Fantastic experience: At St George’s the staff are all lovely and look after you when you are nervous. I have never had a bad experience and would definitely recommend this practice to family and friends.

Fantastic experience: I'm 62 and remember the time when going to the dentist was a bit fraught...a bit scary with the screeching drill and sharp instruments prodding your gums. But St. Georges dental practice changed all that for me. The dentists and hygienists are superb, they explain all the procedures and are very gentle and careful when performing a procedure. It's no longer an ordeal going to the dentist and is just routine now, almost a pleasure going to have your teeth examined. I can recommend Dillon, really goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and in safe hands.

Advised options and left decisions upto me without scaremongering or hard sell. Relaxed professional environment with a genuine interest in her clients. Thank you (1st visit on over 12 months) Having not visited for over 12 / 18 months, I wondered if I was even still on the books!! Emergency call asking for a front crown refit was dealt with fantastically and an appointment 2hrs later was confirmed. The dentist and dental assistant could not have been nicer! Engaging, caring and totally professional! Fix my crown back in and had the most genital touch whilst doing so!! Thank you! Really appreciate your help today.

Negative experience: the worst dentistry of my life. you’ll be 100 years old before they give you an appointment and you’ll be 10000 years old before they put your braces on. they don’t listen to the patient and don’t listen when you tell them the treatment isn’t working. don’t go to this dentist and if you get put here try change as soon as you can because they won’t do anything for you here.

Positive experience: Actual dental treatment was fine. Dentist considerate and listened. But twice I have had to wait a long time after my actual appointment time. First time was close to 35 mins this last time was 25 mins. Not good.

Fantastic experience: St Georges were nothing more than proffesional. As a nervous patient (scared of dentists) they made me feel so calm and relaxed in trying times for myself. Nothing is too much trouble from friendly welcoming receptionists to reassuring dental nurses who are so reassuring and caring going the extra mile in customer care. The dentist i saw was Ash and was purely proffesional explaining my options and reassuring me in a positive confortable atmosphere . She was really efficient and I really appreciated that too. She took time to explain her decision making and gave me time to ask questions. My best experience attending a dentist in years! Negative experience: Waited 27 minutes after the appointment time with Nathan Ayer only to spend 1 minute in the dentists chair then charged £26.80 for what was called a checkup. Not worth either the time or the money.

Fantastic experience: Ive recently gone back on the books at St George's and it is so much better than the last time. The reception staff are friendly and very helpful from booking an appointment to re booking or payment in the surgery. The dentist and the dental nurses I have seen have been amazing as a NHS patient in the past I found the treatment to be rubbish. Poor treatment t for fillings teeth out or partial denture being made. This time however the surgery has moved with technology and the staff treat you with respect and you leave feeling that even tho ur a NHS patient you and you smile count. So I would highly recommend if u ask me a score from 1 to 10 with 1 being worst and 10 the best. Then for friendly and helpful its a 10. Ease to book treatment is a 10. Feeling included in a treatment plan and the treatment itself is a 10. Thank you to all the St George's staff.
