We are a family friendly leading dental practice based in the beautiful village of Brundall, (Norwich, Norfolk) offering NHS Dental treatments to children under the age of 18 years and Private treatments to Adults with a monthly subscription based Practice Plan. We offer a range of cosmetic treatments which are not available through the NHS, at a very reasonable cost.

Fantastic experience: Just the ticket. Great service. Just wish dentistry work was not so expensive
Fantastic experience: Leeba did an excellent job performing a root canal treatment through a crown which was causing me pain when I bit down on it. It was quite a long procedure. I was nervous initially but Leeba put my mind at rest and talked me through every step of the treatment. I found her calming and confident at every stage of her work. She explained beforehand what was going to be done and afterwards showed me the X-rays of the completed work on the tooth. Altogether a very satisfactory and painless visit and would not hesitate to recommend her to others.

Fantastic experience: All the staff at Brundall Dental practice are professional and kind. Dr Chandrika is very gentle and reassuring. I had a cracked tooth which was causing me a lot of pain. Sadly it could not be saved and I need an extraction. I was terrified. The area was numbed with two injections which were skilfully administered. The extraction took only five minutes (if that) and did not hurt at all. The advice I was given for aftercare was clearly explained and easy to follow. A big thank you to all the staff.

Fantastic experience: Hello, This is a review of a first visit. I have yet to undergo treatment, but an assessment was needed as I have problems following a road accident over 30 years ago. This also means I use a wheelchair and have slow comprehension from a head injury. The staff were caring, considerate, and left me with the best understanding of my dental condition that I have had for a long time. They are sending me further details so I can make the best choice of how I wish to proceed. Their practice was accessible, the equipment used seemed first class. I almost look forward to seeing them again (like most people I can't help feeling nervous when dental work starts). My mental dificulties make me an awkward patient and this was handled in a very caring and considerate fashion. This is an update from several visits later, and the care and consideration I have been shown continues to be first class.

Fantastic experience: This uThe Dentist brought forward my appointment, nearly two months away, for an extraction. This would never have been a good experience, but I was able to be seen in a cancelled appointment, and after an array of methods, and probably every tool and machine available, my molar was out in twenty minutes! Fantastic experience: Very efficient and managed both Dentist and Hygienist appointments in one visit. This means good admin. On a later occasion and overdue extraction, due to other medical treatment, was handled with great care and efficiency including addition to my existing denture.

Fantastic experience: I always enjoyed this experience, which is odd as previous dentists have instilled fear from a traumatic childhood. I'm always made to feel at ease And confident in the treatment I receive will be at the highest standard. Most recent visit, Dr Chandrika completed two fillings on the front upper incisors. Positive experience: Visited today, friendly staff, however I waited 15 mins was in and out within 5 mins, when I believed it was a 15 min apt. Time could have been filled with a polish/clean or something I would then have felt the £12 a month was worth it.

I've been googling dentures, that's how worried I've been about my teeth. She was really lovely. After repeated visits - always welcoming and make me comfortable. Positive experience: We were seen on time and receptionists were friendly. The dentist was decidedly un-friendly, with a poor bedside manner, appeared not to want to be at work. My child was in and out in 2mins and I had to ask him to apply fluoride to her teeth (because we were previously told she had weak enamel) he did it, but didn’t apply it with any care or how I’d seen it applied before. He wanted us in and out as quickly as possible.

Fantastic experience: Great team at this practice from those on reception to the Dentist, hygienist and dental nurses. Always friendly and put you at your ease and it feels like they are in partnership with you as the patient not the usual dentist patient relationship. I almost look forward to going to the Dentist now.

Fantastic experience: Wow, what a fantastic friendly and professional experience it is visiting Brundall Dental Practice. From arriving and being greeted by friendly reception staff in a spotlessly clean reception area. Then to see such a friendly professional dentist..Dr Chandrika and her friendly dental nurse, who immediately greeted me and put me at my ease as I explained the problem. The problem was quickly diagnosed and dealt with which left me with a feel good confidence which has not always been the case at other practices. Thank you for a great service........Glyn Lloyd

Fantastic experience: Have been going to this dentist for a few years. They have always been very good. Saw the hygienist today who was excellent, explained every thing, gave helpful advice and understood how worried I was as I have very sensitive teeth. Would highly recommend this dentist. It is now private but there is a monthly payment plan and at least if you need urgent treatment you can be seen.

Fantastic experience: Really friendly and very thoroughly checked for any early signs of cancer in the mouth and around the sides of the face a neck ,they do this on each visit, before even looking at your teeth and gums, so we'll worth going,especially if you are a smoker, the man I had today made me feel comfortable, and don't rush you ,I'd recommend this dentist to anyone.

Negative experience: £60 for less than 4 minutes of dental check !! I need to make an appointment with the hygienist for even MORE money !!!That's never going to happen. Absolute robbery !

Reception girls were fantastic and my dentist made me feel very comfortable, talking about what he was going to do and all my procedures. I would personally recommend them.

Negative experience: Make sure you say which type of filling you want otherwise they plan to use the most expensive! Not clear pricing - even the cheapest one was more expensive than displayed on the practice wall because it was 2 or 3 sided - whatever that means!!!

Positive experience: I think it was OK but it was ridiculously quick. Each of my children was seen for no more than a minute!! Maybe this is the new way of doing things but it felt like a long journey for a very short appointment!

Fantastic experience: I only became a patient at this dental practice today and I’m very impressed! The reception team are very friendly and knowledgeable, my dentist Cav was also very polite and friendly. I have never experienced such a thorough examination…certainly never had a mouth and tongue check for cancer! The X-Ray equipment was high tech and a picture was taken of my problem tooth. After these procedures a full, detailed explanation was given regarding my teeth, gums and jaw bones. Although I’m having to return for a small filling, I left feeling happy and confident that I’m in good hands. Really pleased that I transferred to this practice and it’s in my village!!
