Fantastic experience: Very helpful with providing information both on the phone and at the appointment. Was kind enough to discuss my options with me and made sure I understood everything. Extra thanks to the dentist Amany and nurse Dashana for taking their time to answer my questions.

Fantastic experience: Needed an emergency appointment called 111, they sent me here. Never been here before.. welcomed by a very lovely lady, took my details, was seen by a dentist, absolute legend! Took out my wisdom tooth and I didn't even feel a thing! Probably took him a minute, felt no extreme tugging or pulling so yes a bonus saved me going to the dreaded Charles Clifford!!!! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: There strict about being on time won't listen to anything about why I was late didn't care how much pain I was in I had make another appointment. When I did get another appointment l made sure I was there before my appointment time 10/15 mins before. The procedure of doing what needed to be done was done quick and professional "WELL DONE".

Fantastic experience: Visted Broomhill due to needing an emergency appointment. The surgery was very clean, staff polite and friendly from the moment i arrived. I was quickly seen when I arrived and filled out the appropriate forms. The Dentist (Simon I think he was called) helped me stay calm, kept making sure I was OK and did the work needed efficiently and painless. Very good aftercare advice given also. Definitely recommend!

Positive experience: Really helpful relabile services good NHS dentist to be fair, I used them today for a infected tooth after having severe symptoms and swelling to my chin they provided same day procedure with no time wasted , couldn't extract the tooth as it was in a complicated position , performed a root canal service to drain the infected tooth and also provided some antibiotics and referred me to another dentist to have work carried out , dental nurses was lovely very comforting talked through out the process calm and welcoming got the job done . I went today with my partner and my baby and they were very kind at all times even if I didn't understand them too well they were friendly and explained everything perfectly. Fantastic experience: Went for what I thought was an emergency extraction as a very nervous patient - Sam and Simran (so sorry if i've got names wrong already!!) really looked after me. Sam had a look at the tooth and managed to repair it without extracting, put me at ease, whole thing took no longer than 10 minutes. Really lovely and I would definitely use again. Only trouble is parking is a nightmare but not their fault of course, worth the hunt for a space to be honest!!

My wife who is terrified of the Dentist was very nervous as she hadn't been to this practice before and didn't know what the Dentist was like,well she was worried for nothing because the Dentist and his Assistant put my wife at ease straight away with their caring attitude making sure she was ok and relaxed,I cannot thank all the staff enough for what could have been a traumatic experience for my wife into one what made her wish Broomhill Dental Practice was her regular Dentist

Fantastic experience: Broomhill dental practice were fantastic. 111 triaged my son as urgent and got us an appointment the next day. He was petrified but was in pain so had to go. The dentist was so incredibly kind and explained everything in the detail my son requested. They were able to do a full examination including x-rays which astonished me as previously I struggled to get him in a dentist least of all having x-rays. We have a referral and a treatment pathway to help until the referral comes through. Thank you so much for the empathy all the staff showed to us both.

Fantastic experience: I attended this dental practice for an emergency dental treatment through NHS 111 hotline. The receptionist was nice and helpful in arranging me a make-up appointment the same day as my scheduled dentist called in sick. When I was with the dentist, she examined my condition carefully and was very patient to explain me the possible options of treatment. While I’m always nervous in any sort of dental procedure, I felt at ease when under treatment with the good hands and professionalism of the dentist and the dental nurse. Many thanks to the whole Team as they really helped me out of my desperate need.

Fantastic experience: Pretty efficient. Never been to a dentist before and was made to feel at ease. Broken tooth so an appointment through 111 and had a temporary filling placed in. Quick work, not too painful. Unfortunately didn’t stop the pain caused by the tooth but the work done was great.

Negative experience: Lovely reception staff, awful dentist. No warmth or personality. Terrible bedside manner. All the people visiting were not put at ease at all, even though they were clearly in agony/stressed for their emergency appointments. One guy who was at least 30 years old, was crying his eyes out! It’s not hard to be kind!!!
