Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Parrock Dental! I came here for implant for my upper three, because I still had my milk tooth there in my middle thirties. Our journey wasn’t quick and easy but it was worth it. Not many dentists would take up the challenge. My tooth was sitting somewhere in the gum with very difficult angle to remove but Rik promised that I will have my dream smile. I had my initial appointment with Jacqueline who explained what do we need to do so I can be comfortable with the time frame and all costs. My hygienists appointments made a huge difference to my gum, I would recommend to see a professionals in Parrock Dental to everyone who like me struggles with gum disease. I was wearing Invisalign for 6 months. That was necessary to make a proper space for my implant. I am so pleased with my results. My teeth are straight, white and I feel amazing. I regained my self confidence. Every step from the initial appointments, hygiene appointments and surgery appointments were handled with care and professionalism. Coming to this place and seeing receptionist’s friendly face like Indira is making you feel comfortable and welcoming. That was my best decision, one regret is that I should come here earlier! Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency appointment for a toothache and rang the surgery at approx 2pm. They managed to get me an appointment for 2.40pm with Lauren. The tooth needed to be extracted and Lauren was absolutely brilliant! She was very calming, explained the procedure in detail and carried out the extraction very efficiently. Couldn’t ask for more!

Fantastic experience: Had my bridgework cemented back into place. The staff were helpful and friendly and fitted me in as soon as they could. The practice is spacious and modern. Taseen the dentist I saw gave good advice on the bridge I have in place (which was provided years ago by another dental practice) and cemented it back in brilliantly - it's straighter that it's ever been and I'm extremely happy with the result. Thank you!

Positive experience: I signed up for an offer on bonding , to pay for 4 teeth to be done and to get 2 done for free. I said i wanted my 4 front teeth at the bottom done and was advised to have my 2 top front teeth done as the 2 "free". I was on a deadline to get this done before my wedding. Then a couple of appointments were cancelled, which made the timing tight. The whitening didn't seem that good so I had to do it for an extra week , so I was running out of time. When I finally went in for the bonding , I was told that there wasn't anything wrong with my 2 top teeth so they didnt need doing, but I had only paid for 4 so that was OK? I did feel a bit cheated as it was the offer which swayed my decision to sign up. I didn't feel comfortable at the time in arguing, I think I could have still had 2 more teeth bonded but just not the top ones .

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been scared of dentist but the staff at parrock dental were amazing they made me feel so calm and relaxed. Many thanks to my nurse Nunya and my dentist Rudi u both are amazing people. I would advise for anyone who has dental phobia to give these guys a go I couldn’t be anymore happier with there service and care shown.

Fantastic experience: Impressed by my treatment today at Parrock Dental Practice. I needed root canal treatment and was very nervous after previous root canal experiences, but I needn’t have worried as Huzaifa the Dentist and Alper the Dental Nurse made the procedure a much better experience for me. They work very calmly and efficiently together and I recommend them to anyone who, like me, are particularly nervous at dental procedures.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Parrock Dental & Implant Centres has been amazing since I first visited around three months ago back in March. I first visited the centre and had my consultation before having my teeth hygiene completed in my second appointment and was a great experience in which I was gave excellent advice. I then had my third appointment, which my teeth were scanned and sent off for my moulds to be created for my teeth whitening kit. I was really impressed with my results from my teeth whitening kit which I used for just over a month on both my upper and lower teeth. I began to see a difference within 3-4 days of starting my teeth whitening. My family and friends had noticed a big difference after 2-3 weeks. I then had another appointment today to complete my composite bonding as well as three fillings on my upper teeth which was completed by my dental surgeon Huzaifa and nurse Alpa for today who were very kind and helpful throughout the process. I was really impressed with my results from my composite bonding today and it has definitely restored confidence in my smile. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone at Parrock Dental and their team who have been so helpful and kind to me throughout the process. I would highly recommend Parrock Dental and Implant Centres to anybody who is looking for general or cosmetic dental work!

