Negative experience: Astounded by how terrible my hygienist appointment was, they probably spend twenty minutes doing v light scraping. I've had the same experience twice now and will never ever go back. Went to dentist a few days later and they were surprised. £84 for sheer laziness.

Negative experience: Dental Beauty Bow does not specialise in orthodontics. I have never received worst service anywhere for anything. I recommend Platinum Dental Care in Canary Wharf instead for any orthodontic treatment. I went to Bow Dental get an orthodontic appliance fixed and instead found staff using their computer chat system to message inappropriately about patients behind their backs. I had to go back 3 times in the span of a few weeks for an orthodontic appliance that had broken because they didn't know how to fix the issue. The first time I saw the dentist, I got my appliance rebonded to my teeth, only for it to break after 3 weeks(usually permanent retainers last 1-4 years). I went back to the same dentist and she said I needed to have it entirely redone, and would not apply the amount I paid for the job she did that broke. The head receptionist Maggie then booked me in with Agata, the orthodontic therapist who was 40 minutes late on the day of the appointment. She then said she needed to see my retainer, so asked me to go home and get it. I came back, then Agata spent another 20 minutes saying she can't do any orthodontic treatment without a dentist prescription- and she tried calling the first dentist I saw. When I asked her why was my appointment booked if she didn't have everything she needed she aggressively responded "These are how things are in the UK unfortunately" which is wild because she is also an immigrant. I was so confused and just wondering what I needed to do to get my retainer fixed. I noticed Maggie and Agata messaging back and forth in their computer chat, and I could actually read what they were writing (I encourage you to have a look at the chat if you do end up booking with them). Maggie asked why I walked out, unaware that Agata had asked me to go home and get my appliance. Then Agata wrote "PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ME IN THESE PROCEDURES WITH THIS PATIENT". I was stunned. I went home appliance still broken, frustrated, and confused why I was belittled . I ended up going to Platinum Dental Care in Canary Wharf and they were outstanding! They took 30 minutes to do what Bow dental could not do in two months time of beratement and back and forth appointments. I recommend them as they are professional, award winning, and exceptionally competent. (P.S. using a pseudonym in case they use the "can't find you in patient records).

Fantastic experience: I have always had a brilliant experience at this dentist but I took my 20 month old son for his first appointment and everyone was so wonderful! I get nervous about the dentist myself so was a bit nervous taking my son but all of the staff were so brilliant with both of us and they made his first visit fun!! Cannot recommend this practice enough. I also saw the Hygienist the week before and he was great too!

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth filling after booking an emergency appointment. The receptionist Shaila was really helpful to book my emergency appointment in just one day and guiding me through the whole process. The whole team was really kind and helpful in making me feel comfortable and meeting my expectations. The doctor also guided me through every step of the process in making sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I haven’t felt any pain during the filling and after that I was feeling much better, with the toothache gone. The whole team was extremely friendly and welcoming and I would 100% recommend them.

Negative experience: Rude, last week receptionist was speaking to me as if I was a mad person. I came looking for help and I am not a NHS patient, I am a paying customer and you need to work on your manners

Negative experience: Late. Always late. They need to leave more buffer time in between their appointments I shouldn't have to wait over 15 mins for my appointment to start. I have been there 3 times and they have been late 3 times.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist can be an unpleasant experience at best, and dam right awful at worst. That was my perception anyway before attending Dental Beauty Bow. The atmosphere from all members of staff including receptionist, dental hygienists, dental nurses and indeed the dentists themselves makes you feel relaxed, informed and in control. The standard of care is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. I had over 18 months worth of treatment by Will who was as skilful at the craft of dentistry as he was at communication. Won’t be attending any other dentist surgery for as long as I live in London. Would give 6 stars if allowed. Thank you Dental Beauty Bow.

Fantastic experience: I attended Dental Beauty Bow recently for a root canal. I was very anxious to begin with, but was immediately put at ease by Angie and her team, who were very understanding and professional.

