Fantastic experience: Excellent experience. Every team member from walking through the door to leaving was so helpful, friendly and explained absolutely everything in detail. Having had terrible experiences for 40 years, this place was golden! I won’t be avoiding the dentist again!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service I had an extraction via the NHS emergency Midgate Peterborough in April after they firstly incorrectly filled an infected tooth ,I’m still getting pain from that extraction, so I visited Fletton Quays dental hub after phoning that Saturday morning and getting an appointment within a couple hours everything was clearly explained to me and a dental plan has now been put in place thankyou for allaying any dental fears I may of had from previous dental experiences

Fantastic experience: I was suffering from severe toothache and had no Dentist, So I gave This Dentist a call, receptionist was polite and informative. I booked an appointment and was seen by a Dentist who after taking an x-ray of the area gave me several options of how he could deal with the problem. There pricing structure was clear nothing hidden so I knew exactly how much cost was involved at all times. Having chosen to extract the offending teeth we proceeded. I cannot fault the service provided the dentist talked through the process putting me at ease at all stages. You the pay at reception where you are given detailed information on how to look after the area. I was told I'd receive a call the next day to check everything was ok still and I can confirm I received that call. So I can only give a very positive feedback in them polite informative knowledgeable well looked after. Thank you for your help.

Fantastic experience: First visit- Booked an emergency appointment for my 8 year old daughter, on advice following a trip to the walk in centre. Called at 6.00pm Monday evening and easily got an appointment for the Tuesday morning. Dr Olji and nurse both very friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter actually thoroughly enjoyed the experience especially having the full x-ray. Left feeling re assured that at least we could rule out any dental issues. In My opinion faiy reasonably priced for private also, especially in comparison to where we are currently registered. In fact, the experience was so positive that I have now signed my daughter up here as well as my 4 year old son and booked them both in for a future general check up.

Fantastic experience: For the past 20 years, I had avoided dental appointments in the UK due to negative perceptions based on historical rumors. Instead, I opted to travel to the United States for my dental care. However, a recent last-minute appointment changed my perspective. I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Nihaal and his dental assistant, Mariah, who provided some of the best dental treatment I’ve ever experienced, resembling borderline cosmetic work. During my visit, they addressed an anomaly I had discovered a few days prior and successfully repaired my 30-year-old chipped tooth. The quality of their craftsmanship was exceptional, and I appreciated their approach to patient comfort, as they allowed me to rest during the procedure. Given this positive experience, I can confidently recommend their dental clinic to others, especially for those residing in the UK.

From booking the appointment to having treatment everyone involved was very polite, informative and just generally lovely which you need at dentists. Fantastic experience: I was so impressed with the friendly, caring and highly professional attitude and customer service that was provided by Nazish the dentist, Rihanna the nurse and Jada the receptionist. Negative experience: Not a good experience. I booked an appointment for a hygiene visit, but they insisted on doing a treatment plan and X-rays first — even though I didn’t ask for that. It felt unnecessary and pushy. Another case, I had pain on the lower side of my mouth, and the dentist couldn’t identify the problem properly. They recommended a root canal or even extraction. Luckily, I got a second opinion from my dentist back in my home country — it turned out to be a completely different tooth causing the issue! I’m very glad I didn’t go ahead with treatment at Dental Hub. It could have caused serious damage to a healthy tooth. The clinic itself also felt disorganised — too many receptionists, all giving different information, and it didn’t seem like the staff were well trained. The dentist I saw didn’t seem confident or experienced. Not recommended.

Fantastic experience: Had a split tooth that followed with big nerve pain. Nihaal and Casey carefully checked and explained my choices to solve the problem. We together came with decision to extract bad tooth. Everything went smooth. Thanks for welcoming atmosphere!