Fantastic experience: My story started many years ago after losing teeth to trauma incidents, it progressed with neglect, non-regular dentist visits & smoking. When teeth begin to go they go ! One by one (if not addressed) the next inline falls. Life circumstance always got in the way to do something about it (I kept telling myself). In reality I just kept putting it off. Pain, infection & discomfort followed & plagued me for years. Eventually I pulled the last few myself, ouch ! It’s very embarrassing being middle aged with no teeth, I felt very old when I stared back at myself in the mirror. A high-profile job & the butt of jokes (albeit well-meaning jokes) I suppose is what eventually drove me to do something about it. I could not perform at my best whilst speaking to a room, this effected business with continued self-consciousness in my appearance. A year of research led me to Parrock Dental & Rick to undertake my full mouth restoration. You see if you research not all implant surgeons are equal. Many dental practices offer it; however, not all are fully qualified to do so, Rick is ! I wont lie it was costly however a valued investment in myself. Compared to other practices Parrock are very, very reasonable in their costs for what you get. but it all about the outcome right ? I cannot compliment Rick and the whole Parrock team enough, they have been absolutely fantastic, from receptionists to the nurse technicians. For me it has been a privilege to have found Parrock Dental, they have given me back a perfect smile and most important my confidence again. One thing to add (as I know many reading & researching will want to know) before you pull the trigger on your full restoration journey, was it painful ? Well, the honest answer is not as half as what is imagined. I learned many years ago fear on the most part is imagined pain & not reality. I wont lie, it is an uncomfortable procedure to undertake but is very well managed by Parrock team & NOT agonising pain. A day of uncomfortableness is well worth a life changing outcome is it not ! Such is my confidence in Rick & the Parrock team, I am more than willing to talk directly with you and discuss my journey. I would love to help you if I can as Parrock has helped me, definitely ! I came here for Invisalign because I’d always been self-conscious about my smile and had a fear of the dentist due to past bad experiences. From the very first consultation, the team made me feel completely at ease. The whole Invisalign process only took 4 months, and I’m so pleased with the results! Every step from the initial exams to the hygiene appointments was handled with care and professionalism. The staff are so friendly, reassuring and understand how to work with nervous patients. Thanks to Parrock Dental, my dental phobia has eased massively (10 years+), and I finally feel confident about my smile. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using this practice for just over a year predominately seeing Jide for oral hygiene and I can’t recommend him enough. He’s brilliant at what he does and his people skills are 100% - makes me feel relaxed and the whole process is easy. All the reception staff are very good too always polite and professional.

Fantastic experience: I went to parrock dental to start my Invisalign journey and i couldn’t be happier with my results from start to finish the whole team there was amazing. Morgan was lovely and introduced me to the whole process, made me feel so comfortable from the moment i started. The process was so painless and quick, as someone who’s had braces previously i would recommend Invisalign to anyone who wanted their dream smile. As a cherry on top i decided to go with composite bonding with Hakim to finalise my finishing touches. On the day Hakim, Eve and Jay were amazing making me feel so comfortable and making my experience perfect to the end. I really appreciate the whole team that worked with me.

Fantastic experience: I just completed My Invisalign today Dr Blanche Kadjo I have seen her through my whole Invisalign experience she explained things very clearly made me feel very comfortable. Fantastic experience: If it wasn't for this dentist detecting something wasn't right at my checkup that wasnt picked up by my gp,and made a referral to the hospital i do not no if I would be here to tell my story. Tonsil cancer was diagnosed which had progressed to my lymph nodes in my neck was detected at the hospital,I had to have months of chemotherapy and then radiotherapy,I had the worst year of my life,thankfully now I am in remission and am so very grateful to this dentist for literally saving my life. I thanku from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Negative experience: just now New It’s taken me some time to write this as I just wanted to leave it in the past but hearing someone else have an a similar experience I thought I would share mine. I have a severe dental phobia and after finally having done what I needed after 17 years I decided to have some consultations at different dentists to find someone I was comfortable with as I needed an implant and was terrified of having this done, I met with the owner of parrock dental and ended up leaving with an agreement to have invisilign (which I didn’t even need as I had metal braces as a child and always wore my retainer) as a nervous neurodivergent individual I get talked into things very easily and this ended up costing me £4500 when I was originally told £3800, I emailed them numerous times to either be ignored completely or to be told the price was correct even though I attached my original quote to the emails. Once my invisilgn treatment was complete (14weeks only) I went back for my check up £4500 in debt and when I told the dentist I couldn’t afford to pay for my implant so I won’t be having this done until my braces are paid off, his whole demeanour changed towards me in seconds!! Please note that I needed sedation that was £700, a temporary crown £900, and the implant itself £1900!!!! This was not feasibly possible for me but he didn’t care, he’s there for the money and nothing else. We aren’t all on dentists wage! Certainly won’t be returning and hope other people think twice before visiting. I gave 1 star as your receptionists are friendly. Also even after asking twice I never even got to see my before and after photos of my treatment, if there even was a difference

