Fantastic experience: It was an emergency appointment and Dr Jansen is and was incredible. She gives you the time and listens. The appointment resulted in a tooth extraction but she did a marvellous job. Plenty of post procedure advice. Everybody from reception, dental nurse were brilliant too.

Fantastic experience: Lisel is amazing with me, she knows I dislike dentists and works well with me to overcome these fears. She explains everything she is going to do and give me time to process the action. This time I had a tooth removed successfully my teeth are weak and very tight in my mouth so sometimes can cause issues. However Lisel is very patient and takes her time. Very very pleased with the care and service throughout this procedure and through all standard communications

Fantastic experience: I have only been to Together Dental once and the staff are all friendly. The reason for my review is their new dentist Joao Teixeira. I live in Bury Saint Edmunds and he was my dentist there when I went to book up for my next appointment recently he had gone. I have spent a while tracking him down and am going to explain why I travel 50 minutes each way for me and my wife to see him. An older dentist told me years ago that to be a good dentist you don’t just need to have a good memory you also have to have the manual dexterity of a top engineer to be able to do the fillings and carry out the intricate work on each tooth to repair them. In Joao you have a dentist with incredible manual dexterity. The first time I went to him after a botched job from a dentist in Bury who said that a tooth couldn’t be saved. He looked in my mouth said, that is not correct, and just fixed it. There is never a fuss. Not only is he a nice guy he is awash in confidence at his own ability which is very reassuring. I have no idea about the rest of the dentist’s at this practice but what I can categorically tell you is, you will not find a better dentist than Joao Teixeira.

Negative experience: I had a tooth extraction over 1 week ago top back tooth. There were 3 sites of infections and a ball in the gum where the infection was raging. The removal of the tooth went well, I have no complaint. However, in view of the extent of the infection, I was released with no further after care apart from hot salted water which I have done 3 to 4 time a day + paracetamol for the pain as advised, which I thought was a bit on the light side. I had to book an emergency appointment with my normal dentist 3 days later as there was pus and infection coming down in my mouth + pain + feeling lightheaded, the taste is vile! I had to take time off work for this. She prescribed a strong antibiotics for 7 days and still the hot salted water mouthwashes 3 to 4 times a day. I have been in pain night and day ever since with the ongoing infection. Such an ongoing infections + antibiotics + constant pains + ongoing paracetamol + work + the level of tiredness is very costly in human terms. So far, last week it has cost me an additional £50.00 for the private dentist consultation + £20.00 for the private antibiotics prescription + constant painkillers on top of paying for the tooth extraction. It is affecting my physical health, my work, my family and so far, I do not see an end to this infection and constant pain! I also fear that there is a connection between the sinuses and the hole from the tooth removal as I have had over the past year repeated rhino-sinusitis which I never had before! If anything, I will be very lucky that it doesn't turn septic. I am paying a very hight price for a lack of care after the tooth extraction and I am seriously not impressed! Still in pain! I am now entering my 3rd week and it's too much.

Positive experience: Not happy booked my appointment for 9am today 25th of October 24th of October I had an email and a phone call check I was still OK for my appointment so I said yes,on the 25th at 8.50am I was on my way to my appointment I had a call from the dentist say they got the dentist wrong so they had an appointment at 11am which I attended to after canceling a customer of mine because I'm self-employed so that has cost me money,when I got to the appointment at 11am I wasn't since until 11.17am this is disgusting I've not had any refund or anything has been said about this.My expectations from you is a refund for my lost of work.

Negative experience: Too expensive. Over £200 just to get a veneer put back on and wouldn’t even provide a guarantee of more than a week or so. There’s a reason why your waiting room has no one waiting in it.