Fantastic experience: After failing to be able to find a dentist that could help with short notice, I stumbled across the dental hub and was so impressed by the quick service to be seen and then to get booked in for the treatment needed. Great communication from the dentist Elise, and all my options were explained to me so I had a choice of what I could work with financially. Lovely staff and a clean environment made the experience much more comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Booked a general examination after reading all the great reviews. I was very nervous after having a bad experience as a child. All the reception staff were lovely. The waiting room has a very open and calm feeling to it. My dentist Elise sat and spoke to me about my worries and experiences before she started the examination, helping to put me at ease. During the examination she explained what she was doing before and whilst doing it. Afterwards she explained my treatment plan to me in great detail and I left feeling much less anxious about future visits. Very very pleased I came to this dentist.

Once I arrived I completed the required paperwork & almost instantly saw Elise & Georgia, the Dentist & Dental nurse looking after me. Elise listened carefully to my concerns and efficiently diagnosed and made a treatment plan for me. Both Elise & Georgia were extremely friendly, putting me immediately at ease. I wouldn't hesitate to go again should I need to. It's a very modern surgery & my experience was very positive. I honestly can't recommend them enough. I was very impressed

Emergency appointment 4 hrs after my phone call, treatment, advice, explanation were clearly delivered by my dentist Alicia, and x-ray was sent to my phone so my own dentist could refer to it; - all for a remarkably modest fee. Fantastic experience: I recently visited Nihaal and his team, including nurse Casey, and I’m really impressed. The clinic has tons of positive reviews, they offer emergency appointments and have long opening hours, which is super convenient. My examination was thorough, and both Nihaal and Casey made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. I was booked in quickly, and my teeth cleaning today was fantastic—they got rid of all my staining perfectly. I also appreciate that they clearly show their prices online but never pressure you into anything or rush you to make decisions. I’m really looking forward to getting my teeth whitening kit soon! Highly recommend this dental practice if you want professional care with a friendly touch.

Fantastic experience: I came across this dental practice when I broke my dentures and needed them fixing. When I came in, they were extremely helpful and friendly and I found all the reception staff very professional. I was seen by one of the dentists who sorted my dentures out at a very reasonable price. As I didn't have a current dentist, they asked if I'd like a check up. After perusing their prices, I agreed, and I've never looked back. I feel very well looked after with these guys and their prices are very good. All in all, one of the best private dentists I have used, very happy with them.

Fantastic experience: I decided to book in with the Peterborough Dental Hub after having so many issues with getting an appointment with my usual registered dentist that I've been going to since I was a child. I had been having some real bother with a wisdom tooth and it needed to get seen to. I booked in online for an emergency appointment and was given numerous times for the same day! First big positive considering I hadn't managed to get an appointment with any other dentist in the 3 days prior! I was booked to see Nihaal and Casey and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire process. The reception team were great on arrival and explained everything very clearly. I got seen to very quickly and I don't feel I've ever had such a thorough dental appointment in all my dental history! Being heavily pregnant it meant there were other aspects of my general health that needed to be taken into account but Nihaal was very considerate and asked an abundance of questions to ensure he understood the problem exactly and conducted a comprehensive examination of my teeth. After having an x-ray to check he hadn't missed anything, Nihaal explained in detail what he could see and the options I had going forward leaving me feeling totally in control of the choice I had to make whilst feeling reassured that I fully understood my situation....a refreshing outcome to an appointment where I'd usually feel I had limited options which would usually end up being very expensive! I couldn't praise the service enough, and Casey rounded up the end of the appointment in a concise, friendly and efficient manner, making sure I understood what my options were with a detailed overview of the appointment. First class service all round and I will certainly be returning in the future! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I've never hung up in frustration on a service I've paid before. The good- got an appointment quickly, reasonably priced, dentist was nice The bad - reception completely useless and basically accused me of trying to get drugs when I asked for a 2nd course of antibiotics as the first had not completely resolved the infection. I called first thing and was told someone would get back to me - no one did, so I called again 6 hours later to ask the same question. The next receptionist had no idea about my earlier call. We went round the houses so many times as I don't think she'd heard of sending a prescription to a local pharmacy. I don't know how many times I said, "I don't have time to to drive to Peterborough, can you please send it to my local pharmacy" before she finally got it- and then she had the nerve to say I should have said the from the start! She then said they "can't just give out antibiotics to people they hadn't seen" ... "don't know what it would do to you" - it would cure my infection thank you! She also tried to tell me what she thought my treatment plan should be - weirdly the expensive one - which was not what I'd discussed with the actual dentist. Always nice to speak to such a qualified receptionist. Anyway - never got the antibiotics (I assume policy of some sort- wasn't explained), and wasn't offered any other solutions beyond pay for another assessment and come in as per the first time. Hung up the phone and I'm going to another dentist later. Decent service let down by unprofessional receptionists. Also very interesting responses to reviews on here "good luck with your future care" after calling people liars does seem vaguely threatening.