Negative experience: Currently having Invisalign treatment here, and i do not recommend! I had a end of treatment appointment booked in, where they assess if you need any extra trays they said yes I do, but they couldn't scan me in that appointment as they had no time, i was in and out in 5 mins, so made me wait 3 weeks for another appointment, by then I have no Invisalign trays left, and have made no effort to find me an earlier appointment so now I have to have a tray in for a month, while i wait for my next appointment and wait for them to be made. This is disgusting, and wearing the same tray for a month is really bad for your oral hygiene. I will not be having any extra treatment here as it has been a poor service throughout.

Negative experience: Not a great experience, not exactly the positive experience that they advertise on social media. I arranged an appointment for Friday the 7th of March, only to be informed at the last minute that this appointment needed to be changed. The appointment was rescheduled for Monday the 10th, when I arrived , I was informed that no appointment had been booked and that If I waited they would be able to get a Dentist to see me. Whilst waiting I saw another Customer complaining that he had booked an appointment that morning however the practise had no record of this either. Twenty minutes later I was advised that there was no Dentist on site and I could not have been seen anyway, a complete waste of my time. I was informed that a Manager would call me and as of yet no call. Overall poor communication and structure and staff members not accepting responsibility for what was clearly their error. I have cancelled my dental treatment plan and found a dental practise that care. I have been a loyal Customer for a number of years-shame really as the initial experience with Rik Travedi was really good.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Olajide O for a number of visits. He is an excellent hygienist, always friendly and interested in me as a patient. On his advice I have seen significant progress and am grateful for the improvements his help has provided.

Fantastic experience: Had my composite bonding done on my top 6 teeth this week by Hakim who done a fantastic job!! The process of teeth cleaning (done by the hygienist who was brilliant), teeth whitening and the composite bonding was easy and fast. The receptionist always made me feel welcome and is so friendly. If I knew the process was this fast and efficient I would’ve got this done years ago. Hakim is extremely talented, so polite and professional. Everyone keeps telling me how perfect my teeth are! Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: My life has totally changed since I had my implant at Parrock Dental. Rick and his team have been amazing. From the initial assessment to the actual procedure the process was flawless. Before my implant I was not comfortable with my smile so I was afraid to take photos. Since my implant I now have the biggest smile in my photos. The team at Parrock Dental are always available for any questions or concerns. I strongly recommend Parrock Dental for all your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Perry st brunch for a while and the receptionist Reena and Tracey where really welcoming and the dentist Edward was great and my lovely hygienist Bessie is great to left my teeth lovely and sparkly i definitely recommend this surgery and the one in Gravesend

Fantastic experience: My partner and I have had an amazing experience with Parrock as a whole. The facilities are always clean and well looked after. Water is readily available and staff are friendly and helpful. There are normally a decent amount of appointment times available. We had a very useful check up which helped us understand our oral hygiene with a list of suggestions. They always have hygiene products readily available to purchase. Our regular hygienist Jide has been fantastic. Not only does he do a great job, he also teaches and demonstrates what we need to do to maintain our hygiene at home. He always asks questions and makes sure we have a good understanding of oral hygiene. He also congratulated us on maintaining our hygiene which was very motivating and it was something we appreciated. My partner has struggled with gum disease for a very long time, Jide and the team helped clear it up.

Negative experience: Will give a minus star if there was an option, absoultly the worse dental practice experience i have ever had, avoid at all cost. I paid in full in advance and booked a dental checkup and a hygineist appointment last week on thursday (5th dec), specifically told the staff that i want to get my teeth cleaned with a hydro dental cleaner (water jet), as i dont like the scaling tools, after sitting in the hyginist chair he starts with scaling tools, i asked him to stop and explained that this isnt what i booked myself for, rudely interupts and goes on to say that hydro cleaning doesnt work very well, but offers to still do it if i paid another £40!!, i have had enough by then, and i told him to finish the appointment and walked out, spoke to someone at the reception and the practice manager walks out and offers to intervene, agrees to call me on monday to discuss. Did i get a phone call? Full marks for guessing, i didnt!! Avoid this place and go somewhere else, dental treatment is daunting as it is, and with the kind of treatments this practice is providing no wonder people avoid going to the dentist!!!