Fantastic experience: My first appoinment with new dentist (Private) Liesl Jansen, whom I found very friendly and offered good advice and answers to all my questions, and both Liesl and her assistant Nurse, were very reassuring and were not rushed in any way. Fantastic experience: After not going to the dentist for absolute years and moving recently I joined this Dentist. I hate the dentist. No one likes going. But coming here, I have now had several appointments. The staff just put me at ease and are lovely, which is a great relief. This is the best dentist I have been registered at. Negative experience: Had a check up with Jessica 06/10. £65. She was very good and explained everything. Said I needed to make an appointment for extraction . Had to pay £208 up front but they couldn’t fit me in until 01/12. Then receive an email stating they are putting up their prices . I did a quick Google search and was amazed to find they are already one on the dearest dentists around . I called another dental practice, made an appointment for that week and they completed all the work there and then for a fraction of the price . Called Watton today to cancel my appointment for 01/12, and was told I will have to wait 2-3 weeks for a refund . Disgusting service. Please everybody, do not assume all private dentists charge the same, do your research before committing to the most expensive just because it’s the practice you used for years when it offered NHS

Negative experience: I have been going to Clarance House dentist for over fourty years NHS , then out of the blue they change to private .Had to pay for my appointment before visiting dentist , they cancelled appointment then remade appointment so they had my money for over six months .The appontment was for half hour , I think he spent mabe five mins looking in my mouth ! he then recommended a treatment plan , £250.00 for a filling and £75 for a hygienist visit . up until now it has never been suggested to see a hygenist and could he not have done some of what a hygenist does in the 25 mins left of the apponintment I paid for ! It just seems they are asking me to pay more for doing less , the dentist seems more like a salesman .I know some of this is the goverments fault because you cant get an NHS dentist anywhere locally now .Just very dissappointing with the dentist situation now.

Negative experience: Staff welcoming and service offered was good, however having to pay nearly £1000 in advance for future treatment not able to be progress until November and December for my family of 3 is outrageous- would be happy to pay a deposit to cover cancellation or no show - but full amount allowing you to have my money in your account for 2 months is not on.

Fantastic experience: Cristina was very professional indeed. Had a vast knowledge of dentistry, also was very calming in her manorism, was confident with her choice of tools and used them like a pro. Let's not forget the assistant, they both seemed to just know what was required and when, timing things to perfection. If anyone is a little apprehensive about going to the dentist this team is undoughtedly what you need to settle your nerves and get ya nashers checked out. Thanks Cristina great job well done.

Fantastic experience: The Doctor was great , very cheerful , polite and informative and did a great job in removing my tooth , the surgery is a very professional set up from reception to nursing staff . My only gripe is I had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time , the doctor apologized, however when it's a paid for private practice I expected a little more , maybe someone should've kept me updated rather then me having to go to reception to find out why the delay.

Positive experience: On behalf of Christopher Hollick .... treatment excellent as always...thank you Natalia. Unfortunately my appointment was nearly half an hour late. (Back to the old NHS days!) Whilst accepting that this was due to unforeseen circumstances this is not what I expect when I am now paying privately. The practice should allow extra time for a patient If the situation appears to require it. I stress again no issue with my dentist at all but with the management.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service! My last nhs appointment was cancelled months before it was due, when I rang, I was told to phone back in 6 months. I was never offered a replacement appointment, BUT, if I would like to book a private appointment they could fit me in. My daughter's last nhs appointment was cancelled an hour before she was due in, by text, with no explanation. Again, when I rang, no explanation, no chance of a future appointment unless we paid to go go private. If they had honoured our last appointments, that had been booked months in advance, and then explained that they are no longer taking future NHS patients, then fine, at least it would have been clear. The way this has been handled by management and the dentists themselves is disgusting. They all need a few lessons in customer service as they have no idea about how to deal with the general public, THEIR CUSTOMERS!

Fantastic experience: I am very nervous when I go to dentist . My dentist today was very pleasant and explained everything to me in depth . It was a pleasant surprise to go to a dentist and a checkup take a half hour and not 10 minutes. It is a shame it has been made all private treatment because the cost is of putting for people to attend.

Fantastic experience: Together Dental in Watton is an outstanding dental practice. I've had no trouble getting an appointment for a dental problem at short notice and am really impressed with the staff who are polite and efficient. My dental work by Mr Carr was carried out in a very professional manner with the assistant. Everything was fully explained before and after my treatment. I cant fault this dental practice for their professionalism.

Positive experience: I attended on 23rd December 2022 requiring an extraction. Natalia Cengher was the dentist and she provided fantastic caring and considerate treatment explaining in great detail what was happening and why. Cannot speak highly enough of her. The practice dropped a star rating as they no longer provide NHS treatment and I had to wait six weeks for a private appointment but 10/10 on the day.

