Positive experience: Saw a new dentist today, was not completely at ease. I went to have my old crown taken off and a temporary one put in place until the new one is ready. Whilst I was not in any pain, I feel he was not as empathetic as my previous dentist (in your surgery). After a very long time drilling he stated that he would not put on a temporary crown as it was a difficult position. Once I felt the drilled tooth I was concerned about leaving it very rough and sharp, without any covering. In the end he agreed to put on a temporary crown. This seems ok, even though I now need to wait 3 weeks for the rest of my treatment. I felt he was in a hurry to get to the next patient!

Fantastic experience: Very good Dental practice. Has been my families practice for many, many years and always received first class service from them.

Fantastic experience: 17th June 2025 Trinity Dental came to the rescue yet again. I'm very thankful that Dr Shree Patel was able to see me at such short notice and sort out my tooth problem. Trinity Dental has never let me down and for that I'm very grateful. 4th July 2024 Trinity Dentals Dr Jeremy Marks saved the day once again. A hot summer's day called for a cooling chocolate covered ice cream lolly. I should have known not to bite down on it like I did as it was fresh from the freezer and as hard as rock. Dr Marks expertly cemented my displaced veneer back on for which I am very grateful. Outstanding service and care as always from the Trinity Dental Team. Thank you. 10th August 2023 Gosh, was I lucky. I had a nagging toothache which I was keeping under control with the usual pain relief tablets in the hope it would go away, but on Wednesday evening it turned into a raging toothache which needed serious treatment. On the Thursday morning at 8:20 am I phoned Trinity Dental to see if I could get an emergency appointment. At 9:40 am I was on the dentists chair having x-rays taken and being examined by Dr. Marks. I'm so thankful to Trinity Dental and their helpful staff for looking after me like that. Luckily they had a cancellation and were able to fit me in, they do go the extra mile to help when it's possible. Once again, first class service. Thank you. 23rd December 2022 Attended my 6 monthly check up today and once again Dr Marks went the extra mile and very kindly fixed a problem I had with a buccal filling at the same time. My wife and I are very pleased with our treatment from Dr Marks and the team at Trinity Dental. He always gives good advice on how best to look after our teeth. Once again, first class service. Thank you. 17th March 2022 Dr Jeremy Marks performed a rather tricky repair to my cantilever bridge which was secured to an inlay on my lower left 4. Dr Marks explained everything as he was working and put me at my ease throughout. The finished repair feels smooth and comfortable, I couldn't have asked for any better and professional treatment for what was an awkward procedure. I must also thank the Dental Nurse who assisted Dr Jeremy. I think her name was Raina? (sorry I have a hearing problem). She was fast, efficient and gentle. Thank You Trinity Dental. 18th March 2021. After shielding for almost a year due to the Corona Virus lockdown, I was pleased to be able to pay a visit to see a dentist at long last. In the third week in to the first lockdown, I bit on a hard piece of cranberry bread toast crust and my veneer came unstuck. I had my first check up for ages today and I'm pleased to say that Dr Marks very kindly offered to immediately bond the veneer back onto my tooth again. First class service. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Went today and saw a new Dentist, Shikha Attray. She was so charming, patient and kind. So very happy. Will go back again to her. Today she removed a tooth and I can't believe how no pain or stress. I highly recommend her

Fantastic experience: I’m a very nervous patient and had been dreading my appointment to have a broken filling fixed, but Jeremy totally put me at ease by answering all of my questions and reassuring me about any worries I had. He also discussed and talked me through the different options available , so I could make an informed decision. Jeremy talked me through the whole process and checked in to make sure I was ok too, which I was and felt no pain at all.

Negative experience: The receptionist is extremely rude and disrespectful especially towards my mother she didn’t even let her explain and also very arrogant and I don’t even know why she was like this and whenever we was there we had to keep up with the dirty looks and not caring tone and attitude.

Negative experience: Horrible booking receponist! Has made us uncomfortable on numerous occasions. Terrible attitude, bitter, not helpful, deceitful, makes false claims of sending out emails which she has not done and then uses that as an excuse not to help us any further. This has happened twice in a row months apart. It's not a coincidence.

Fantastic experience: I recently came to Trinity Dental for the first time, drawn to it by my previous experience as a patient of Dr Shikha Attray, whose friendly professionalism and expertise is an excellent antidote for any unsatisfactory memories of past suffering at the hands of less able practitioners. I can thoroughly recommend. Feb ‘24 - Just had another annual check-up and a thoroughly enjoyable visit. My enthusiasm remains undiminished - in my estimation well worth the journey from Beckenham! Feb ‘25 - This year’s review served to give ample justification to my previous assessment. Dr Shikha, with her friendly professionalism, makes dental visits an unqualified pleasure, and leads me to recommend this practice without reservation.

Fantastic experience: Recently had a hygienist appointment with Dawn Sherry. They have a new Airflow treatment to remove stains etc from your teeth. Only £25 on top of normal price which is good compared to West end prices. Did a lovely job cleaning my teeth and removing Plaque. I have Jeremy Marks Dentist who always puts you at ease. Anyone frightened of the Dentist does not need to worry coming here.