Fantastic experience: Well what a wonderful service I have received from this Dental Practice. Rik was so empathetic and caring from the first day I met him. My complex bone grafts and implants were perhaps very challenging. But i5 did not phase Rik, as he is a perfectionist in his own right. Absolutely fantastic team from receptionists to nurses and the after care was wonderful too. For me it has been an honour and a privilege to have found my perfect Dentist, who now is giving me back my perfect smile ☺ Thank you all so much for helping me through my difficult and complex needs. Fantastic experience: My molars have been difficult for years, until I found Parrock Dental. I've been treated with respect and kindness and given the best treatment that I could've wanted. So far, I've had a couple of teeth rebuilt, rather than patched up, and I've had one implant. Dr Rik is so reassuring and professional and the whole team looks after you so well. I am very happy with my implant, it is comfortable and easy to use and keep clean, the colour blends into my mouth perfectly. I also discovered how useful dental hygiene treatment and advice is. I had no idea how to get rid of my swollen gums nor that you should have actual gaps between your teeth at gum level. I have always been to the dentist twice a year, however no one has talked about brushing at an angle between the gum and the tooth! Thank you Parrock Dental, I wish that I'd come to you years ago.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience from booking to completion of all services. After a few years of not seeing the dentist I was apprehensive before my visit and wanted to make sure I chose the best clinic. The front desk team Chloe and Manesha (please forgive me if I have misspelt your name) ensured I received a warm welcome thank you. Blanche made me feel at ease, her advice was comprehensive and her management was ace. Sky gave me a warm welcome for my check up and was great with my X-rays thank you. Jide a kind man and great hygienist, he ensured I had a good and thorough clean and had some reggae music on to create a calming environment thank you. Prior to booking I could see this clinic has mixed reviews, I’m glad I booked and will be attending for future appointments. Top tier class, service and treatments thank you!

Fantastic experience: I've just completed my full mouth dental implant treatment with Rik. As somebody who suffered severe nervousness and anxiety about going to the dentist I couldn't have asked for better treatment. From the moment I walked into the surgery I felt relaxed and discussing my treatment plan with Rik and his team was completely stress free. Rik has a very relaxed manner and explained everything clearly even on the day of my surgery. My mouth was full of broken teeth with several missing altogether, I suffered pain when chewing and was very conscious of how my smile looked. That has all changed now and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Rik and the team. I did have a phobia off dentists but since i walked into Parrock Street Dental over 15 years ago that phobia dissappeared and i enjoy now visiting the practice. Fantastic experience: I made an appointment at parrock dental, being a very nervous patient the staff welcomed me and put me at ease. Tafeen was brilliant, I had 2 filings and had teeth whitening. Tafeen talked me through what he would do which gave me confidence. I am extremely pleased with my teeth after my whitening process and I would like to thank all staff and especially Tafeen for being amazing. I am no longer afraid of the dentist, which I am very grateful for.

Fantastic experience: I’m in my sixties. I had broken and missing teeth which made eating difficult. I came into the surgery, where I was given advice and treatment. It was amazing, I was told exactly what would happen and when. The Rick and the staff are amazing. I now have a full set of teeth and for the first time in years I can eat comfortably

Fantastic experience: I was recommended by Chloe. I came to Parrock Dental because I was unhappy with the alignment and crowding with my teeth. I had Invisalign and Composite Bonding. Service was 10/10 throughout. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Negative experience: I attended a higyniest appointment in December, the male hygienist didn’t do a very good job, then I was offered to return and see someone else, after I attended the second time in Jan, the female hygienist did a better job, but left my upper front tooth (part composite) feeling very rough (scratched). I was then advised over the telephone, that for somebody to sort it, I had to book/pay for a check-up appointment (even though this wasn’t a check-up), which I attended and paid, but the dentist that saw me didn’t know what was going on and had no experience in dealing with composite filling, so he only managed to fill the gaps/scratches, but due to his experience he didn’t polish the tooth at all. So, my tooth is still feeling very rough, opaque and bits of the bonding that the dentist used keeps peeling off! I've complained about this in person, over the phone and in writing. After several days I had an email reply from the Manager Tori, but I felt it was very defensive and my concerns were not been considered. So I've responded and explained my reasons to my dissatisfaction, but unfortunately I had no response or acknowledgement to my last email dated 6th Feb. My experience has been quite traumatizinga and how the whole situation has been handled, having to return and contact them numerous times, knowing that each time of my visit I have to make arrangements with work, pay for parking and treatment to sort something that was clearly not caused by me! I should not have to go through this, as clearly there are training issues at this surgery, which needs to be addressed and overlooked. I'm extremely disappointed of how I have been treated and the lack of ownership for somebody to find a resolution to this awful experience.