Negative experience: My wife who is a wheelchair user and can only use the down stair rooms, was told that she could not be treated as there was no room available. We had a round trip of over 40 miles and should have received some compensation, the practice would have charged us if my wife had missed her appointment. The practice could have contacted us before we travelled. She now has to wait until February for the work to be done. I was able to persuade Ricado that he could do my inspection instead therefore partly saving some of his time.

Negative experience: I enquired as a new patient as need dentures , I had to wait 8 weeks for a appointment , in the tiny cramped waiting room several people were saying how expensive this place has now become. in the consultation the dentist quoted double the price for denture I was given over the phone. I thought it would be a conversation but i just received instruction. I left feeling I had been rushed with no discussion. They charged me after I left the premises for a x-ray. I was not told in advance I would have to pay for the x-ray. I will say however the dental nurses were thoughtful and kind, but would rather drive 100 miles and go back to my old dentist than visit this place again.

Negative experience: Shameful service from the Practice. We've been registered with the Practice for many years now. Husband phoned this morning as he's been awake with toothache all night to be told they're no longer offering NHS treatment & basically he would have to pay £60 upfront over the phone for the private dentist just to look in his mouth then it would be whatever the costs to sort out the problem on top!!!!!! The most disgraceful part NO communication from the Practice whatsoever to tell patients they're no longer offering NHS treatment. The least the Practice could do would be to contact their patients & tell them they're not offering NHS treatment.

Negative experience: Hi. I’ve booked a consultation for my mum. I’ve told the lady at the reception, that I am taking on behalf of her as she doesn’t speak English. We’ve paid a 100 pounds, just to be told that it’s going to be better for us to book an appointment with Polish dentist. There is no information on a website that you need an English person/ interpreter with you. Also lady at the reception before she took 100 pounds could of tell us that they can’t help because of my mum lack of English . It’s out of order! That’s not how you should treat foreign people. You don’t make money on someone just because they don’t speak English! From my side I’ve done everything correctly. I’ve informed the lady at the reception. I’ve checked the website. There was no info!

Negative experience: We’ve been NHS patients as a family for years and for the past two years have been fobbed of by being told they would be getting more NHS dentists only to now be told there are none. My son needs urgent attention but we’ve been told as he is a child they can’t see him even privately. Feel totally let down and abandoned and seems no other dentists in Norfolk.

Positive experience: Hygenist treatment is great, great shame about the way Together Dental Treats it's NHS customers! Short notice cancellation of check ups after you wait 6 months and NOT able to re book. Late cancellation of Hygenist appointments which you have to pay privately for and NOT able to re book!

Fantastic experience: Everything went very smoothly. Just sad that it is very difficult even to make a booking for a dental check in these difficult times, in spite of further damaged teeth and a gum disorder, because of no dentist available. Have attempted to book up a Hygienist, but this lady is leaving, and the earliest date I can start making a booking is January 20231. Glyn Long

Negative experience: The waiting room must be empty. Receptionist will be to blame. Im registered and been told to call to get tooth out. Nurse i see on maternity leave so will have to go private but no appointments so call 111. I wont put pressure on that service so will just suffer. Disgusting.

Negative experience: The dental surgery with (very soon) no dentists. Together Dental , due to their apparent inability to retain and recruit , have left a lot of patients without the option of dental treatment, bravo The reception staff are excellent but my dentist clearly didn’t want to be there and extended the bare minimum of courtesy. I hope she’ll be happier wherever she moves to next.

Fantastic experience: As usual, first class treatment from the whole staff, particularly my Dentist, Mrs Salman. My appointment was arranged at short notice thanks to a broken tooth and I was given an appointment for the following week. As a nervous patient I always feel at ease when being treated, am given full information on any problem I may have and advised if any follow up may be required.

Positive experience: My appointment with Mrs Salman was as usual very efficient (albeit 45 min late due to Mrs S getting caught in traffic, not her fault) What was most disappointing was not being able to book a 6mth checkup due to Mrs Salman jumping ship and nobody taking on her NHS patients. The best I got from reception was to call in the new year. Maybe as this situation was was not of my doing it might have been nice if the Surgery could contact me when or indeed if a surgeon was found to take on these patients.

