Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant. I had my wisdom tooth out, I was in agony. I had consultation first day and tooth removed the next day. I had called other practises and it was 2 to 4 week wait. I seriously didn't feel a thing, the lady who had taken out my tooth was the best, she explained everything to me putting me at ease then it was out half an hour later no pain. From walking through the door all staff are friendly. If like me you don't really like the dentist go here your in safe hands. I am going back for other work that is needed. Fantastic experience: My dentist was professional friendly and explained everything as we went along he listened too His nurse was so lovely she recognised how afraid I was and held my hand and reassured me she even carried my bag so I could use the bannister as I’m a little unsteady I did have to wait a while over half n hour over my appointment time but they apologised and it really wasn’t an issue for me as I had no where else to be but don’t go in yr lunch hour otherwise I would recommend them and will return in the future for treatment

Fantastic experience: I have been under Dr Moreno for the past year and a-bit for extractions and Dental Implants. I literally cannot praise her enough for all the work she has done but mostly the kindness and understanding she has shown me. I have extensive issues with contamination OCD, so as you can imaging having to be in a dental environment like this for as long as I needed too made me really unwell at first, but then I was appointed Dr Moreno as my dentist here at West End Dental. She settled my nerves and made a lot of changes so I would feel more comfortable regarding my OCD. Without Dr Moreno and her team I would have maybe not gone through with the treatment I desperately needed, but they went above and beyond to reassure me and find ways to make the experience less scary and I’m forever grateful to them for giving me the confidence to able to actually come in and have what I needed done. My implants are perfect and I also now have a Dentist I can fully trust and not be petrified of which is a first for me. I couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you Dr Moreno your team! Lleucu Williams

Fantastic experience: I have wanted implants and new teeth for a good few years but have only just started the process, well I have to say that West End Dental (WED) have spent a lot of time putting my mind at ease and helping me to overcome any fears that were stopping me in the past. I am in complete trust of their expertise and am now looking forward to my course of treatment. Second visit was a daunting ninety minutes but Dr. Ferguson and his assistants put me at ease by explaining the process as we were going along. Now all of the upper posts are in place and I am looking forward to my next visit in a couple of weeks to have the lower jaw posts fitted. A very professional but friendly and down to earth team. That was back in mid November 2024, my next appointment was booked for two weeks later but unfortunately I came down with what I thought was a cold. We delayed the next appointment for a couple more weeks but the symptoms got a lot worse and it turned out that I had the RSV virus which turned into pneumonia. By the time I recovered in mid December the next available appointment was not until January 29th 2025. I had effectively lost two months. Although I thought that the bulk of the tough treatment was over, it was still another hour and a half to get the lower jaw implants in. I skipped out of the surgery that day with a smile on my face. On both of these visits I had refused pain killers and when the numbness wore off I just took two paracetamol and that was all I needed. Everything was going well and when the healing of my gums was complete. The next appointment was on the 13 March for what was called Exposure. This procedure was carried out by Dr. Adithya Madhaven, (Adi) A few more jabs and we were on our way. Now I had metal caps protruding from my gums from each implant but was still able to eat with my remaining wisdom teeth. I had previously refused temporary teeth in an effort to keep the cost down, but that was a personal choice. If you want to keep your smile through the whole process then get temps by all means! The next appointment was for the 4th April but due to a cancellation was brought forward to march 31st. This was for an impression, and as I hadn't slept very well the night before I was not looking forward to it. When I mentioned this to Dr. Madhaven he said no we don't do it with a lump of whatever they used before, we just scan your mouth! What a relief. I was given the option of numbing injections or not, I decided to try without. No problem at all. Adi took the caps off and screwed in the arch supports and then scanned the whole of my mouth with a type of large light emitting pen like device. Hey presto, and there it was on the computer screen, a 3D image of my upper and lower teeth, gums and pallet in full colour. I can confidently deduce from this that the finished teeth will be deadly accurate in size and fit! I can't wait! The arch supports were removed and the caps refitted with adjustments for more comfort. More great treatment from a very apt professional and pleasant Dental surgeon and his assistants. To be continued.

Fantastic experience: As an extremely nervous patient and having not been to a dentist for over 15 years I cannot thank everyone at West End Dental for being so patient and caring during my recent treatment. Having a molar that had barely anything left (extraction) and a filling that needed repairing I opted for the conscious sedation. The whole time I was put at ease and all my concerns answered. I also had a call the next day (Saturday) making sure everything was OK. I would definitely recommend them and the conscious sedation. Amazing service.

Today’s appointment was an opportunity to try the new dental bridge on the implant before completion. Stefan was patient & helpful, spending time making sure I was kept informed of any adjustments needed & determined that the finished dental work would be the usual high standard expected at West End Dental. Penultimate appointment in the current dental bridge treatment. This was to confirm the necessary adjustments had been made and the dental work could be completed. The usual patience and good customer care shown by the team. Finally the dental implant surgery and fitting the dental bridge is completed. Great care has been taken by the team at West End Dental to achieve a natural appearance so that I can eat, speak and smile with confidence. Their skill and patience is very much appreciated. Back to routine hygienist appointments with Carolyne. It’s always good to hear her advice to maintain dental hygiene especially now after implant surgery. Another routine hygienist appointment with Carolyne. Good customer care as usual from the whole team. I have been a patient with West End Dental for many years and always feel at ease with the friendly, professionalism shown by the entire team. This time just a routine, regular check up with Stepan. He took time to answer my questions about the recent implant work, showing me the X-rays and explaining work carried out during treatment which was much appreciated.

Negative experience: Really disappointed with my d patience here, whilst the clinical staff were very good the management is shocking. You are not treated as an individual.

Fantastic experience: Although sore following my continuing treatment for implants at the front, by the following afternoon only swelling remained. Four dental professionals in attendance throughout with everything clearly explained as the procedure progressed. My only draw back was trying to obtain the correct dosage of antibiotics which is still ongoing but will be resolved I’m sure.

Fantastic experience: I saw Keeley for a hygiene appointment yesterday. She was welcoming and kind and talked through ways I could improve my oral hygiene. I felt very comfortable and throughout the appointment I was told what the next steps of the appointment would be.