Fantastic experience: My experience has been really good here at Parrock dental. I had dentures for years that kept cracking and breaking. I decided to go for the all on four full set of teeth as I wanted to be able to eat apples as they are my favourite! No more fixodent for me! My worry is finally over and can feel confident again in my smile! They team have been super helpful and Rik has been very nice and knows exactly what he is doing to achieve a great look. Negative experience: Had a ‘free’ Invisalign consultation here. Paid £30 to hold appointment, They refused to refund afterwards as apparently the X-ray they take as part of the consultation is not free!! Very misleading and poor customer service. Had planned to proceed with Invisalign treatment with them, but not now - will spend my money elsewhere. Poor customer service and misleading offer.

Fantastic experience: Im half way through my Invisalign treatment at parrock dental and i will be continuing to use these guys after i finish my treatment. When you enter the building you are always greeted with nice smiles from all the staff and some nice conversation which makes it feel like a nice environment to be in until you leave. The guys are Parrock dental have been brilliant to me, always a friendly bunch of faces to see when you walk through the door. I finished my I Invisalign treatment in movement and I really appreciate Dr Rik Trivedi and his colleagues for the best and most professional advice along the way and to top it off, I have had such a wonderful job done of composite bonding and fixed retainers done by Dr Belarbi to the point I don’t recognise my own teeth which mean I can’t wait to get confident with my smile again. I’m generally so happy with the whole experience and will continue to be with these guys for the maintenance of my teeth for years to come and highly recommend these guys if you’re thinking about using them!

Fantastic experience: For the last 15 years, my mouth has been a mass of broken teeth and painful infections. Some bad dental experiences in my youth put me off the dentist and the situation steadily became out of hand. The tastes and textures of food had long since been off the menu for me and it was as I visited an emergency dentist for another round of antibiotics, when I was only 36 years old, that I decided enough was enough. I was losing weight, losing confidence and, most tragically, losing my sense of dignity. I found the Parrock Dental practice online and decided to take the plunge. From the very first call I made, I knew it was the right thing to do; the reception team were incredibly professional and so genuinely sympathetic. I was booked in quickly for a consult and it was clear very early on that the team were honestly committed to helping me overcome my dentistry fears and to helping me rebuild my smile in a way that worked for me. A few simple appointments later and I had a date for my procedure. I underwent a complete mouth restoration, having both the top and bottom all-on-four processes done in a single day. The procedure was completed by Dr Rik, who is the principal dentist at the practice, and it was simply effortless. He coached me through the whole process, extinguishing the fires of dental anxiety I had been keeping ablaze for decades through his considerate approach and impressive knowledge. I had heard a lot of good things about Dr Rik and I can honestly say that nothing can accurately describe how magnificent he is as a dentist and as human being – supremely understanding, unquestionably kind and confident in a way that only a master craftsman can be. The procedure was done in a day, 7 to 8 hours of sitting down and I was out into the world with a full set of new teeth - no pain, no discomfort and no panic. Nothing. Every ounce of fear and apprehension I had ever harboured was finally laid to rest in the dental chair that day and I was home half an hour later, watching TV. I had a week of soreness, remedied by Paracetamol and that was it. The horrible, frightening thing that had been lurking at the back of my mind was overcome in a flash and I cannot explain how easy it was. A few months later, I had my final teeth fitted and they are simply sublime - perfectly shaped, very natural looking and extremely good at chomping things. I went from having the worst teeth in any room to having the best and the people that know me are truly shocked at the transformation – and possibly a little jealous, too. The feeling of chewing food whilst out at a restaurant where I can order anything from the menu or smiling whenever someone yells ‘Photo time!’ or talking without holding a hand awkwardly over my mouth brings such a sense of freedom. I face the world – and my loved ones - with such confidence now and the team at Parrock Dental are utterly responsible for it. And the service did not stop there. Dr Rik and his team continue to offer their expertise and support and they have made it very clear that they are here for the long run. It was a journey, yes, but one akin to travelling a long-haul flight in first-class: ultimate comfort, supreme ease and a sense that I was receiving the very best service available. There is a dedicated What’s App number that will answer any questions in an instant and my treatment coordinator, Jacqui, has shown such deep empathy and care for my case. She is always overjoyed to see each stage of my journey completed and I will be eternally grateful for her support and her unshakeable happiness. I left the surgery last month with my final teeth fitted, and I left behind all the unfinished meals, the countless courses of antibiotics and the crippling social embarrassment of having terrible teeth. Then I ate a big steak - you should have seen me smile!

