We understand how uncomfortable it must have been to stand in the cold, and we regret the lack of seating and heating in the waiting area. To address your concerns, we want to share that our heating system is currently set on a timer starting at 8:00 am. However, we can adjust this to begin at 7:00 am to ensure that the heating takes effect earlier in our patient lounges. To improve communication, we have added notices in the reception area and patient lounges and will now place a notice at the entrance to advise of the renovations and provide a timeline for when we anticipate the work will be completed.