Fantastic experience: Over the last week I had been suffering from a very painful abscess . I had been to see my usual NHS dentist who is very good indeed, so there is nothing to complain about in that regard . My dentist prescribed me some antibiotics . Unfortunately (as always the case when things go wrong ) at the weekend it took a turn for the worse. The antibiotics started to have no effect and the pus/fluid was starting to make a pouch under the chin and down the front of my throat , as well as painful it was uncomfortable and worrying. Booking an NHS appontment on a Sunday would be impossible. I had a look online and decided to call Peterborough Dental Hub. I phoned just after 12pm Sunday explaining the symptoms and given an appointment at 4.15pm. The receptionist Staff were so friendly and put me at ease straight away. My dentist was Kamil and my nurse was Millie. Though I had the abscess which can cause a problem when numbing it , and my molar was pretty much sheered off at the gum I did not feel a thing . The treatment I had was brilliant , no pain , no fuss. So I would like to say thank you to Kamil and Millie for sorting me out at short notice . They really were amazing If anyone who reads this is in a similar situation , dont be nervous , you will be in very good hands . Thank you

Fantastic experience: I came for a tooth extraction and an emergency treatment for a dry socket shortly after, the team were all extremely kind, patient, and helpful to me. I was able to be seen the same day as I phoned and although I was nervous my dentists helped console me that everything was okay and made my treatment more pleasant. Thank you very much

Fantastic experience: I can’t fault this practice in any way. I’m absolutely terrified of dentists - beyond belief, but each time I’ve been they have been so patient, understanding and willing to answer all questions (even though I ask hundreds!) I’ve had treatments done by Elise, Noor, Alicia and Olji and all of them have been amazing. I’ve had a wisdom tooth extracted - which was done and over with in no more then ten minutes. I’ve had a few fillings all of which have lasted so far, including a cosmetic one (my front tooth) and you’d never tell that it was there! I’ve also had a deep clean which despite my fear, was painless and recovery has been great. Someone is always available at short notice if something is wrong, and I know while the practice may be a little on the expensive side - it’s worth every penny for the treatment that you get and for the aftercare that you receive. They’re helping me bit by bit get over my fear of dentists - which I thought would never happen! I’m very grateful for the team. The staff that work reception are always so helpful and informative. Huge thanks to Peterborough dental hub, I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: After suffering from a very painful abcess, was treated by Elise and Nurse Rihanna. Dentist visits will no longer fill me with dread as Elise was very reassuring and expertly drained abcess and removed tooth, which was past saving. All in all I would definitely recommend Peterborogh Dental Hub especially for Emergency treatment, I rang on Saturday and was given an appointment for 2 days later and now 4hrs later I am pain free.

Fantastic experience: VERY PROFESSIONAL I searched this dentist for an emergency appointment and was able to see them on a Sunday as I was in a lot of pain from an extraction with my local dentist andcwanted to be checked out to make sure no infection. The service was amazing, professional and never felt rushed in the appointment. Everything they did was explained well, considering I got a phobia of choking… i was reassured and a plan emailed to me should further issues arise. I would certainly recommend this company. The only criticism is finding the location, maybe put on website, walk from bridge along riverside behind Hilton hotel or maybe have a big sign protruding from Building or maybe part of the email, explaining instructions of how to get there by foot.

