Negative experience: don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this needed to be said. I recently wanted to book appointment and was genuinely shocked by how unprofessional the experience was. From the moment I called to schedule, the receptionist was abrupt, barely listening, and seemed more interested in rushing. And rude they booking appointments besde on their own for each individual I had conversation with malisha unprofessional need to be trained I don’t consider inspire dental at all.thanks

Negative experience: Worst dental clinic i had in my entire life. In emergency i went there. They clean and put medicine & did temporary filling( no antibiotis only pain killer,how the wound will go without antibiotics) to my tooth even they suggest for root canal. At the same day night my pain become worst & i went to another dental clinic and get antibiotics. It was on april. I do asked for a date for registration and they give me may2nd. I again waited long 1 month. Finally i went there, they did xray only and said book for another 2 dates for root canal or extraction of tooth. I got the date on june2nd. Again waited the whole month. And on june1st they called and said doctor will be on leave tomorrow we can offer you a date on july 10th. Already i waited long 2 months. No tooth decayed more. Worst receptionists ladies. Not even a bit of kindness. Harsh talks. First learn yo be polite to everyone!!! Worst clinic and service.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment earlier this week and am very happy and satisfied with the service I received, both at the reception desk and with the Dentist I was booked with. They took X rays of my teeth and shared the results with me right away and told me my teeth are in good condition and no treatment is needed. Dentist gave me some good tips on improving on how I brush and the timing and techniques. I surely recommend this practice.

He looked after my 86yrs old mum with very good care and understanding. My only negative feedback is getting appointment. You have to wait for a long time, But I guess that's with everything at the moment in UK.

The dentist, Dr Achhar Singh Kajla realised she was anxious and put her at ease with his manner and empathy. The service was incredible, and he fixed her tooth, took X-rays and was through. Negative experience: I visited for teeth filling which had done yesterday since then I am not feeling comfortable. I am feeling like when I will chew my food it will come out. Also my teeth are more sensitive now.I feel cold and hot when I eat food.Not recommended. I will wait for 2,3 days then will be contact them again for what they had done with me.

Fantastic experience: I've been on my dental journey with Dr Shabbir Khambalia for many years and I've only had positive experiences. Despite these experiences, I still get nervous before an appointment and recently I had a procedure that I was particularly worried about. Dr Khambalia reassured me throughout the whole process by his words and understanding, and also by his skill and professionalism. The procedure went swimmingly and I highly recommend Dr Khambalia as he is a fantastic dentist.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Dental practice for young and old. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable Dentists and Orthodontists. My Dentist provides me with all the tools necessary to manage my Dental issues at home and best practices to use when brushing and flossing. The Admin team are fantastic and there’s always someone to ensure you’re in good hands before and after surgery. No matter what your background, you’re in good hands at this clinic! Considerations for the founder - an elevator for vulnerable patients, rather than stairs. X-rays/panoramic X-rays should be given more frequently for patients (with consent of course) with weak tooth enamel to prevent irreversible pulpitus/nerve damage.

Mr Anthony is a great dentist and he is always welcoming, and make sure you don’t feel any pain. He is such a nice dentist, he always pays attention to details and work very carefully. Fantastic experience: Dr Acchar Kajla was my Doctor, and he has revived my faith in dentists. I have an extreme fear after a terrible experience when I was 16 as a young girl, but Dr Acchar has been nothing but patient, kind and mindful of my anxieties. He always ensure I’m comfortable but also shows confidence in his abilities which put me even more at ease. Today, along with two brilliant nurses Amrit Heer and Deepa, who also showed professionalism, he carried out a tooth extraction. He could see my hesitation but was very reassuring and was in complete control throughout the procedure, and ensured I was comfortable every step of the way. If it is possible, I believe he has cured my fear of dentists and I’m now able to stay on top of my oral health without worry as a result. 5 stars all round!!! The clinic receptionists were also amazing, I called looking for an emergency appointment, and they called me back as soon as they had an earlier time which I was so grateful for! Fantastic experience: I recently completed treatment at this Dentist practise and can honestly say it has removed the Taboo in my mind about visiting the dreaded dentist! I would like to thank the team on the reception desk (Saturday in particular as this is when i had my appointments) to Mizaan the dentist with his assistant. Mizaan was brilliant from my very first appointment to my last ( I had a root canal and crown put in). He was professional, reassuring and sensitive throughout. Brilliant experience all round and for anyone reading this that is an existing or possible new client - you'll be in safe hands!

Fantastic experience: I joined Inspire Dental after being without a dentist for a couple of years due to the shortage of practices accepting NHS patients. My experience joining Inspire Dental was smooth and the waiting time for my first appointment was far quicker than I anticipated. My dentist, Dr Gul, is very professional and considerate. She and her assistant are always very accommodating and thorough. They both welcome me and my partner and are sensitive to my individual needs. The receptionists are also very efficient and accommodating. My experience has been entirely positive and would recommend this dental practice and Dr Gul to all.

Negative experience: I have a really bad toothache so i booked an appointment, the dentist told me i had a hole in my tooth but didn't do anything she simply told me it was OK, I'm still in pain.

Fantastic experience: Great service I was in pain & the receptionist Shivali did her best to get me an early appointment in the week & also suggested she could give me a call if she gets any cancellations during the day. Lucky I got a cancellation appointment on the day & received treatment from Dr Manghera which helped prevent pain temporarily. I was happy with the service I received. The practice has really improved in the last year.

