I had a raging toothache over the Easter Weekend. I phoned 09.00 to ask for help. The receptionist asked if I had no objection to seeing another dentist, not my own. I would have settled for the cleaner if needed! "Can you be here for 10.30"? "Certainly, what day"? "Today". How about that for service! I saw Michelle, new to me, and absolutely brilliant. She interrupted her schedule to help me, and did so with 100% professionalism. Just a fantastic crew, I am lucky to be registered with them!

Fantastic experience: I 1st got an assessment of my teeth in November 2024 from then the procedure started for having 14 veneers and 1 implant, 1st of all I met Sarah a dentist technician who made me moulds for my teeth whitening process and carried out a white filling she really looked after me and made me feel safe. Then back to Habib my main technician where I also had some bone graph to build up my gums to make them stronger. Habib was my dental technician he’s very knowledgeable and very experienced and I felt very safe with him to. The work took over 4-5 months to complete waiting for gums to settle and get strong before next steps were made. I decided to have my teeth done in Nelson Road Gillingham rather than go to turkey because of the horror stories we hear. And it was the best decision because looking at was done how can guys be at turkey for less than a week and had the same done which Professionally took me 4-5 months. I’m so so happy with everything done. Also all the technicians at the practice all come across very friendly and very professional even down to all the receptionist’s behind the desk they are all very helpful and friendly and made nothing a problem. Thanks a lot Nelson Road dentist you have been amazing. Now looking at getting me hair transplant lol if only you done hair to lol

Negative experience: Very low standards for nhs patients. Refused to pull a rotting tooth. Prescribed antibiotics 5 times in a row, until the tooth just fell out. Then made a denture that did not fit at all. Incompetence is normal and accepted at this dentist. I will not be going back.

Fantastic experience: I called for an emergency appointment as I had the most horrendous tooth pain, which lead to needing the whole wisdom tooth out. When I tell you how scared I am of dentists, which I have not been to for about 13 years so I didn’t know what to expect apart from being scared for my life. I was seen by Asad and he was the most wonderful person, kind, caring and really informative. He did tell me off a little in the kindest way and said that I need to come regularly and that he would look after me and my teeth. If you’re as scared of the dentist as me, then I would recommend here. They most lovely people that genuinely care about you while your there. Thank you to the receptionist lady for getting me in earlier too ❤️

Fantastic experience: Dr Nadeem, what a guy! I had an emergency appointment and was in a lot of pain. I wasn’t sure what tooth was causing me no sleep. He ping pointed the tooth that was causing all this trouble and made sure he treated. In 2 days my problem was solved, it was an expensive 2 days. But, i’m glad I managed to get some rest. Thank you again, we need more people like Dr Nadeem.

Positive experience: Always pleasant getting from receptionist and nice clean waiting area. First time have had to wait for appointment as dentist running late. Hygienist able to see me first whilst waiting then had another wait until dentist free. However both professional have excellent service and apologised for delay. Only criticism was, had to query at reception whether they had forgotten my appt after a half hour wait as had not been advised during that initial wait reason for delay.

Fantastic experience: My recent visit to Nelson Road D&I Centre Gillingham was, as with all my visits there, a satisfactory experience. I found the centre very customer oriented and friendly and welcoming. Both the dental surgeon and assistant ( don't know if I have used the correct titles) were professional and helpful in their approach, manner and practice. I felt at all times that I was in good hands and cared for. Information was readily forthcoming both as explanation of procedures and effects and also when asked for. Fantastic experience: Very busy, but receptionists are kind, friendly and helpful. Had a check up which went well.. dentist sat me down afterwards, and explained what my x-rays meant; she also gave me tips on using the dental brushes and when not to clean my teeth (eg after eating certain foods as this can cause damage to enamel ). Even got a free tube of toothpaste....