Fantastic experience: After calling 111 and being given a phone number of a dentist that doesn't accept emergencies, we did a Google search and found this place! We got an appt on a Sunday without any problem. Absolutely brilliant service. Came away with antibiotics and it didn't cost a fortune! Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I phoned in the morning with a dental issue, 2 hours later I was in the chair receiving my treatment. Great efficient service, I was well informed throughout of all my options by my dentist Nazish & Casey the nurse had an extremely pleasant & reassuring manner, which eased me through my treatment. Fantastic experience: Excellent efficiency. Chipped my back tooth at lunchtime and had an emergency appointment within 2 hours. Following my consultation I received a treatment plan with a couple of options and they were able to carry out the tooth repair and replace a filling straightaway. The whole team were great, especially the dentist who explained the process thoroughly throughout the procedure.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing place , I came in petrified and in pain . They were all so friendly and helpful. My dentist was Elise and my nurse was Aneta . They talked me through every step and put me at ease. I arrived at 11:45 and was out within an hour and I had a tooth extracted. A great service thank you very much.

I had booked an appointment for the wisdom tooth related pain that I was experiencing, The staff was very polite and helped with my registration and did not have to wait at all. Both Doctor Nazish and nurse Malikah were very compassionate and they helped me understand the situations and solved all my queries. They even gave me the appointment for surgery the same day. Everything went well and I don't seem to have any concerns as of now. I am happy, I got such great health professionals to help me.

Fantastic experience: When my own dentist couldn't see me for weeks for emergency treatment. Dental hub see my the same day and sorted the issues there and then. Both the dentist (Olji) and the nurse (Mallaikah) were great. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I can find no fault at all with the service I received today. I had broken a tooth the night before and contacted the Dental Hub in the morning online . I received a call back and an appointment was made within the hour. All the staff were lovely and welcoming. After a consultation, I ended up having the broken tooth removed. Dentist Ahmed and dental nurse Aneta made me feel relaxed thus making the whole experience a little less traumatic! And all at a very reasonable cost , not as expensive as I was expecting. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: First time I ever went here and I was treated by Nazish as the dentist and Georgia as the nurse they were both angels, there was no messing around they asked what the issue was and ran a few tests and quickly diagnosed me and explained what it was and how to help and gave me some medicine, I walked away happy and thankful, these girls were angelic!

I contacted my dentist who told me they couldn’t help until Monday (this was Saturday am) I called Peterborough Dental Hub . From the reception staff to the nurse (Malaikah ) and dentist (Nazish) I could not of got a better service anywhere else. Thank you so much for all your help and care. I even received a call on Sunday to ask how I was feeling. Would definitely recommend this lovely place . Thank you to all your lovely staff.

Fantastic experience: Came for a one off appointment because a new dentist in my old practice recommended that I went for a second opinion regarding gum issues. Found the Hub friendly, welcoming,got given 45 minutes advice and a plan of care. It highlighted issues with my current dentist therefore I decided to transfer over. Easy to get through on the phone, simple pricing structure and honest. Glad I went for that second opinion!!

Fantastic experience: Rang up on a sunday morning and was able to be seen that same afternoon - had a tooth extraction and only took around 20 minutes from checking in to being completely finished, really great service especially considering I had been to an nhs dentist 2 weeks prior for the same problem and they had refused to remove the same tooth … can’t fault the service here always worth going private for dental care if you are in the position

Fantastic experience: My boyfriend was experiencing horrendous tooth pain, called up in the morning and was seen the same day (a later appointment also as he didn’t finish work until 5pm). The ladies sitting at reception was all lovely, smiling and welcoming. My boyfriend had to have 2 teeth removed and the dentist Olji and the nurse Izzy were excellent, couldn’t be more reassuring for my partner which had a huge impact on his experience. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, thank you so much again.

