Fantastic experience: July 2023 (scroll down for updates): Again, everyone involved in my dental care today (receptionist, dentist, hygienist & dental nurse) were friendly, efficient, proficient, conscientious, professional & worked as a superlative team to provide first class overall care. Dr Dhanda (dental surgeon) & Leanda (dental hygienist) actually meet or exceed my high expectations EVERY time. This standard of care provided today is, by no means, unusual, in fact, it has been usual through many years. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES Vs CURRENT RECOMMENDATION I've previously experienced too many, somewhat inferior, other practices (in Kidderminster & other areas) so I feel qualified to say Foley Park Dental & Implant Centre (FPD & IC), at the end of Connaught Avenue, Kidderminster is, in my considered opinion, literally exemplary, therefore I have no hesitation recommending this practice to anyone/everyone. EVIDENCE - PAST & PRESENT The actual health of my teeth & gums has never been as good as it has become through the thorough diligence of Dr Dhanda & Leanda, which is factually evidential by their longstanding & regular records. I have, previously to their care & advice, suffered ever deteriorating teeth & gum health. When I began with FPD & IC, my gums bled awfully, even just when eating ordinarily, I was losing teeth, gum recession was significant throughout, the gums were usually swollen in differing areas & often quite painful, despite using a well known, branded sonic toothbrush, recommended by a previous dental practice, also the pain in the teeth caused by hot & cold food/drinks, even wintery cold air, was horrendous. Dr Dhanda discussed options with me for substituting my missing teeth, including a method of denture fitment I've not heard of before or since, which became my preference & remains so. I truly very much doubt any of my previously experienced dental practices would be capable of such work. OVERALL ACTUAL & PERCEIVED IMPROVEMENT Now, after taking good interim (between appointments) heed of the excellent considered advice given by Dr Dhanda & particularly by Leanda, including (by her recommendation) changing to a fairly basic Oral-B electric rechargeable toothbrush & 'Cross Action' brush heads, along with their regular care & Leanda's substantial efforts, has resulted in great gum health not experienced since childhood, teeth degradation virtually halted (I'm still getting older) & enjoyment of hot & cold food/drinks, even iced! Update July 2024: Today, despite my own dental regimen having been less than ideal since my last appointment, both; Leanda’s & Dr Dhanda’s comments & advice were encouraging & positive (whereas they could justifiably have berated), further reinforcing my previous comments (above) re; professionalism, etc. so now it’s down to me to up-my-game again! Update January 2025: Again, utmost professionalism, care & consideration by Leanda (dental hygienist), Dr Dhanda, dental nurses & receptionist. Whereas I’ve got used to seeing Dr Dhanda every six months (due to poor dentistry & othodontistry before joining Foley Park Dental & Implant Centre), prior to my arrival today, he had reevaluated my care package, carefully considered the fact I see Leanda every three months (my preference due to historic issues, having discussed reduction previously), work required during a lengthy historical period &, including today’s inspection, anticipation of future work being needed, discussed with me reducing checkups to annual. Bearing in mind the sound reasoning he specifically applied to my individual case, I was very pleased with his appraisal & agreed. Of course, Dr Dhanda ensured I know I can call/see him if ever I have an issue between scheduled appointments. Update April 2025: For my visit to Leanda, she was on-the-ball as usual, as was everyone else I saw & spoke to. Leanda easily advised me realistically about a relatively minor issue I queried.

Fantastic experience: Hi I’ve been coming to Foley Park Dental practice since 2023. The staff, dentists & hygienists are all really lovely & friendly. However today I must give a shout out to Yusra & Daisy. They were so lovely . I have really sensitive teeth, I normally dread having a clean, scale and polish, but not today!!!! Yusra, thank you so much for making my experience the best to date. You really put me at ease & were very kind too. No one has ever suggested numbing gel before, so thank you for that. :) Definitely requesting my next appointment with you two lovelies. Kind regards Nicola Lloyd.

A thorough examination included the jaw and tongue & was evidence of their professional approach. The additional bonus of being able to make evening appointments is another attractive arrangement - It is/was good to see that the Centre is regularly updating dental care with the latest technology. I was not rushed in my appointment and would recommend you visit especially, if like me, the dentist is one of your worst nightmares!

Fantastic experience: I could not be happier with the treatment I've received today from Suraj. I've had two and a half weeks of poor treatment (elsewhere) with a dental abscess and infected tooth. I've been in agony, and desperate for someone to help me. I had a failed extraction last week (again, elsewhere) which left me battered, bruised and anxious. I phoned Foley Park and was met with absolute kindness from the beginning. Suraj put up with my nerves, numbed me up and extracted the tooth within 3 minutes. I am SO relieved and so very happy. Excellent care, expertise, and you've gained a new patient! THANK YOU! Would give you 20 stars if I could!

