Fantastic experience: My dentist makes me feel at ease. I never use to like going to the dentist, now I go near enough every 6 months.

Fantastic experience: Ms Shikha Attray is my dentist . My experience of her care and treatment at the surgery is absolutely excellent. I'm not a confident patient so I am handled with great consideration. My dental health is dealt with very professionally. Advice is personal and any aesthetic considerations that might impact on my smile have been very sensitively thought through. Very satisfied indeed.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding!!! I have a dental implant, it was wobbly and knew it was infected, I was advised 2 years ago that I would need bone density treatment, but would have to go somewhere else. I got an emergency appointment the same day ( not my normal dentist). He reviewed the issue sorted the infection out, inserted bone density treatment, extracted my implant, sewed my gum back up. Professional, knowledgeable & confident dentist that knew exactly what to do, explaining everything clearly to me before the procedure. Very pleased indeed.

Fantastic experience: I've been with Trinity Dental since I was a child and at 35, I believe I've met the best dentist they've ever had! Neil Patel is an absolute artist, truly. He fixed a chip in my tooth that made me smile from ear to ear AND repaired – with expert precision – a cavity I didn't even realise I had. He's an absolute pleasure to chat – he even had me laughing through my trepidation at the work being done. Reassuring, courteous and talented – I couldn't recommend him more. Thank you, thank you, thank you Dr Patel – you're FANTASTIC.

Fantastic experience: Always accommodating, and clear in their instructions. Make my son, who's 8, feel very at ease, as with most children a trip to the dentist is not his favourite past time. The Dentistry itself is very clean and a special shout out to the receptionist who clearly has to deal with all sorts of attitudes and emotions, and does it in a calm and controlled way. Positive experience: Saw a new dentist today, was not completely at ease. I went to have my old crown taken off and a temporary one put in place until the new one is ready. Whilst I was not in any pain, I feel he was not as empathetic as my previous dentist (in your surgery). After a very long time drilling he stated that he would not put on a temporary crown as it was a difficult position. Once I felt the drilled tooth I was concerned about leaving it very rough and sharp, without any covering. In the end he agreed to put on a temporary crown. This seems ok, even though I now need to wait 3 weeks for the rest of my treatment. I felt he was in a hurry to get to the next patient!

Fantastic experience: 17th June 2025 Trinity Dental came to the rescue yet again. I'm very thankful that Dr Shree Patel was able to see me at such short notice and sort out my tooth problem. Trinity Dental has never let me down and for that I'm very grateful. 4th July 2024 Trinity Dentals Dr Jeremy Marks saved the day once again. A hot summer's day called for a cooling chocolate covered ice cream lolly. I should have known not to bite down on it like I did as it was fresh from the freezer and as hard as rock. Dr Marks expertly cemented my displaced veneer back on for which I am very grateful. Outstanding service and care as always from the Trinity Dental Team. Thank you. 10th August 2023 Gosh, was I lucky. I had a nagging toothache which I was keeping under control with the usual pain relief tablets in the hope it would go away, but on Wednesday evening it turned into a raging toothache which needed serious treatment. On the Thursday morning at 8:20 am I phoned Trinity Dental to see if I could get an emergency appointment. At 9:40 am I was on the dentists chair having x-rays taken and being examined by Dr. Marks. I'm so thankful to Trinity Dental and their helpful staff for looking after me like that. Luckily they had a cancellation and were able to fit me in, they do go the extra mile to help when it's possible. Once again, first class service. Thank you. 23rd December 2022 Attended my 6 monthly check up today and once again Dr Marks went the extra mile and very kindly fixed a problem I had with a buccal filling at the same time. My wife and I are very pleased with our treatment from Dr Marks and the team at Trinity Dental. He always gives good advice on how best to look after our teeth. Once again, first class service. Thank you. 17th March 2022 Dr Jeremy Marks performed a rather tricky repair to my cantilever bridge which was secured to an inlay on my lower left 4. Dr Marks explained everything as he was working and put me at my ease throughout. The finished repair feels smooth and comfortable, I couldn't have asked for any better and professional treatment for what was an awkward procedure. I must also thank the Dental Nurse who assisted Dr Jeremy. I think her name was Raina? (sorry I have a hearing problem). She was fast, efficient and gentle. Thank You Trinity Dental. 18th March 2021. After shielding for almost a year due to the Corona Virus lockdown, I was pleased to be able to pay a visit to see a dentist at long last. In the third week in to the first lockdown, I bit on a hard piece of cranberry bread toast crust and my veneer came unstuck. I had my first check up for ages today and I'm pleased to say that Dr Marks very kindly offered to immediately bond the veneer back onto my tooth again. First class service. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Went today and saw a new Dentist, Shikha Attray. She was so charming, patient and kind. So very happy. Will go back again to her. Today she removed a tooth and I can't believe how no pain or stress. I highly recommend her

Fantastic experience: I’m a very nervous patient and had been dreading my appointment to have a broken filling fixed, but Jeremy totally put me at ease by answering all of my questions and reassuring me about any worries I had. He also discussed and talked me through the different options available , so I could make an informed decision. Jeremy talked me through the whole process and checked in to make sure I was ok too, which I was and felt no pain at all.

Negative experience: The receptionist is extremely rude and disrespectful especially towards my mother she didn’t even let her explain and also very arrogant and I don’t even know why she was like this and whenever we was there we had to keep up with the dirty looks and not caring tone and attitude.