However the wonderful Dawn took my fears into consideration and gave me painless, sensitive and totally professional treatment. What a lovely lady. Negative experience: Hi I am a customer at trinity dental but have not been for a while. Today is my day off from work so I visited Trinity dental to get an appointment the receptionist told me that trinity dental has recently been taken over by new people and just for consultation it is £70 and they only accept private clients. The last time I visited trinity dental I had to pay some money up front for my future dental treatment which for covid reasons and other reason did not have. When I enquired about this the reception said there is no record of this money that they previously insisted I pay which I did and was for any future dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist is always very friendly and makes me feel comfortable and has helped improve my gum health significantly. She is very gentle and as a nervous patient, she makes me feel more relaxed. The receptionists, as always, are polite, friendly and helpful.

He equally chats me through my checkup. He manages everything so well and talks about future appointments and what he is keeping an eye on. Fantastic experience: Had my Invisalign done here by Dr Shree (her Instagram is @drshree.aesthetics!) and her wonderful assistant Milena. Both are very sweet and friendly and I'm very happy with the outcome of my teeth. Was late a few times but they were chill about it, also had some financial difficulties but they discuss options to figure out what's best for you. They talk to you like you are a real person and take genuine interest in what you tell them. Dr Shree also makes herself available on Instagram for you if you ever have any questions/concerns. Really great, recommend them if you have an interest in Invisalign/teeth whitening!

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment today for 1 1/2 hours for root canal work and a new crown fitted I was extremely nervous as I've had a lot of bad experiences with other dentists who were in Enfield Town I don't know what I was worried about Dr marks was excellent from start to finish he made me feel relaxed and calm and explained everything to me as he was doing it I didn't even feel the injection if only all dentists were like Dr marks I wouldn't have been such a nervous patient and he's much nurse Milena was fantastic made me feel very welcome meeting me in reception and making me feel at ease straight away I spent two weeks worrying about this appointment I won't worry about any appointments in the future with Dr Marks and Milena if only all dentists and their nurses were as kind and professional as these two no one would ever worry about going to the dentist again highly recommend Trinity Dental Practice

Would recommend Another additional review for this brilliant dentist. My son (the other one) has ben experiencing terrible pain in one of his baby molars. After trying a filling and antibiotics it needed to be pulled. I called for an emergency appointment as my son was crying and in so much pain. They fitted him in on the day and both Dentist (Shree) and her nurse were so kind and good with him, they got the tooth pulled and he's now on the mend, Thank you Trinity!

Fantastic experience: All very efficient! Sanitiser to use and temperature taken on arrival. I have been going to this dentist for more years than I care to remember which I think speaks for itself! I went in with a gap where my tooth had fallen out and came out with a bridge fitted, able to smile once more! All painfree too. My dentist is lovely and so is the hygenist too. Definitely 5 stars. I posted this during Covid and my opinion has not changed. Friendly and efficient as always which is why I continue to go to this practice which is a fair distance from where I live. Thank you. Fantastic experience: Been a patient here since 1995. Haven’t a bad word to say for the practice. Always great efficient and painless treatment. Ray Loke fitted me with a brace and I was there for frequent visits. I now have straight uniform teeth. Such a friendly patient dentist. I used to dread going to the dentist. Now I almost look forward to it...almost! Recently though, and probably because of the pandemic, it’s becoming difficult to get an appointment - 1 month and more. I still think it’s a good dental practise!

Positive experience: Lovely dental practise, however would be nicer if front desk staff member was friendly. Unfortunately she is the first person customers see going in and last one before leaving which doesn’t make the dental practice look good. Greeting everyone and speaking politely with a smile can go a long way!

Positive experience: I attended the surgery this morning for a routine filling. As always my Dentist Dr Greg was amazing and helpful. Sadly he appears to have a new Dental Nurse who just was not "on it" a couple of times dropping sterilised supplies having to open a new packet in it's place. Also having to disappear twice into another room to fetch something required for my treatment. Plus I had to ask Greg to stop drilling because the suction tube was pushed hard against my gum, which I could feel despite the anaesthetic. Also I guess because the surgery door was open for her ins & outs. TWICE another member of staff entered the room to ask the dentist a question, this also surprised me. Howard Ross

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment this morning at Trinity Dental Surgery. My dentist was friendly and welcoming, as she always is, which is always nice when visiting the dentist. The dental treatment that I received was carried out in a pain free and professional manor and I am very happy with the results.

Fantastic experience: How can you say going to a dentist is a great experience? Well I trust this practice. I have been with them for at least 50 of my 55 years. You don't go back unless you are happy. I've only ever had three dentists in that time and I'm so pleased that Greg has stayed with them so long. Fantastic service.

Fantastic experience: trinity Dental has looked after my needs for over 25 years. I have always received excellent care from the team. Currently Dr. S. Patel has worked on my problems with great results and is both informative and charming. I have never experienced any discomfort from treatment.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jeremy Marks has always been a kind, patient and helpful dentist. Dawn Sherry the hygienist is also exceptionally good. I really would be reluctant to see anyone else as I am very scared of dental procedures and I have confidence/trust in these two professionals. I would recommend them specifically.

Fantastic experience: Visited Trinity Dental Practice this morning which was undergoing refurbishment but ample measures were in place not to inconvenience patients. It will look fantastic when it's finished! I was pleased to see Dr Greg & he me since my last check up. In his usual cheery manner he offered useful advice as he has always done for many years.

Fantastic experience: I appreciated the friendly reminders concerning my appointment! The receptionist was courteous and friendly on the phone and on arrival. Dawn the hygienist was professional, friendly and very good at her job and I felt that my teeth had been thoroughly and painstakingly cleaned plus a reminder on what to keep doing. It was a very pleasant experience. I have been a patient at this practice for over 40 years and my parents too and have received outstanding care during that time from Dr Cohen and his very talented team. Thank you.
