Fantastic experience: Always very friendly My dentist Kate Kemp is very professional and friendly. I've had a few issues recently over 3 appointments and she skillfully sorted my fillings etc out- and I didn't have the anaesthetic injection, just the gel, so it would have hurt (I'm normally just hopeless with pain)- but I did not feel a thing so I put it down to her skillful expertise and finesse and dexterity 100%. I was called in on time and having not needed any treatment for a number of years I knew I would need some work done following this check up. I was right - everything was explained carefully and I was included in the decision making process. I feel well prepared for next appointment in a few weeks time so thank you .

Fantastic experience: Fabulous service this afternoon from greytown, my daughter (11) needed two healthy teeth removing in preparation for her braces, my daughters dentist recently left the practice( he was amazing) and was nervous to meet her new dentist for the extractions, Martha was gentle and kind and treated my daughter with honesty, empathy, and kept her at ease. After the procedure my daughter was fine until we were about to leave feeling dizzy and unwell , Martha, nurses and receptionists all ran to her aid, with cool packs and laying her down, all stayed with her until she felt better, amazing team and I can't thank you all enough. After we got home we received a follow up call checking in on my daughter. Thank you greytown xx

Fantastic experience: Very smooth experience. Professional reception team had me booked in right away after I had been advised by NHS 111. I arrived early and was seen early. X-ray of tooth was done in minutes. Unfortunately it was bad news about my tooth and I have already been referred for a specialist appointment. I was prescribed antibiotics and I was all done. I need to say take care going up and down on the stairs. I tripped twice going up.

Fantastic experience: Really happy with this practice. Friendly staff at reception, very patient and polite. The dentist himself was lovely and explained everything in detail. He was also really good with my 2-year-old who sat on the chair and let the dentist examine his teeth. Definitely recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: No one likes the dentists right ??? I am no exception, but in defence of the profession they can't get any better than this. I have an ongoing issue with one of my teeth which has required more than one hurried appointment. All managed without a drama and most of the time with my named dental surgeon too. Treatment is ongoing but they really cant be more helpful.

Negative experience: Dentist always late. I've failed once for my appointment and I have been signed out for practice. Receptionist wasn't helpful at all. She just said that system is working this way. My family was there for couple of years and my mis appointment happened just once. If you can find better dentists stay away from Bicester Georgetown practice.

I have found my dentist Dr Kemp explains everything very thoroughly and the treatment I receive from her is first class and not the painful experience of years gone by.

Fantastic experience: Greytown Dental Practice gives an excellent service. The receptionists are very professional and always make you feel at ease. The Dentist is incredible. He explains everything making it very easy to understand and gives you many options. I am a new customer but have been bringing my grandchildren here for many years. I would not think of going anywhere else.

Positive experience: Very friendly staff across the board. They now have an online check-in process or you can tap in your details upon arrival to avoid waiting at the desk. The only drawback for some will be the access to the surgery from street level: there are two steep flights of stairs to navigate and no lift.

Their standard is high, with polite staff both in reception and in surgery. As an update, it should be noted that this standard has not changed. With new system and new people, this practice maintains a high standard of professionalism.

I was reassured through out the treatment and everything was explained to me during the process. It was all painless and relaxing.