Fantastic experience: How Rik and his Parrock Dental Team transformed my smile and my life. For many years, I suffered from ill-fitting partial dentures which created a major problem with how I looked and felt about myself. Basically, I had low esteem and on top of this not eating and chewing properly affected my health and nutrition. When researching about dental implants I looked at the reviews of several dental practices in the knowledge that I was looking for excellent reviews and a local location and came across Parrock Dental's web site. I was impressed by their credentials, testimonials, and before-and-after photos. I decided to give them a call and book a consultation. Arriving at the practice I still had trepidations about what I was embarking on. First impressions of the practice were good and helped in that it was friendly and efficient. Then a meeting with a 'Practice Concierge' where I agreed to go forward with a Dentist's consultation. Following various x-ray's and scans I then met Rik the Dentist who really put me at ease and provided a perfect treatment insight. This was all due to Rik's very professional and friendly demeanour and all the way through he checked on my understanding of what was being proposed and this provided reassurance. The big day arrived and as I required a full arch on upper and lower jaws, I knew that it would be a lengthy procedure and this I was afraid of and doubts about. However, these were outweighed by the long-term benefits which became my touchstone when receiving treatment. Using local analgesia and distraction therapy along with continuing reassuring status checks I was able easily get through the session. My reward being to view my new temporary teeth at the end of it all. Following the treatment day, I have had check-ups and preparations for my final sets of implanted teeth. I now have my own unique smile and to maintain this I regularly have Dental checks with Rik as well as scheduled Hygienist visits. Well done to one and all. My take aways Excellent dental unit with efficient staff Dentist Rik and his team were on top of their game demonstrating tremendous skill, professionalism, and reassurance. Transformative experience and outcome - low esteem replaced by outgoing confidence and natural eating habits regained.

I had an issue from a previous dental surgery which caused my crown at the front of my teeth to repeatedly fall out. This caused me huge anxiety, fortunately for me my wife found Dr Rik and Parrock Dental Surgery, I contacted them to have an initial consultation and see how best to rectify the problem. From my first consultation with Dr Rik he took me through the process of understanding the underlying issue and what my options were. Fantastic experience: I had my first consultation with Dr Rik in Jan 22, I had free scans and X-rays then we discussed the deterioration of my teeth and came up with a plan to do an "all-on-four" for my bottom teeth and some veneer work on the uppers. To be honest it did seem a lot of money and I did think about going on holiday and getting the work done in Turkey, then I left it a while, well about a year to be honest. I had talked to a couple of friends who had done the "Turkey Teeth" experience and told me about the problems they had experienced with having to pay for multiple returns to have adjustments and that settled it for me I was getting the work done down the road in Gravesend. In Feb 23 I was given more free scans but these showed serious deterioration in just a year. Rik explained that, if I wanted, we could go ahead with the original plan but the scans showed that my heavily damaged upper teeth would probably need extraction in a few years which would cause problems with new lower teeth and that to do it separately I would end up paying twice and he suggested that I think about doing all the work in one hit and saving a shedload of money by doing so. I had a think about it and quickly realised it was the way to go and a week later (10/02/23) I had my temporary "recovery" teeth (bridges) in. It was an amazing difference even though they were only my temporary teeth, everyone kept saying how good they looked. I have been back for several follow-up check ups and fittings and now have my final teeth/bridges in and I am well happy. I want to thank Rik and all of the team for their friendly professionalism and I look forward to seeing you all soon for my next dental hygiene appointment.

