Even though I’ve only seen her once, she was incredibly kind, caring, and really keen to help with my toothache — way more than I’ve experienced before. She actually listened, made me feel understood, and took my pain seriously. I felt so much more at ease with her, especially during such a stressful time. Fantastic experience: Pain free for deep clean which was well under due the dentist was ca and friendly and very helpful. Reception team all smiling and made me feel very welcome. Dental nurse was also very intelligent and helpful.

Negative experience: Avoid dentist at all cost. Wait times are ridiculous even when paying private. Privately had invisalign treatment done by Dr Madoudi and was left disappointed. I was also not told that i would have to wear retainers for life after treatment so that was a surprise. Paid over £3000 to be left with my teeth still not looking straight or how the end photos said they would look.To then be quoted £300 a tooth for basic cosmetic bonding. Overpriced, bad wait times and poor quality of work. They just want your money and will charge you an arm and a leg.

Negative experience: Beware of this practise. They spend more time discriminating and do tons of checks rather than fixing the issue. Very unprofessional behaviour from dentist called Bhabani and will be filing official complaint.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been registered at the Slough branch for over five years and my latest appointments have been with Dr Raheela Maududi who has been amazing. Dr Raheela Maududi was professional and extremely efficient. I have nothing but positive things to say about the reception team who have always been accommodating, polite and friendly.

Negative experience: the amount of appointments that I’ve made and more then half of them been cancelled (NHS) . Even when attended last time the dentist said to me to come back privately and didn’t even bother doing x-ray . When I had an emergency they didn’t even bother to answer the phone or call back . Please remember they are listed as emergency on 111 . What a joke . I changed dentists as they made me wait 2 years with infection and waited 2 years to remove a wisdom tooth where I was in so much pain that I had to call 111.

Negative experience: Interesting dental practise. My dentist speaks very fast and I’m autistic so it’s very difficult for someone to just understand speedy language and I have a lot of needs.

Negative experience: Experience has not been good till now. They make to wait for long long time. Better check for another dentist. They do not have respect for the time

Positive experience: Had a regular check up at the dental surgery. Needed to cancel previous appointments due to ill health, was advised my the staff needed to give 24 hour notice. When taken ill, no one can predict when one is going to become unwell enough to not attend a scheduled appointment. My appointment was 11.20am however the dentist in question was available but decided to take a mobile phone call instead and didn't see me until 11.40am. Was kept waiting with no communication from any staff upstairs. However, felt like a conveyor belt check up, and a basic clean was done by Dr Sana Mahmoud (Dentist)

Fantastic experience: Dr Ayesha Ahmed made me feel very comfortable and at ease, treatment went well and excellent service, I would recommend her anytime as I am an anxious patient, she really took care of me

Positive experience: My honest experiences at Smile have been in a steep decline over the past 6-7 years. I was getting so disheartened and truly felt like I wasn't getting anywhere and I was getting anxious about my dental health. After numerous appointments being cancelled over the past 12 months I was at my wits end. After voicing my distress at the situation I was booked with a different dentist. Dr Biljana Zecevic - AMAZING!! She is the saving grace of my review. If I was reviewing her alone it would be a 5 star review. 2 appointments ( without the last minute cancellations that I had expected) and I already feel assured, confident and more educated in my dental health....Not to mention significant improvements with my gum health. A complete 180° so far and all because of one excellent Dentist *Dr Biljana Zecevic* and reception taking the initiative to move me onto her patient list.

Fantastic experience: I had been struggling to get an appointment at my local dentist for a severe tooth ache for weeks. I turned to Smile Dental Care in Slough instead to see if they could assist me. Luckily they saw me the next day and turns out I had a very bad infection and a decayed tooth that needed to be pulled. They looked after me very well as I am a nervous patient and I have had no problems since. Very friendly and caring staff.

Negative experience: Had booked an appointment for 15.25 on Wednesday 9th, I arrived about 15.20 and was told to take a seat. 45 mins later I was still waiting to see dentist. At no point did reception say there would be a long wait. Eventually got seen and was out again in 5-10 mins. Asked if I could have discount because of long wait and got told no. Very poor communication , from smile and I'm sure if I was that late in turning up I would get probably charged . Need to improve.