Fantastic experience: Visited today for a check up and everyone was lovely - Keshav was so kind and straight away helped me out with my fixed retained that was hurting. Maggie and Drew were also so welcoming and kind. Will definitely be coming back!

Positive experience: I’ve had a few treatments done here now and every time they’ve been excellent, and the team at the front desk are generally polite and helpful (bar one time, when someone refused to clarify costs ahead of deciding whether I wanted to book a treatment or not). The 3 star review is because I’ve now spent £225 just being told what my treatment is going to be… but said treatment hasn’t even started yet. I first had to attend a £75 consultation because apparently it had been too long since my last visit, when I’d been told what my treatment was (I can sort of understand that, but given the delay is due to the cost of the treatment…… anyway). Then, I’m told to book an edodontic appointment - £150. This is really where my issue is - this meeting lasted no longer than 15 min; the dentist didn’t even have to ask what the issue was - he already knew, of course, since I’ve been a patient here a while; the dentist didn’t even look inside my mouth… just… told me again what a root canal is. I then signed up for a £2000+ treatment plan. I guess it’s on me for not saying anything… but equally, I just think this is terribly disingenuous behaviour. Not sure I’ll be signing up for anything else here after this, and I’m sure the response will be that this is how it is everywhere… if thats the case those places suck too!

Negative experience: disappointed, booked in for a consultation about invisalign because on their website it said it is costed at around 2.3k roughly, turns out the whole price is around 3.1k if you want it to last as there are hidden costs that aren’t on the website. the website also said free teeth whitening however i was told it’s now 50% off teeth whitening because the promotion is too popular with people? why have it on your website if its not a current promotion? deceptive marketing is really annoying. if you’re not transparent with prices from the get go then why would i trust you with my teeth? really disappointed, the advisor was lovely but after reviewing a few other sites i can see that there are places which are more transparent. waste of time for me

Fantastic experience: Always have a good experience here, just had a great hygienist visit with Harry and Sarah, front of house staff are so friendly too (Drew and Maggie) - great practice!

Negative experience: It appears to me this clinic just try in different ways to push you to do expensive treatments. Today I have been suggested to do x2 sessions of 190£ each for a deep cleaning, while on the website the deep cleaning starts at 150£ total and not per arc. They also do not count the deep cleaning as part of a complete hygiene treatment, so they ask you to do the maintenance & scale first (83£), and then the deep cleaning price will have to be on top of that. if you decide to do that too. That to me doesn`t make any sense. I have to base this review on this specific experience, but also because I paid less elsewhere and I believe I have got a better and more deep "Standard" dental hygiene compared to the one I had today in this clinic. Unfortunately I was in a rush and had to get at least the "Standard" hygiene done as soon as possible, but I am afraid I will never come back in this clinic and I am not satisfied with the service they have provided to me.

Fantastic experience: The team at Dental Beauty Bow are very competent, friendly and there’s always a good vibe at the practice. Harry, Julie, Mags and Drew have been fantastic, they’re checkups and treatments are usually done very efficiently and professionally. Everything has been explained to me clearly and I always leave the practice with good homework to improve my dental health which genuinely seems to be the team‘s highest priority.

Fantastic experience: Having been previously very self-conscious of my teeth, I was looking for a practice where I could not only achieve a smile makeover, but also feel relaxed as a previously nervous patient. I visited Dr Will Holmes who immediately put me at ease - he calmly and clearly explained what my smile journey might look like and made the whole process feel exciting rather than scary. I proceeded with a course of Invisalign (shoutout to Agata Casey for being so kind and attentive during checkups!). Following this, I completed a course of whitening and composite bonding with Will. I’m so happy with my smile now and it’s all thanks to Will and the wonderful team at Dental Beauty Bow. I never thought I would look forward to my dental visits but this fabulously friendly and positive practice has changed that. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Harry and Terry were fantastic, this was my first hygiene appointment in years and they took such great care of me, no discomfort what so ever, very thorough and fantastic bedside manner. Today I had Sadia and Elisha who were so thorough and it was a nice perfect hygienist appointment.
