Check up today by my lovely dentist and his happy dental nurse who gave me the all clear for another 6 months . Back for teeth cleaning- great service as always. Fantastic experience: Had a small filing done in a front tooth. All done with some sort of resin and primer. None of the fun stuff, injections, drills, etc. All the dental team were very nice. I arrived early and sat in the park, next door, which has a kids area, in case you didn't know. All good.

We had the dentist called Nicole she was amazing, She was honest and very thorough, and extremely knowledgeable she put my children at ease, along with the dental nurse both so lovely. And the receptionist was helpful too.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to all that recommended this dentist .My previous dentist in Loughton fir decades retired . 1st time visit today to the lovely hygienist & her nurse . I requested pain relief as I find it challenging .Injection was painless & she managed to remove the stains caused by my strong morning coffee with the tip of drinking it through a straw & bypass my teeth . Great idea & great results . Next I met the lovely dentist & discussed some correction to my old crowns & his recommendations for improvement generally . He was so honest & said I didn't need extensive work which is very appreciated financially . Will be returning for a checkup & ascertain whether my teeth & gums are suitable . Either way I will be a regular client .

Fantastic experience: . Nothing short of welcoming with a smile and pleasant people within CBSC. My only erk was the work carried out. It took 2 sessions for something which normally is completed in one. I didn’t receive a polish at the end of the session which isn’t a problem but overall it was still good

Fantastic experience: My Bi-annual checkups with Waleed Norani is always positive. Im not the best when it comes to taking care of my teeth but Waleed is brilliant in all aspects of a dental cleaning as well as general check ups, giving me advice on whitening, straightening and overall healthcare of the teeth. My routine dental check up also comes with a side of good conversation. Great friendly staff too.

Negative experience: I feel I must leave a review as I've had such a terrible experience which I do not wish others to go through. I was kept waiting for 20 mins after my appointment time before going in to see Waleed Norani for a dental clean costing £80. He was extremely rude and condescending throughout the appointment, including to my partner who was in the room for less than 3 minutes and displayed an extreme lack of professionalism which left me shocked. He was very sarcastic and keen to shame me (I have no major issues with my teeth so I fear what he must be like with those who require more attention) this left me concerned for those who keep quiet after such experiences due to being left feeling humiliated. I expressed my concerns after the appointment and was quickly called back by Natalie the manager who was extremely helpful and tried her utmost to rectify the situation including processing a refund and offering a follow up consultation with a different dentist for free - this is the only reason I have given two stars. However, after such an experience I would feel reluctant to visit this practise again.