Fantastic experience: Staff are very polite and accomodating. They smile all the time. Its a comfortable feeling during the procedure.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with their scheduling. They initially gave me an appointment 50 days out, then canceled it and rescheduled it for another 2 months later. They keep changing the appointment dates with no consistency. Don’t waste your time with this place.

Fantastic experience: My Dentist is a top man I tell everyone about him. He is ACE The staff on the desk are amazing the best staff in Slough. They are so helpful and so pleasant. The front of staff play a vital role in how your visit goes. Good staff good visit. I just went for my 6 month check up so as always the visit was great I think my Dentist is a top man and would recommend every one to come and use Smile you will be smiling all the time Thank you so very much Sparkle March 29th I have just been back for my checkup. Happy to say I would still give top stars for top people starting with the girls on the desk, I just had my check up April 2024 again I am so impressed with my Dentist plus everything and everyone. I brought a box of biscuits with me for the staff. They still have the best front of house staff in Slough. I give 10 plus stars to everyone . Sparkle just had my checkup again and as always it was a pleasure to be there. All the staff are amazing everyone should visit Smile

Fantastic experience: Im a person thats really scared of the dentist and I was seen by Dr. Yaasin Ichaciq Very friendly and professional, I recommend this dentist. My wisdom tooth needed extraction and I didn’t feel any pain everything went really smoothly and actually now im less scared of dentist. Booked my next appointment I recommend this practise more especially the dentist mentioned. :)

Negative experience: Is it typical for a dentist to use the back end of a metal tool, to hit your teeth in a hammer motion to see if it hurts you. And not just any teeth… the bottom front 5 teeth. She just randomly started hitting them and asked if it hurts. She also said it looks like you had trauma there, so why would you start hitting them for. If I ever have any problems with my bottom front teeth I will be sueing the dentist … 1) for damage and improper procedure & 2) for refusing nhs care ! Also Not once did I ever complain about any pain or problems with my bottom front teeth, but she felt the need to do that… ontop of that she left the room twice because a colleague wanted to speak to her. Very unprofessional…. She was more concerned about what injuries I have all over my body, then anything about my teeth…..

Negative experience: I’ve had multiple family visits to Smile Dental Care, and unfortunately, most of the time, our experience has been poor or unpleasant. We've encountered issues such as incomplete dental treatments, unprofessional behavior at reception, and long wait times even with scheduled appointments. Additionally, it feels like the doctors are more focused on running a business rather than genuinely caring for patients. They seem to prioritize extracting as much money as possible rather than providing necessary and honest treatment.

Negative experience: I was seen in emergency on a Saturday. The dentist ddnt even take an X-ray. I was in excruciating pain. She just did a quick temporary filling and let me go. It was all done within 2 minutes. I asked for antibiotics and she said there was no need. Went home but after a few hours the pain came back worse than before. Next day Sunday I rang and asked to be seen again and was told that I would have to pay maybe in the region of over a £100. I said I had paid for the same tooth the previous day and why should I be charged again. I managed to go to another dentist who is a friend of my daughters, who on a Sunday opened his surgery just for me and took an X-ray and wrote some antibiotics for me. My tooth had an infection. The next day he took out the nerves from this tooth and filled the hole and my tooth is perfect. Smile Dentists are not what they used to be. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: As an anxious patient I never appreciate and actively avoid a visit to the dentist (sadly my teeth are now complaining about that, but that’s another story!) I registered at Smile Dental Care and have been seen by Dr Yaasin Khaliq and nurse Param on three occasions, a check up, a difficult extraction and today a filling. In those few visits Dr Khaliq has managed to mostly calm my nerves and treat me, showing huge amounts of kindness and consideration. He has clearly explained what needs doing and how best to do it and I have told him to just ignore me if I’m crying… a reasonable pact- I’ll worry about me, you do dentist! Honestly 5 stars isn’t enough for this man, I walked away today after a no needles filling feeling really positive AND with a smile!