Fantastic experience: After hating my smile for years I finally plucked up the courage to arrange a consultation at Patrick Dental Centre. I was quite nervous and wasn’t sure what to expect but as soon as I started speaking to Lauren she immediately put me at ease and gave me time to tell her what I would like to achieve as far ad the end result would be. After going through a dental plan with me I decided to go ahead with the work. Lauren always took her time to calmly explain everything she was going to do at each appointment. I chose not to have “major” work as I still wanted to look like me and Lauren came up with a couple of ideas which were perfect for me. I am so happy I was lucky enough to have my treatment carried out by Lauren and I am super happy with the results. I can’t thank Lauren enough. Positive experience: Hi my name is Sharon ,and I am using my husbands email. I went to Parrock Dental &Implant Centre in the early part of 2023, after researching several dentists who I thought maybe able to help me , after reading their reviews I decided to visit them to see if they could help me . I knew I would be a complicated case as I had been seen by a dentist from East Grinstead hospital who had said I would need my jaw broken and realigned which I did not want .I went to Parrock Dental with not much hope , I saw Jacque who took scans ,X-rays and explained options. I returned about a week later to see Dr Rik who explained in-depth what they could do for me , we decided on a plan to have a full set of implants .I was so pleased as I hated my crooked teeth but Dr Rik gave me confidence to trust him to do the treatment . I had all my teeth taken out and temporary implants put in on the same day . After a few planned visits I got my final set of implants that Dr Rik and I were pleased with . Fantastic experience: I rang yesterday to book a consultation. I am a very nervous patient and I found even the phone call difficult. The man I spoke to who I think said his name was Jo could not have been lovelier! He was patient, reassuring and provided me with enough information and support for me to book the appointment. Today I have contacted the surgery to confirm and pay for the appointment and the lady I spoke to was lovely and Jo had told her I would be ringing. This is clearly a practice that before I have even been seen by them go above and beyond. Usually people don't have the time to talk or discuss anything so I was very surprised! When I got upset during the call due to nerves Jo waited patiently for me to be able to continue. This is outstanding customer service. Thank you to all I have already spoken to and although I am not looking forward to my appointment I already feel somewhat reassured.

Fantastic experience: I am currently in the process of Invisalign treatment with parrock street dental. Although taking longer than expected for my teeth to move (no fault of theirs I have stubborn teeth) I am really happy with the customer service I receive from all the team, the nurses are extremely friendly and the business is run really well. My treatment is going really well and really excited to have my bonding done for my end result.

Negative experience: We spent Almost £20,000 from there. Implant came off within 3years. Tooth Filling came off within 6month. Is it normal? that Implant came of within 3years? The Customer service on the phone (Telemarketer) sounds like it's our fault that we didn't do regular check up. I don't want to give them even 1 star. Ask for the fixing it. They ask me to pay upfront the money around £500.00 for the check up first. This Dentist must be a Billionaire. Rip off from Every single ''CUSTOMER'' (Not ''Patient'') If you have money to pay for this person who answering this reviews, Pay more attention to after care service with less money rather than Rip off your patients. Negative experience: AVOID AT ALL COSTS Very disappointed with the poor service i received from both the hygeinist and the dentist. First of all in the hygeinist the saliva that was sucked up from my mouth was leaking from from the suction tube of his equipment all over my face and ear. He had to use a tissue numerous times to dry my ear. Secondly he was very rough and didnt do a good enough job at descaling and then the polishing wasnt good enough. Secondly the price was £85 which is astronomical and isnt justified. The worst hygeinist ive ever used. The dentist i saw was very nice but i was charged £46 for x rays without being informed that this wasnt part of the £85.5 dental checkup fee. An easy added extra scam for this surgery to tack on. I was also told that a small filling would cost £350! Then they said they could reduce this to £200. Standard private uk prices for such treatment is circa £100. Another scam. The dentist simply said, "yes we are expensive". Thirdly, The offices were very shabby compared to other private dentists i have been to. I was actually shocked at how shabby they were, considering the reviews and the price. When i said to the receptionist that this place was expensive she replied, "well we are private". Clearly naive and completely clueless as to what a decent private practice experience is like and oblivious as to what a rip off shop this place is. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic experience: I started my invisalign treatment with this dentist and was initially nervous to get started. However, I felt welcomed and at ease as soon as I stepped foot within the practise. Staff are friendly, kind, patient and always available to answer questions when needed. I would recommend this practise to anyone who want's 5 star treatment and great results.