Negative experience: Horrible booking receponist! Has made us uncomfortable on numerous occasions. Terrible attitude, bitter, not helpful, deceitful, makes false claims of sending out emails which she has not done and then uses that as an excuse not to help us any further. This has happened twice in a row months apart. It's not a coincidence.

I was recommended to this practice and I'm so grateful for the professional service I've received. Dr Neil not only knows his profession but his enthusiasm and dedication gives you confidence. Fantastic experience: Staff at reception were friendly and efficient. The hygienist was gentle and considerate and Dr Marks was, as always, very efficient and put me at ease, as I find it stressful going to the dentist.

Negative experience: Terrible experience with the locum hygienist on 16th December. Was cut badly under my tongue underneath. She panicked by the bleeding. I was checked immediately after by Ray my excellent dentist who couldn’t stop apologizing for the cut and was given reassurance. However after going home and seeing the severity of the cut I returned immediately to the surgery asking for a refund for the hygienist fee. I was pretty shaken up by this at this time and a refund was granted by Mr Cohen and Ray. I have been a patient at this surgery for many years and have always received excellent treatment but however am disappointed in not receiving a courtesy call after this horrible incident to see how I am and still experiencing a sore mouth. Shirley the hygienist is badly missed. Sorry Trinity Rd for the bad review.

Fantastic experience: I recently came to Trinity Dental for the first time, drawn to it by my previous experience as a patient of Dr Shikha Attray, whose friendly professionalism and expertise is an excellent antidote for any unsatisfactory memories of past suffering at the hands of less able practitioners. I can thoroughly recommend. Feb ‘24 - Just had another annual check-up and a thoroughly enjoyable visit. My enthusiasm remains undiminished - in my estimation well worth the journey from Beckenham! Feb ‘25 - This year’s review served to give ample justification to my previous assessment. Dr Shikha, with her friendly professionalism, makes dental visits an unqualified pleasure, and leads me to recommend this practice without reservation.

Fantastic experience: Carol Common: visit to the Hygenist (Dawn Sherry) who was once again very friendly and helpful. It is always a pleasure to see Dawn and to come out with nice clean teeth.

Fantastic experience: I hate going to the dentist as I get very anxious due to bad experience as a child. I then change to here. They have always been very good. Today I was very anxious due to having a new dentist. She was a lovely lady. But they were all lovely very kind and my checkup and X-rays even had my teeth cleaned haven’t had that in years. All went fine so pleased. Felt very at ease. Don’t even remember her name. But she was amazing. Have never had an experience like this before. Had my appointment yesterday lovely lady. Put me at ease. Nice clean. She was so lovely. So happy with her thank you. Had my latest check up this morning. As always I’m very nervous but my lovely lady dentist and the tv in ceiling ( with a lovely beach video. ) help to distract me. Great experience. Booked for my next appointment. Negative experience: I believe it’s important for management to understand why I’ve changed my perspective after posting a positive comment a few years ago. Unfortunately, one of your receptionists— It’s not Maxine; it’s the older white woman who works there.—has displayed repeated unprofessional behaviour, which has driven me to reconsider using your services. This particular receptionist, who has been with your team for a long time, is not only lacking in courtesy but also shows an alarming disregard for basic customer service standards. Recently, when I called to schedule a private appointment for my child and partner, she was unexpectedly confrontational, almost discouraging me from booking the service and pushing us toward the NHS instead. This approach raises serious questions about whether the business is genuinely prioritizing customer needs. Additionally, it’s worth noting that I stopped coming to your surgery after Ray’s departure, largely due to my interactions with this individual. Ironically, she even suggested that I take my family to Ray’s new practice. Although this option was initially less convenient, I’ll likely follow through, as her unprofessional demeanor has made staying with your practice unappealing. This feedback isn’t given lightly. For over three years, I’ve tolerated these negative interactions, and I can’t help but wonder how much business this receptionist’s attitude has deterred from your practice over that time. Thank You” for taking such good care of me during my recent discomfort. I am very fortunate to have such a great dentist. You're the best Ray & Maria!!

Fantastic experience: Recently had a hygienist appointment with Dawn Sherry. They have a new Airflow treatment to remove stains etc from your teeth. Only £25 on top of normal price which is good compared to West end prices. Did a lovely job cleaning my teeth and removing Plaque. I have Jeremy Marks Dentist who always puts you at ease. Anyone frightened of the Dentist does not need to worry coming here.

Fantastic experience: I visited Trinity Dental for an emergency appointment with Jeremy Marks. He was competent and efficient, and put me at ease throughout my visit. He repaired my tooth, with minimum discomfort, explaining each step clearly. I was very happy with the service that I received.

Fantastic experience: I've been attending Trinity Dental for about 50 years. Although the practioners have changed during that the time, the service is still the same. All the staff are friendly and put you at ease. If you have an emergrncy they will do their best to see you the same day. I have always been satisfied with the treatment I receive and would reccomend this practice.

Negative experience: Hi I am a customer at trinity dental but have not been for a while. Today is my day off from work so I visited Trinity dental to get an appointment the receptionist told me that trinity dental has recently been taken over by new people and just for consultation it is £70 and they only accept private clients. The last time I visited trinity dental I had to pay some money up front for my future dental treatment which for covid reasons and other reason did not have. When I enquired about this the reception said there is no record of this money that they previously insisted I pay which I did and was for any future dental treatment.
