Positive experience: The chances to speak to an operator are practically zero. Had two crowns and they are good but all my fillings fell off.

Fantastic experience: I'm a nervous patient, but my last root canal was performed fairly quickly, not rushed. Pretty painless, and so far I've had no issues with the result. Dr. Ajay Shah put me well at ease during the procedure, and whilst I don't want another, I don't think I'll be nearly as nervous next time

Positive experience: Had my treatment. The price went from £60 to £75. A very large rise in cost 25% which i feel is to much but once you have had the treatment that's it you have to pay it. The dentist I have is very nice and does his job well I feel very relaxed. I assume the dentist was takenover a couple of years ago. It was a great deal cheaper then I had a different dentist moved upstairs and my whole dentist experience changed

Fantastic experience: Having lost a filling which was giving me extreme pain and discomfort whilst away.from my home town, I approached Henderson House Dentistry for help. I was fortunate there had been a cancellation on that day and I was offered an emergency appointment within 20 minutes. For that I am eternally grateful. As I now spend more time in this area I have registered with them for my dental needs and I am very happy to do so.

Fantastic experience: Henderson House Dentistry has a comfortable, modern and professional feel. The facility is spotless and reception staff are super friendly. This dentist also offers cosmetic support which i have taken on - Invisalign and composite moulding. I now have the smile I always should have had. The process was super supported all along the journey. Dr Ahmad gives one of the nicest welcomes and makes you feel like a king. Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with the hygienist saturday last and she was very good.I am very good with dentists as the instruments aggravate me but she was lovely and kind her assistant was good too. She checked my gums and gave my teeth a clean and a polish and she was very gentle.She also gave me good advice about cleaning my teeth and looking after my gums.i really appreciated both their help E Hack

Fantastic experience: Had amalgam fillings replaced with white and one of the teeth rebuilt as broken by Mo. Really excellent job they feel like original teeth and look good. Not painful and was asked if I was ok all the way through. Really pleased with the work

Positive experience: I have always had exemplary service at this dentist practice. The girls on reception are always smiling and helpful, my dentist, though subject to change because I am NHS, the latest one is thorough and tells me exactly what he is doing and what I should have done. I was dismayed then, after having to cancel an appointment because of an M.E. flare to be told if I cancel another I will be struck off their patient list. Worse still, when I emailed them to ask if they give some leeway because I cannot tell day to day how I am going to be feeling and dealing with this is a challenge in itself without having this heaped on top, they chose not to reply.

Although like most people I don't relish going to the dentist my whole experience of the day was positive. Reception was great. I can't praise the whole team highly enough.

Positive experience: I arrived early, but within minutes I was invited into the surgery for treatment. Dentist very welcoming and efficient. Gave detailed advice about after care. Overall I have no complaints whatsoever. A pleasant experience [ if that can be said about a visit to the dentist]!!!!!

Positive experience: Excellent service on 7 March. Broke a filling Thursday evening, phoned Friday morning but knew they were probably busy and tooth not hurting, BUT, they saw me at 2pm that afternoon and replaced the filling. Brilliant!

Fantastic experience: My regular NHS dentist had to cancel my check-up appointment at short notice, but I was given an appointment with a different dentist at the same time. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to have two fillings done straight away, without having to book a new appointment. I'm very happy with the result.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ahmad is an excellent dentist and provided a really exceptional level of care, ably assisted by Jason and Chloe. Through a lengthy treatment plan, I was never in any doubt that Dr Ahmad would ensure the highest level of care and act in my best interests. He really puts the patient's health and comfort first. Positive experience: Had a plate put in privately which I,m still getting used to but no complaints..I do have a problem with phones..tried calling twice to see my dentist for an adjustment but kept getting ringing & music..no answer..has to come into the practice ti make thr appointment..have heard others say about this problem

Fantastic experience: Ajay was brill. Really nice guy and a great dentist. Nothing too much trouble and he has a nice disposition as well as knows what he is doing. Did the work to fit with 2 new teeth and I am really pleased with them. Just shows how much dentistry has come on over the last 20 years or so.