Fantastic experience: I had gum disease that meant I needed some extractions and false teeth, or individual implants; and would have required further work in the future. I opted for a full bridge replacement of my top teeth - although quite expensive, I'm glad I had it done. The whole process was painless and apart from some bruising for about a week after the surgery, I can now happily smile without toothless gaps. The final outcome is a totally natural look (and colour). Many thanks to Rik and the team who did a fantastic job.

Fantastic experience: Hi I would just like to leave a review for all those of you that are looking to get Implants and are worried about the treatment you get at Parrock Dental Implants. I can say from my own experience, that I was looked after extremely well by all the staff and by Rick who done my implants, a really nice guy. He talked me through the treatment that I would receive. Which put my mind at rest. Total professional in the work he does. I had full mouth implants 6 upper and 4 lower jaw. I had 8 extractions and my temporary teeth put in, in a day while my gum were healing. I now have my permanent implants in and I couldn't be more happier with my new smile . So if you're thinking about having implants fitted you won't be in any better hands then Parrock Dental Implants And take them up with their offer of the monthly insurance plan for peace of mind Keith Purdy-Valentine

Fantastic experience: I came to Parrock dental as an extremely nervous patient .I needed a dental implant on a front tooth and saw Rik. The had sedation that I would highly recommend to anyone that is nervous to make you relax. The service at Parrock Dental is second to none. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I never stepped foot into this establishment. After it’s reviews and location, I booked a hygiene appointment. However, I found out that I could not make said appointment 36 hours prior to it - so I rang the practice to inform them, during working hours (1113 to be exact). No one picked up, so I left a message explaining my situation and if I could be rebooked the following week. I was rang at 1649 by a very nice gentleman, but the conversation turned sideways very quickly. I explained I could not make the appointment, which he proceeded to ask me why (he also explained their 48 hour cancellation policy). That was a red flag for me - why should I have to explain my cancellation? It could have been to a bereavement, sickness, etc. He then said it’s up to the hygienist to decide if they want to charge me again for another appointment. I explained that’s a bit unfair, what if they don’t like my gender, skin color or they’re having a bad day - I can be charged either £85 or £170…and which he said, “yes”. So, unbeknownst to him, I had yet to pay for the appointment - as I feel I should not pay for a service I have yet to receive. At that time, I explained I will seek another practice then. This is poor business. A “threat” of extra charging based on how someone feels, despite having clear policy and invasive questioning is not how you gain and retain patients. Yes, they remained “professional” throughout all my interactions with them, but passive aggressive behaviour is unwarranted. I genuinely wanted to change my appointment but the uncertainty of payment and the interrogation was off putting. I wish them the best of luck, but I will not be recommending this practice to any local and suggest seeking any other numerous practices around Gravesend. As per your response - I clearly did not state I did not agree to the terms and conditions, simply he informed me - I do not have a problem with that. It's the fact someone can determine whether or not to charge someone £85 or £170 based off on how they feel. Is it in your terms and conditions to offer a reason for cancellation that fits your approval? If you must know, I am in hospital awaiting emergency treatment - is that okay? To simply write it off and tell me to move on to another practice shows you do not care for new patients. Your response is disgraceful and condescending. As I mentioned before - it is no one's business as to why I have to cancel last minute, and despite my best efforts to reschedule, I was threatened with being charged even more. I am glad your practice has not received any payment from myself. Please, think about how you treat potential patients and how you respond to them on a public forum - this was not well thought out.

Have been asked all along if I'm happy with how my teeth are looking and have continued treatment until I am perfectly happy with how they are. Fantastic experience: Amazing results with my treatment. I got my smile back. I got a leaflet through my letterbox advertising the invisalign treatment at Parrock's and I decided to come to Parrock Dental as I was having a lot of issues with wide, very noticeable gaps in my teeth. This was affecting my confidence and when I met Ric and the dental team ,I was really surprised at how straightforward the treatment was and I am really pleased with the results. Fantastic experience: After over 30 years of smiling with my mouth shut I decided to enquire about treatment for my teeth. I googled dentist in my area and Parrock Dental came up. It is three months later and I have had full mouth fixed dental implants. Was it scary ? Of course but the staff were amazing, professional and kind at all times and gave me the confidence to continue. Rik is the most amazing dentist and I will be forever grateful for the care he showed and the work he did. All in all I have a natural smile that I am so very proud of and confidence to match.
