Fantastic experience: This has been a great surgery in all the 30 odd years I have been a patient.The receptionists are hard working, friendly and efficient as are the family dentists that make up the practice along with the hygienists.

Fantastic experience: Oh where do I start . I had an emergency I had lost my front tooth and for me this meant cancelling all dinners with friends due to the embarrassment. However the receptionists were wonderful in understanding my dilemma quickly directed me to the emergency service dentist she was wonderful completely understood as did the assistant who phoned through to the lab and managed to get me a 24hour repair. Thank you to the Lab. A further appointment was slotted in and all done. I cannot express how efficient friendly helpful and understanding they all were. And by the way loved the new paint job through out the surgery.

Positive experience: I really want to give five and a half stars. Greeted by friendly, helpful receptionist. My appointment was on time and both the dentist and nurses were very supportive and reassuring. I was informed of the procedure and told what to expect. After care info was provided and has been helpful. Visit no. 2. All work being done is carried out by very professional people who have my comfort and well-being upper most. The surgery is all due to my neglect over many years but I feel confident that all will end well. My next visit will be the last of my current treatment plan. All appointments have been a good experience for me. My last visit today and a great outcome! It may take a while to get used to my new look but I am truly grateful to the team for what they've achieved. Thank you 14/02/23. First check up following afore mention treatment. She carefully and thoroughly cleaned and polished my teeth and said I was doing a really good job myself and was pleased . I then saw Laura, my dentist. She checked over my teeth and said I didn't need any more appointments as they were fine. Laura and Lorna are both extremely competent, kind and gentle professionals and I would recommend the practice to anyone. I've been going to the practice for over 60 years since it was in Kempston.

Mr. D Patel is my dentist, and I expressed my dissatisfaction with my teeth to him last year, as I desired a smile I could be proud of. He scheduled an appointment for us to discuss my options, and I decided to proceed with the treatment. We talked extensively about the procedure, and all my questions were thoroughly answered. I was very pleased with the process, and during regular check-ups, any concerns I had were promptly addressed. After six months, I now have a smile that I’m happy with, and I am extremely satisfied with the service provided. The clinic is very accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments, especially when issues arise; they handle everything promptly and ensure I feel reassured. I highly recommend this practice, and my children actually enjoy going for their 6 month check-ups.