Negative experience: They do not pick up the phone, actually they do, they just hang up immediately after. Mind you, my filling, THEY did a terrible job with, fell out a week after! And the other, is so thin, I still get severe sensitivity. Will I ever get the repair appointment I no doubt have to pay for? Who knows. I DO NOT recommend.

Negative experience: Well have been them for a while had an abbsess and my face and neck massive I’m an NHS patient single disabled mother and they told me no appointments unless you pay £45 so had no choice this not first time this happened for dentist to say need to see you again in week but on NHS if I had not gone that day and paid £45 to get script I may not even be here due to fact it was going down into my throat the dentist I saw was lovely and kind but it crazy how they can say see you in a week unless you pay

Fantastic experience: Hi to smile dental care in slough. I really appreciate Dr. Yaasin Khaliq and the nurses namely nurse Agalya and nurse Param. I thank them for a greater time they gave me for treatment for root canal. It was pain free and for almost 2 hours, all procedures went smoothly. I had a all set up for my next appointment and finish the root canal procedure. Thank you for new denture. I highly recommend smile dental care, because they care about their clients. Great I had the best dentist in town. Thank you Dr. Yaasin Khaliq and the nurses. Great work.

Negative experience: Saturday 1st February at 3pm you were the worst Ego I have ever spoken to on the phone.. she even refuse to listen so why do you publish phone number of your clinic? To insult customers? If I am not on the NHS and I will pay from my own pocket and I received a horrible response to my call، how are NHS patients?

Negative experience: I have registered with this dental practice, I called them for an appointment in early December, and they booked me an appointment on 10-January 2025, On the day of the appointment, I didn't go to work, but only 1 hour early they cancelled my appointment. then rebooked for 28 January 2025, and I just received a message that my appointment is been cancelled. it is super rude.

Negative experience: Receptionist very unprofessional I went to collect something after a call from them. It was a wasted journey she didn't bother to look. She was short with me this was not the first time. I was told in an emergency I should go private. I went in for a booked appointment and I was told the dentist was not there. THIS PRACTICE IS UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Negative experience: Worst dentist i have ever been to emergency appointment was sent there they was meant to send the address which they never did also they can't fill out a prescription properly they then proceeded to blame us for it because we was meant to go to reception maybe tell the patients that now have to wait until tomorrow to get the antibiotics needed

Negative experience: i am a private patient. My appointment never took place on time. Every time my appointment was running late more than 20 mins. Now the routine hygiene cost 100 pounds for 5 mins treatment. I definitely change dentist next year.

Positive experience: I visited today my appointment was 14.20. I reached 14.15 and until 14.45 my number not came . we parked car out side parking time nearly finshing but still not number came. to much time wasting here need to improve service and specialy time . 5 or 10 min nor problem but over 30 mint waiting time not good . this my experience today at smile dentist slough

Smile Dental Care would not be the same without her. My family and I have been her patients for many years, since she started with this practice. We would not change her or this dental practice. Negative experience: My wife been booking appointments for the dentist since August at August her appointment got called a couple mins before she got there soo she booked a new one and was forced to wait a month then it got cancelled and this progress happened again and again which to the point it has gotten absolutely ridiculous this dentist ain’t friendly and if we complain it won’t help much even worse when waiting for the dentist it’s horrible we had to wait once 30 minutes inside the dentist to see her dentist and then her appointment got cancelled which is ridiculous this is the nhs not a circus

Negative experience: Im a first time client and I have a valid Maternity certificate, i went for treatment and prior to treatment i was quoted £70 and this was the confirmed price. After my treatment when i went to pay they said £90. They carries out no additional work other than what i was quoted for nor did they take my valud MATERNITY CERTIFCATE into consideration . I would not recommend this dental surgery to anyone. They are more concerned about money than actual patients. Very upset about this. Wont be going here again.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lubana is very professional, I had my 2 tooth extraction from him, he did it in less then 2 minutes , afterwards I had no pain at all , I recovered very quickly , they way I was sacred , now I feel I’m in safe hands, he will be my life time dentist for sure