Positive experience: More than happy with dentist but very disappointed with whoever cancelled me for hygienist without my knowledge, cannot make another appointment till September! Also kept us waiting for 20 minutes because we were not checked in by reception.

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth removed and it was the best experience I have ever received. I was very nervous but both Shiraz Khan and the dental nurse put me at ease. spoke to me throughout the procedure and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend and so wish they were taking on patients as I for sure would be using them. 5 * service.

Fantastic experience: I was referred for a wisdom tooth removal to be conducted by Dr Khan. The dental nurses were excellent - taking an x-ray and putting me at my ease. Dr Khan took his time to explain the procedure and what he considered to be the options. A first class service. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Can I just say how totally overwhelmed I am with the fantastic job Sophia, Mel, and all the team @Together Dental have done in giving me back my smile The level of professionalism, and care from start to finish has been amazing! Knowing that when you sit in the "dreaded chair" lol, that not only are you in good hands, but made to feel welcome, with a good laugh chucked in for good measure, makes all the differenceI cannot thank you all enough really, I can only guess what you guys have to deal with day in day out!! Negative experience: My opinion has changed since I last went. I have given 1 star because I cant give a zero! I went to my appointment today, expecting to have 3 teeth out. I've been waiting since January and have been in almost constant pain. I was also due to have another 2 or 3 out next Friday. I was late going in to my appointment by a good 20 minutes. Injected into my gum and roof of my mouth. Once that had taken effect, Sophie tried to take the 1st tooth out. She couldn't get it out and said that was the easiest one and the others wouldn't have come out, so she didn't try. She then said she would have to refer me to have them all out at the same time. If I wanted a local anesthetic, it could be another years wait! I went for the quicker option, which is going to Norwich and being sedated. I was so upset that I left without really complaining. I now have a numb mouth for the rest of the day and because she's tried to take the tooth out, I can feel it starting to hurt. I am absolutely fed up with having tooth ache. I wonder if I was paying for my dentistry, would I have been treated in the same way? Sophie is usually a nice dentist to be seen by. I dont know if she's having a bad day but didn't seem too bothered this morning. I would like some follow up to this please.

Positive experience: I am a very nervous patient. When I attended my appointment on 4th May I asked Sophia to take a tooth out that was very loose. She and her dental nurse were absolutely fantastic and gave me such confidence and care. This made an extraction as pain-free as it could be. I would recommend Sophia as a dentist. Fantastic experience: I was referred onto Together Dental Watton from my normal dental practice. Due to these complications I was extremely nervous and anxious. They were running on time so this was a very good start. Both the dentist and the dental nurses were extremely polite and friendly. They acknowledged my fears and helped to calm me. They worked efficiently as a team and it all went perfectly.

Positive experience: Would have liked more details of the price I was paying for my filling. Eg difference depending on colour of filling. I had paid £65 to go to have my tooth inspected and I though Dr Mohamed said it would be an extra £65 to have the filling done so I agreed. I must have misunderstood as when I came to sign for and pay for the work it was another £165!

Negative experience: Went for a 6 monthly check up. Now we get no polish and clean so in and out in about 3 mins. Unable to book next appointment as they are 'not sure what's happening', and wanted £30 deposit up front for an appointment with a hygienist in November! What has happened to our NHS dentists?

Negative experience: Original appointment cancelled as my dentist only does NHS work on Thursdays and will probably be leaving completely soon. Arrived on time, only to have to wait at least 25 mins. No apology offered. Dentist spent approx 5 mins with me and my wife. £47 cost. Wife advised to see hygienist. Reception told us to call back in 6 months and make next appointment as unable to book. Appointment with hygienist would require £30 deposit up front and earliest as appointment was November. NHS dentistry is broken, especially in rural areas like Norfolk. If only I had an alternative.

Positive experience: Check up 1 filling needed. Happy with dentist. Early appointment but still 15 minutes late being seen. Not an issue for me but maybe for people taking time off work.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Together Dental for an extraction. I am a very nervous patient, however I was quickly put at ease. I was told exactly what would happen throughout the procedure which was swift and the least painful one I've ever experienced. I actual came out wanting this to be my regular dentist. The practice was spotless, the staff polite, friendly and very efficient. A WONDEFUL Practice!
