Fantastic experience: I am a nervous patient and this place explained every step of the way through the treatment and tried to keep me calm. They told me what I needed doing and what I would like doing in the day. No pressure at all which really made this experience quite pleasant for a person whom usually cry’s at the sight of the chair.

Negative experience: Update: So this is an update from my last review. Since posting my last review, I was called back with sincere apology and booked in for another appointment. As soon as I walked into this appointment and explained my concern and issues, the hygienist replied “well I don’t see any issue”. From this moment on I lost the will to live. If your hygienist is disagreeing with you the moment you walk into the appointment then it’s not going to go well. We continued with the appointment and surprise surprise, I left with the same issue. Before coming to this dentist I was living in Germany for 3 years. There I could go into a dentist and come out with perfect looking teeth. Perhaps my expectations of UK dentists were too high. I would have paid any amount of money if it meant I would leave with a professional clean. On multiple occasions, this did not happen. I’ll now have to find another dentist. Honestly, I don’t know why I keep coming back to this place. Each time I come with an issue, I leave with the same issue. £55 for a hygienist appointment every 6 months and for the last 4 appointments the issue I go in with is never resolved. Therefore for 2 years now I’ve had the same problem. Called multiple times and keep complaining. Each time I’m told a note will be made. I don’t understand what I have to do to get a professional clean. If you’re looking for a professional clean, you’ll be better off finding somewhere else.

Negative experience: I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a healthcare practice. After waiting a long time for my appointment , with my autistic child by my side, I was met with rudeness, hostility, and what felt like clear racial bias from the staff member I interacted with. Instead of being treated with basic respect or compassion, I was abruptly kicked out of the appointment with no explanation or care for my situation. The way we were spoken to and handled was disgraceful. I left feeling humiliated, angry, and deeply unsettled , especially having to explain this treatment to my child. This practice has shown a complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity. If you are a person of colour, or a parent of a neurodivergent child, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. No one deserves to be treated this way especially not in a healthcare setting. The head dentist who owns the practice is racisit , who doesn’t know how to run a business.

Negative experience: they are not good at all, before deposit they don’t say their policy and after they refuse to re schedule your appointment and asked for deposit again in order to book new appointment doesn’t matter if you are in hospital or in any emergency.

I suffer from Panic attacks and l am extremely anxious with going to the Dentist. I didn't go for many years but the staff at this practice has helped me to overcome my fear. They are friendly, kind and extremely understanding and patient with clients. I would recommend this Dentist's to anyone who is frightened of going to the Dentist. Fatima who is the Dentist's hygieneist is so understanding that you can't help but relax when she is cleaning your teeth.

Negative experience: Very poor service. I was an nhs dentist patient with them, but they said still i have to pay £35 consultation fee.means they took me out from nhs because they want to get £35 and another £15 for xray extra. I had to pay £50 for nothing.

Negative experience: Yeah really unprofessional, just visited with my daughter, as she has an infection due to decay tooth, the lady was really rude and never going back, she doesn’t know how to speak with children and she talks with you from an upper level, there is no reason to do that, that’s why sometimes you don’t go to the dentist because they are judging and not even listening, as my daughter was a mouth breather, her decay accelerated really fast, but she made me feel bad and told me this cannot happened just because she’s a mouth breather, anyway don’t let yourself fooled by other review to which I should’ve listen, VERY VERY RUDE and uneducated, you maybe think foreign people are more nice and understanding , on the contrary never encounter one, if there is a Pakistani, Indian, bagdaleshi or any Asian person on the reins, it’s going to be bad, the most rude….DONT GO especially with children

She was constantly reassuring me during my treatment, and was attentive to my response, and I think what they charge for the service I received was reasonable. My one wish is for there to be a mouth wash at the end of the treatment.

The receptionists are so friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Shraddha is an incredibly talented, supportive, and caring dentist. She has provided the right treatment for all my children, and I recently joined as a patient myself. They quickly assessed my needs, and within a week, I had a denture for my missing tooth. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it felt, and Dr. Shraddha made sure I was at ease throughout the entire process. She conducted thorough X-rays and recommended the best treatment options. I'm really happy and fortunate to have joined this practice, and I’m confident I won’t regret it. The service and treatment have been excellent so far.