Fantastic experience: I came to see Dr Suraj Dhanda as a very nervous patient who's had bad experiences with dental work in the past and with recent sedations. He instantly put me at ease and I knew I could trust him. When it came to the sedation and dental implant procedure he was amazing! I actually relaxed totally and didn't feel a thing. I wish I'd found him sooner!

Fantastic experience: Being the world's biggest chicken, I have put off the inevitable for many years. I am presently part-way through a course of treatment and have to say Dr Amarith along with her nurse (sorry, terrible with names!) have been incredible. Everything has been mapped out and explained clearly, all treatment has been carried out with minimal discomfort and the results have made a huge difference to the extent where I now look forward to my next visit. Thanks to reception too. Punctual, polite and clearly aware that people are apprehensive, the whole atmosphere is very calming. Thank-you all. Worthy of more than five stars in my book.

From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed by friendly staff & my appointment was on time, things my previous dentist seemed to think was unnecessary! As an anxious patient all my fears were listened to and time was spent explaining all processes & procedures. The x-rays & scanning were high tech and displayed to on a large screen. Treatments were demonstrated & explained thoroughly and as I haven't been able to get a hygienist appointment for 3 years they made a Saturday appointment for me to get this addressed asap. Can't rate then highly enough and instead of dreading my next appointment I am looking forward to getting overlays & better teeth - 5*

I have been on a waiting list for NHS dental for a very long time and decided to look in to private. They have very affordable treatment and have also got plans to cover check ups and hygienist appointments. I would highly recommend.

I’ve had an anxiety and fear of dentist from a young age and at the age of 37 years and for the first time ever, I feel that anxiety dropping. This dentist is the best I've ever been too, after two appointments with them I feel very comfortable and at ease at the thought of going back. Every member of staff I have dealt with has been really friendly and helpful, and quickly made me feel at ease. Both appointments I have had, I have been made to feel welcome and comfortable, I have been asked questions and had my answers listened to. I’ve had awful experiences in the past with rude dentist staff, the dental staff to make me feel awful about my teeth and it’s been so refreshing coming to this dental practice. I had a hygienist appointment today and have walked away with the biggest smile and feeling so good about myself. My very stained smokers teeth have been cleaned and polished to a standard that has honestly blown my mind. I haven’t seen my teeth this clean since I was a teenager. I cannot recommend this dental practice enough and if you have any fears or anxiety I can assure you this is the place for you. Thank you to the team.

Fantastic experience: Due to a bad experience with a dentist many years ago I’ve always been anxious about going to a dentist. So I booked an appointment and saw Dr Hinaa Janjua who took my nerves away as soon as I walked in. She was understanding and professional and I was happy with the treatment. I’ve booked on with this dentist for good now and I have to mention the receptionist and Dr Hinaa’s assistant were so nice too. I’d recommend this dental surgery to everyone.

Fantastic experience: My front upper tooth was badly decayed and broken. Anita has not only saved the tooth but restored it so perfectly that it is impossible to tell that there was ever a problem.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Foley Park Dentist with a dead tooth that was causing problems and needed to be removed/replaced with an implant. My dentist was Dr Dhanda, who I could not fault in any way throughout the treatment - all procedures from tooth removal to fitting the implant went well and were (relatively) painless, everything was explained thoroughly, and I had several checkup appointments to ensure everything was healing properly. All other staff at Foley Park were very helpful and friendly. Also, all costs involved in the treatment were made clear from the start, and the staff were accommodating in providing the necessary information for dental insurance claims.

Negative experience: took my son who has mental health issues and severe anxiety, this was explained to the male dentist. tomm was petrified and asked me to talk for him as he struggles with new faces this was explained to the dentist, even so was told to be quiet and cut several dirty looks if i tried to reassure son. Could not fault receptionist or nurse they were amazing but the treatment my son received was disgusting, We left and still in pain as not settled enough to have anything done, in this day and age i was disguted how someone with mental health was treated

Fantastic experience: After a few traumatic experiences with other dentists in the past, I wasn't looking forward to this at all!! Emma was the first contact and with a smile, greeted and explained the process. Dr. Suraj and Amy had a great approach and put me a lot more at ease during my consultation. When I arrived, I was immediately made welcome and everything explained what was about to happen and even given options. They weren't going to do anything without consent. Fantastic experience: Cannot thank Suraj enough. He replaced my new top plate on my existing implants. Made a brilliant job. Visited again and Suraj was able to retighten a loose screw in one of the implants. Cannot fault the after service.