Negative experience: I was given emergency appointments as I had toothache n infection . Manvir kaur yanked my tooth out knowing I had infection. I had nightmare began after this extraction. Couldn’t sleep as I wasn’t prescribed any antibiotics or asked to take painkillers Was examined y Dentist Mr Singh who checked and gave me antibiotics n applied some medication on the infected area which I am thankful but I suffered headaches and sleepless night after seen my Dentist Manvir kaur. I still have pain and soreness after taking antibiotics. I m very unhappy and upset the way my tooth was extracted. . I wondered if this particular dentist is experienced and trained to do dentistry

From the very start, Dr. Solanki made me feel completely at ease, even though I hadn’t visited for a long time. He explained my root canal treatment clearly and patiently, which helped me feel confident about the process. Despite his busy schedule, he kindly fitted me in because I was in pain and my maternity certificate was about to expire. I truly appreciate the effort he took to ensure I was seen in time. His calm and patient demeanor, along with his meticulous attention to detail, made the experience so smooth. Nurse Navdeep was equally lovely and helpful, making the whole visit even more comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Solanki—his professionalism and kindness are unmatched. Positive experience: I want to write a review, particularly for a Doctor who treated me. Dr Sandeep, is very professional and caring. She does not treat you just as a number or just another patient. Same treatment if you are a private or NHS patient. Inspire Dental should be proud to have her. Other staff were good too, especially when working under pressure.

Fantastic experience: I’ve spent years going to different dentists and never feeling comfortable (I am a very nervous patient) but Mizaan and his assistant (who is also highly trained) are AMAZING. I had a really awkward tooth pulled and it was painless and they both went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. I just want to say thank you so much. Negative experience: I was supposed to have a root canal that I waited 4 weeks for. On the day of the appointment it was cancelled and I was given an hour notice. The next appointment available was four weeks later. They haven’t taken into consideration that I’m in pain and they cancelled due to dentist sickness. When I called back the next day I was spoken to very rudely by a woman called Shivani. She gave me very unnecessary attitude and abruptly cut the phone on me when I was voicing my concerns about the delay for my tooth appointment. Then told me the reason she cut the phone was because they’re busy. I’m a paying customer and she did not handle my concerns or even at the bare minimum the conversation respectfully. Very unhappy and will be coming in to personal complain about her attitude and professionalism

Negative experience: The practice manager Ramandeep is extremely rude and unprofessional. Tried to raise an issue with her and she suggested that I and my family find another practice. She made it personal and acted like she was being offended when I tried to explain that the issue revolves around a burn during treatment. She suggested that I find another practice and has continued with the same response, now calling me rude. She has disconnected the call on me twice now and said she doesn't care about the fact that the treatment is left incomplete. Do not use this practice, incredibly unprofessional and once my treatment is done I will. be moving.

Negative experience: This dentist was not helpful at all. Waiting area is a chaos and loud. When the dentist is ready to see you they just call your name and when you go inside there is no clear instructions on what they want you to do. I had to ask if I should take a seat. The dentist does not explain properly what they are going to do. During the check up, the dentist hurt me and I was saying it hurts but she did not stop she just carried on and ignored the fact that she was hurting me. She made my pain worse rather than fixing the issue. She cleaned only one tooth where I was having pain and didn’t even give me an actual cause of why I was having toothache. She just prescribed me antibiotics and told me it’s gum related when it’s my actual tooth that hurts. Absolutely dissatisfied and waste of time.

Fantastic experience: I had my 2nd treatment of root canal yesterday and I've been seeing Dr. Kaamil for a few years and I have to say he is amazing dentist. He always shows care towards his patients. Making me feel at ease and comfortable at all times. Especially during the root canal treatment I was scared, anxious and he thought the hour I was with him made me at ease and had a few laughs too. I would not go to any other dentist. Only Kaamil he is the best

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the level of service at this dental clinic, and it's all due to the rude and unprofessional behaviour of the receptionists. From the moment I stepped in, it was clear they lacked any respect for patients. They were impatient, dismissive, and made it incredibly difficult to explain anything. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where people expect to be treated with care and understanding Back in 2021, I would have cancelled all four of my appointments if I hadn’t already started the first one. The experience was so bad that it made me dread going back, but I stuck it out only because I had no choice. The receptionist’s attitude was unbearable and disrespectful, making what was already a stressful situation even worse To make matters worse, when I called a few days ago to inquire about services, I was met with the same dismissive, rude attitude. That was the final straw—I decided not to seek their services anymore. I sincerely urge the receptionist to change their attitude. Respect is a two-way street, and if they started treating patients with basic decency, they might actually earn some in return. I won’t be returning to this clinic, and I hope others don’t have to go through the same negative experience I did

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency appointment, diagnosed as infection in wisdom tooth gave me two options either take it out there and then (previous dentists refused to do it as an emergency appointment) or to give me antibiotics, after talking to the dentist and expressed my anxiety we agreed to remove the tooth, anxiety went and they got it out fast and pain free would recommend this dentist really friendly

Today, I accompanied my mother to her dental appointment with Dr. Sandeep. My mother has mental health issues, which I made sure to mention to the dentist. However, Dr. Sandeep was quite rude during the appointment. She seemed to treat us as if we were not knowledgeable, which made the visit uncomfortable. In the past, we have had positive experiences with Dr. Pawan, who was always understanding and compassionate. Unfortunately, our experience with Dr. Sandeep was quite the opposite. I believe that empathy and patience are essential qualities for healthcare professionals, especially when dealing with patients who have additional needs. I would advise that the practice ensure all staff members possess these qualities to provide the best possible care for all patients. Thank you for taking the time to read this email.