Fantastic experience: New Cangle Primary school would like to thank Kerrie W and Alex for coming to our school and talking to the Reception children. They really enjoyed the experience of having a role play dental practice, colouring and cleaning germs off teeth and been shown how to brush their teeth correctly. Feedback from the parents was extremely positive:- 'My child had a brilliant time and hasn't stopped talking about it. My child told me that we have to brush our teeth for two minutes. I thought it was for one minute so my child taught me something!' Thank you very much for making the experience so much fun and teaching the children an important life skill.
Positive experience: I have been taking my son here for a couple of years now and I cannot fault the dentist. She has always been amazing with my son who is now four and we are in and out so quickly, he enjoys going to the dentist. Only downside, last time we visited, they had no stickers, which is disappointing when you've got a young one who was looking forward to getting a sticker after being so well behaved for the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend this place enough. V clean and Covid safe. Welcoming professional staff. The dentist spent time to chat and explain everything. I followed up by a visit to the hygienist who was equally helpful and provided cleaning tips. I have decided to get further cosmetic treatment done and this again was well explained and there was no pressure. The cost was clearly outlined and repayment option too. Fantastic experience: I have been going to this Practice for quite a few years and although have experienced a turnover of different dentists, they have always been professional, warm and welcoming. For the last few years my dentist has been Nythia, In my opinion she is an asset to Henderson House and I trust her completely with my dental care. The staff at the reception counter for the most part are friendly and do their job well. At times when they have had to cancel my appointments ( mostly coming out of the pandemic) they were re booked quickly.

Negative experience: We had an excellent experience at Henderson House Dentistry. The dentist was absolutely wonderful - so kind and gentle while removing my daughter's baby tooth. The quality of care was outstanding. The reception staff were also very welcoming and friendly. Thank you very much! UPDATE: Our recent visit for dental fillings was deeply concerning. Their filling procedure was completely unprofessional and potentially dangerous. Instead of properly cleaning the cavity with a dental drill, they only used a manual excavator tool. They then simply injected the filling material without thorough cleaning. This approach raises serious concerns about potential infections. In my extensive experience with dental procedures, I have never encountered such an questionable filling technique. While they may be competent at tooth extractions, I strongly advise against getting fillings done here. The risk of developing an infection due to improperly cleaned cavities is not worth taking.

Negative experience: Whilst the overall experience was ool, I felt safe with the covid measures etc, the lack of time I had in the 'chair' , 3 mins at best, for me isn't enough time to thoroughly check your teeth after a gap of almost 3 years, and if I hadn't of called the practise, I'd still be waiting

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Bashir for the 2nd of 3 visits preparing for a partial tooth crown. As a very nervous Patient, Dr Bashir made sure I was fully aware of what was being done. Fantastic experience: Dentists are not my favoured first option when deciding to visit somewhere, however, when there's a need, and that need is an emergency, I wouldn't be the first to change this view. I was seen immediately and my broken tooth capped with little or no fuss or pain. Henderson House staff are polite, efficient, kind and understanding and I have little doubt in recommending them should anyone be in any doubt about choosing a dental practice. Positive experience: great service and short waiting times only negative is that we were sent up stairs and we had a small child with us, there were no books or anything to entertain her whiles she waited.

Negative experience: Had 3 fillings done, x2 of which had fallen out 2 days after, leaving my teeth very sensitive, rang up to be told they can’t get me in now until late November & could be charged again!

Positive experience: Was having tooth ache and need to see dentist, had appointment same day in morning. By time of appointment pain meds had removed pain and scan didn’t show any significant issue, so had two options given to me if it continues to be a issue but did not want to remove a tooth which has no drilling or decay to date, unless required. Respect that did not just suggest very expensive treatment plan. Seem to really care about original teeth and not their bank balance.
Fantastic experience: I went to Hendrson House Dentists for my regular 6-monthly check-up. The dentist went through all my (remaining) teeth advising on each tooth's state, which was recorded on computer. The dentist found holes in two teeth which were covered up with some filler. She then advised me on my tooth care. Very efficient. I have made an appointment to return for my next 6-month check-up.

Negative experience: Came in to have work done a crown on front tooth all that was done was one tooth filled down then to be told I need a filling and crown or extraction and NHS dentor then to rebook appointment which is now a month later. Was a waste of my time

Fantastic experience: I went in as an emergency as was having a lot of pain. X-ray was taken and it was explained that my tooth could not be saved so I asked them to pull it out, this was done and everything was explained to me along with after care. Excellent treatment thank you .