Got an appointment quickly, and needed a follow up appointment which they gave me the next day from contacting them. Love the teeth, great service, lovely helpful staff, Dr. Shraddha Innani is the best dentist I’ve seen and clearly cares deeply about her work. Highly recommend

Negative experience: This dental practice doesn’t even deserve 1 star. It’s that terrible and unpleasant. Every time I go there, I always have a bad experience. The dentist is extremely rude and keeps asking us to pay extra for dentures. Also, they give appointments after several months. If you got a bad toothache, you’d only get an appointment after you’ve taken your tooth out yourself. Do think twice before booking an appointment here. You will be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist, Afyia, was pleasant, ensured I was comfortable. Completed a really good clean and left my mouth feeling very good. This could be the air-flow effect - my mouth felt “alive” afterwards.

Positive experience: I went for hygienist appointment and the hygienist only did the scaling, she didn't polish my teeth. I paid 55 pound only for scaling, That's too much.

Negative experience: Don't trust the reviews. If you're wondering why this place has so many good reviews after getting done dirty by them, it's because they write it themselves. My Mum went as a NHS patient and was given what they classed as "free treatment" but got a costly fee from NHSBSA. Tried to ask the practice about it, they did say it should have been free but that wasn't enough for NHSBSA and now paying the fee back. This made me lose complete trust in this practice so searched up the place on my mum's account and found that she left a glowing 5 star review. I asked my mum about it and she said that the receptionist asked for a review which is fair, but my Mum said she isn't familair with leaving online reviews so the receptionist "kindly" done it for my mum. It gets even more insulting, they had the audacity to include "will recommend to my daughter" in the review as if they were such a good service when really my mum just wanted to see if there was space for me. So that's one major issue, another issue is that once I got registered and had my appointment it was definitely not 5 stars on my part, had to wait 45 minutes and the appointment felt rushed, and reading the other reviews I'm worried that they missed out serious issues too.

Negative experience: I’ve been a private patient for a couple of years at this dental practice. As soon as I was exempt due to maternity, I have to become a NHS patient. However, as the dentist said…”we can’t transfer you over from private to NHS. Go somewhere else if you want”. I came for a treatment rather than a check-up. Somehow I was charged for a check-up/consultation along with my treatment cost. The only consultation was the treatment options! Trust me…this dental practice is just after your money and they do not know what clarifying is until you get the bill!! A bit late by then to avoid the extra cost! Looking to go elsewhere…I might be seen as a patient instead of money!

Positive experience: Have been a patient with the family at this dental practice for years. This practice is no where near a 5 stars rating which most other people has rated. They produce the goods which is looking after your teeth’s. But never have my family or I have been seen on time with the appointment scheduled time, always late by at least 30 mins. Overcrowded during half term, patients waiting by reception and even outside the practice door. Receptionists can be rude at times both over the phone and face to face, have witness this while at the practice during visits. Had an implant which was highly recommended, only lasted little over 2 years. Very disappointed. Have been wanting to leave this practice for years. Parking is another issue, no good for patients who has disability with walking or in a wheelchair as practice is upstairs.

Negative experience: Tried to book an appointment for a check up and the receptionist couldn’t get rid of me fast enough - told me to call back in a few months?? I challenged her and said well what does that mean? Then she booked me in for July - could’ve just done that in the first place because if I called in a few months there would’ve been nothing available for another few months! Then I was told I’d receive a text confirmation which I didnt so I now need to call again and chase up

Positive experience: I saw Dr Shah for a check-up and had 2 X rays and nothing else. I should have been charged NHS band 1 £26.80 but instead was charged £36.80. No cleaning or scaling was attempted. Disappointed as I've been a patient here for many years.However the receptionist rang me after posting the review and explained the cost had included the deposit for my hygienist appointment.This should have been made clear after my check up.

The clean was very thorough and I'm happy with the service and how my teeth look. I have to be private so £55 isn't cheap but it's not the most expensive either. Next appointment in 6 months.