Fantastic experience: Having had a fear of dentists for many years I had to look for a dentist as I had terrible pain. I got a next morning appointment and was seen and treated by Elise. She was amazing, made me feel at ease straight away. Even after the embarrassment of fainting having been unable to eat for days she was great. I had a couple further appointments since then with other dentists but for my treatment going forward I requested Elise as she is by far the best dentist along with Cassie they were both amazing. Elise’s overall manner is just what every patient needs, she’s a credit to this practice and I can’t thank her enough for giving me back my smile and confidence. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Very very bad service. I book an appointment for 8am and I got there 7:50 but kept calling and asking them where can I park because there was no car park around and am new to the area too.i kept moving around for a place to park my car for 20min, when I called to book, yes I paid 25£ but I was never told when am 15min late,my booking will be cancelled but I still got there. When I got to them and told them am the one stranded with my kids for car park , they still told me am late and that I have to pay for another 25£ to be booked in around 5pm and I told the lady is not my fault because you guys don’t have car park. They should tell their lovely customers all this before we start to book for an appointment knowing we will find it difficult to locate their car park.. And they should put their hospital name close to the car park for easy location. Thanks

Fantastic experience: Great service from the team at Peterborough Dental Hub. I had an initial emergency appointment with Alicia who was amazing, I was re-booked in with Ahmed who is clearly highly skilled in his field. Thanks to Zainab too and all the team on the front desk. I can see why this dental practice is so successful as everyone smiles and works as a team.

Positive experience: Brilliant place. I was terrified and went in for a tooth extraction as I couldn't deal with the pain anymore. The dentist and the dentists assistant Jess were wonderful. She saw how nervous I was and held my hand making me comfortable throughout the entire process. The only downside was it cost me nearly £300 on the day aswell as the £25 beforehand to actually get seen. Just for a tooth extraction seems Abit much. But I received a phone call the day after checking I'm ok. It was expensive considering I thought it would be under £200 however if I had urgent problems I'd come here again. If not urgent I'd find somewhere else

Fantastic experience: I was so worried about my tooth and I was put at ease and reassured that there are options out there for me... also they explained the complications of having the treatment that I wanted and the best options around it.

Negative experience: I booked a check up, then cancelled it. It has been over 3 weeks and I still haven't received my refund. I called multiple times, sent emails and didn't even get a response. I was being told they cannot see the transaction to refund me. After I complained few more times I finally received an email stating the refund was done and it should be with me within 3-5 days. The time has passed and no refund appeared. The worst service ever, it shouldn't be that difficult to refund a customer!! I am very glad I changed my mind and I am not a customer of this crappy clinic that just wants to make money on you !!

Fantastic experience: This was one of the most exceptional dental service I have ever experienced. The hub is open 7 days a week, I was seeing same day on Sunday and got my treatment done within three hours. Staff was very caring and helpful. I even had a phone call the next day to make sure i was OK. I have been told the aftercare appointment is free if I need it. I am very grateful for all your help and care.

Fantastic experience: Booked on line on Sunday with choice of two appointment times (non emergency) for following day. Had been having intermittent pain. Appointment was for 30 minutes so time to identify and extract wisdom tooth on this visit. Lovely dentist and nurse. My first visit and will be changing to this practice.

Fantastic experience: Visited Peterborough Dental Hub for an emergency appointment due to one of my teeth causing me grief, called at 16:00 on Friday and managed to get an emergency appointment at 18:00 the same day. Was treated by dentist Noor, who was friendly, professional and made me completely at ease, especially this being the first time at a dentist for several years. Diagnosed my issue on Friday and booked a follow up appointment next Tuesday to complete the agreed treatment plan. Again, I was treated by Noor and Zaniab, they talked me through every step of the procedure, aftercare and made me comfortable throughout. Long story short, I honestly couldn't rate the service any higher, as one of many people who dislike the dentist, that doesn’t get said lightly

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment with Noor today for a tooth extraction. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I was extremely nervous but he was so kind and patient. He asked whether or not I wanted to be talked through each part of the procedure and was really reassuring. I shall be returning to Peterborough Dental Hub for my regular appointments.

Fantastic experience: Since I moved to Peterborough (2 years) I have used this dental practice. I think the staff dentists and hygienist are all polite and friendly enough, and professional of course. My only complaint is I feel the price is too expensive.

Fantastic experience: Having the worst gag reflex in the world I’m always the worst at the dentist. So having to have a back tooth taken out is my utterly worst nightmare. Visiting the dental hub was a great experience for me. Noor and Alicia were superb from start to finish and made me feel safe and comfortable. Great service and superb people.
