Negative experience: I had very bad experience with them and I will never do this again and advise everyone seen my comments do not go to this Dentist anymore, What happened I paid £600 for a treatment and they said to me this going to be for a life but ever month I have to go back to them to fix it really disappointed.

Positive experience: My first IDC experience was wonderful. Reception was calm, courteous and efficient. My dentist for the day, Mrs. Sonal Ketkar, was energetic, encouraging, clear and comforting. She was direct with her observations as well as advice. Her assistant was a proper support, diligent during my x-ray and all other stages of the morning. Positive experience: Since registering with this practice, I have only had checkups but no treatment and my experience has been positive. However, when talking to either the reception staff or my dentist, it has never been clear to me about what is included in band 1. My dentist has never cleaned my teeth or gums, which is supposedly included in this band!!

Fantastic experience: Had dry socket from an extraction at another dental surgery and went back to that surgery for dry socket treatment. Nothing was working and was in so much pain. Had an appointment booked with Zainab at the harrow branch and she cleaned it and repacked. I have zero pain it’s day 3 of the repacking and the medicated stuff is still in the socket! So happy as the pain is just gone; I took no pain killer today! Thanks so much.

Negative experience: While the dentist and hygienist have been excellent—professional, kind, and thorough—the front desk and management have made this one of the most stressful experiences I’ve ever had at a healthcare provider. On multiple occasions, I’ve been wrongly accused of not paying for appointments due to their disorganised record-keeping and failure to track treatments or offers correctly. Each time, I’ve had to prove that I had, in fact, paid—something that should never fall on the patient when the error is clearly theirs. The worst part is the tone and attitude: I’ve been spoken to rudely and made to feel like a criminal over their own mistakes. Not once have I received an apology after clearing things up—no acknowledgment, no accountability, just silence until the next time it happens again. The emotional toll has been significant, and there have been moments where I’ve left feeling shaken and close to tears. Once my Invisalign treatment is complete, I’ll be finding a new practice. The clinical care is excellent, but the way the admin staff treat patients is completely unacceptable and has overshadowed the good.

Positive experience: This would be a 5 star - the actual appointment and dentist visit I couldn't fault at all I was out of the appointment before my actual visit time, which was a bonus!- My only issue would be the administration - having been asked by email 3 times to fill out the paperwork for the appointment and reminders and then again being asked the same on text.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist in this dentist is one the best I’ve ever experienced. It’s not rushed, you can tell she does every individually teeth carefully and I always leave there feeling brand new. She also gives really good advice, even the type mouthwash you should use. I’ve been there twice now and it’s totally worth the cost. Thank you!

Negative experience: My denture broke. This made eating difficult and painful as the rough edge cut tongue/gum. I feel this was an emergency. I called in at the dentist in person to be told by reception that I had been struck off the list due to not visiting in three years. I explained that a client without teeth had little need to visit a dentist,and I had made this point by email some years before but still needed denture service. This did not convince the receptionist in spite of my previous regular attendance over more than 50 years at this practice. I had a long argument on this problem culminating in his agreeing to refer the matter to the owner of the practice. I returned home and was pleased to receive an email agreeing to see me the following morning. I saw Dr. Reel who was very civil and helpful in arranging a repair and taking impressions to replace my dentures. So when I gained access the service was very good . (The fact that my wife and I had been treated by the owner in his early days at the practice may have helped) The stress of getting to be seen has coloured my experience of the visit but I have no complaints about my treatment by the dentist.

Negative experience: I’ve just come in for my routine check up had such great treatment in the surgery but unfortunately I can’t say the same about reception and management i want to express my concerns about my recent experience with Rachel and the management team. I found Rachel’s behavior to be unprofessional and it negatively impacted my visit. Additionally, I feel that the management has not addressed these concerns despite my attempts to communicate them they were very close minded and rude.

Negative experience: Unhappy with this place. A bit of a money making operation. Some of the dentists before were great. When you went for your annual checkup they used to do little things for you like a little cleaning. Now when you have your NHS checkup, they just look at your teeth for 5 minutes and charge you 26 pounds. A couple of my friends have left this place because of this. They need to look after the customers and be little considerate.

Positive experience: I have never been comfortable going to the dentist and probably hadn’t been for around 10 years. I was a little nervous and concerned about what the dentist might find. On arrival the staff were super friendly and I was seen to almost straightaway which was great as the waiting around is the worst. Kanita was really friendly, understanding and reassuring. The whole experience was great and I will not hesitate to return and would highly recommend Imperial Dental Care if you are a nervous dentist goer.
