off getting a check up but when I arrived every member of staff was really pleasant and I didn’t feel judged at all (which I sometimes have in the past). I had Dominic doing my treatment and he talked me through everything and was really reassuring (I get really nervous) and along with his assistant, they were both really quick but also took time to check if I was okay! The ladies at reception were also really helpful and I felt the whole practise was really efficient from booking to the end of appointment!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this practice since I was 2 years old. I’m now 51! Dominic is a fabulous dentist, who is gentle, kind and easy to talk to. All of the reception staff (including Stella) are always keen to help in anyway that they can. My daughter chipped her tooth and was very upset about the effect on her appearance. Dominic sorted it out quickly and confidently. The payment plan works really well, and allows you to spread the cost of treatment through out the year. I cannot recommend this dental practice more highly.

Fantastic experience: I have just finished my dental implant treatment with Marcus. I needed two implants and I was terrified of the idea before my first visit. During the initial consultation it became clear that I will be in good hands and well looked after. Marcus's competence and the atmosphere of the practice put me at ease. I was given different options within the treatment plan, all clearly explained. The whole process was very well organised. 7 months later, with a happy smile on my face, I am very pleased with the result and I absolutely recommend this practice for dental implants.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I’ve ever used turned up to have my tooth extracted with a 12.20 appointment after being referred from my own dentist because they didn’t want to take on the challenge. I was in out and done by 12.45 fantastic service highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very friendly and put you at ease, the receptionist, the nurse and Anne the dentist. They made the whole process of removing a molar and wisdom tooth very efficient and pain free.

Fantastic experience: Lisa Panton has been our family dentist at Cape Road for many years. She is always so professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. We have always been able to get appointments when emergency work has been needed. The reception team are so polite and friendly too. A fabulous practice that I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I attended yesterday for my 6 month inspection and was seen almost on time, which I couldn't complain about. I ended up having a small filling and the usual clean and polish and was out within 10 minutes. I don't think that can be improved upon so I was very pleased and satisfied with my visit.

Fantastic experience: Staff at reception were very friendly and Anna and her nurse both did helped me through the procedure. The clinic looked great and my overall experience was really good. I have now had a second wisdom tooth removed and the same applies this time. I felt so comfortable and again all staff were amazing. I have now had a third wisdom tooth taken out and once again everyone was lovely and the experience was very nice.

Anna was so kind and put me at ease, I would honestly recommend her to anyone.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dental practice i’ve used, the staff are very friendly and polite, the practice is always immaculately clean and they are promt with your appontment time. Marcus the dentist i see is also very friendly and makes you feel relaxed and explains everything. I’ve had bonding and implants and my teeth look natural and once again every step of my treatment was explained.

Fantastic experience: Excellent overall treatment at the Cape Road Dental Practice. I am quite an anxious person and Anna and her assistant made me feel at ease for my extraction. It was over before I knew it, and I left with a thorough, detailed leaflet for aftercare. Very clean premises and friendly receptionist which all adds to the experience.
