Negative experience: Had few consultations with Wakefield clinic,initially they told me around 3k for my teeth braces.Aftwr they sent me to another doctor to Sheffield,again I had there 2 consultation been waiting so long between all these consultations,wasted my time,my petrol and in the end they put the price up to over 5k .From 3k to 5k it’s a HUGE DIFFERENCE.And is nothing complicated with my teeth’s,not even really crooked.In one moment even the doctor told me that I don’t really need any braces,but after when I’ve sent him the scan with another clinic and I told them how much they wanted charge me around 5k ,probably he have decided to give me a “good price “ and put his price up too)) Very unprofessional.i told them straight away that you have promised me braces for 3k not 5k ,and i said i will think about that.first he can send me over the scan and the plan treatment to see how it works for me. He have never sent me any plan treatment. And again few times without even me to know how long I will have braces ,what kind of braces,what treatment plan will work for me,they was keep calling me from clinic and asking me to start the price plan and to apply for the finance.i said how is that possible when i didn’t even speak to the orthodontist?! They just wanted trick me,to apply for finance and make first payment promising around 3k for braces,and after in mean time to say ohhh but you need something else and the price will go up. So when you already made a payment,you won’t leave the treatment.And that’s how it works . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL,just trying to trick people by advertising the clinic.

Fantastic experience: I went to two dentists before coming to space dental both said nothing could be done with a gap I was conscious about, Space dental have been fantastic and doing me a Maryland bridge and getting my gums healthier can’t thank them enough and now I’m happy and ready for my wedding

Dr Ihab & Tazmin made me feel so at ease with the whole process and I am absolutely over the moon with the results. I have so much more confidence and can smile without worrying! Fantastic experience: I recently had two root canals done at Space Dental in Wakefield, and it was actually a really good experience. I was pretty nervous going in, but everyone from the receptionist to the Nurse who took my x-rays and of course Dr Ihab and Nurse Taz, made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Dr. Ihab explained everything clearly, and Taz was friendly and reassuring throughout. I was able to watch a movie during the procedure instead of just staring at the ceiling — such a good way to take your mind off things. Everything went smoothly, and I barely felt any discomfort at all. They also gave me clear instructions for aftercare. The whole team was lovely and made the place feel welcoming. Highly recommend Space Dental — they definitely made a not-so-fun situation way easier.

Negative experience: I visited space dental for Invisalign and whitening after seeing their posts on instagram. Unfortunately not everyone gets that star treatment that they portray on social media. After my treatment was completed not long after my wires snapped leaving wire hanging out of my mouth cutting my lip and I couldn’t eat. I had to beg for an appointment that same week. This was under warrantee but I do worry I’ll be having to pay out again in another few months. My retainer no longer fits properly due to having the wires re done. I’m also not too happy with my teeth. Although yes they are straighter I’m now left with a large gap that stands out on photos and makes me feel more insecure than the slightly crossed teeth I had at the start. I can’t say I’m overly impressed with the result for the high price I paid and it has put me off having the composite bonding as a follow up

Leonnie was exceptionally knowledgeable and provided outstanding support throughout the process. Her constant reassurance and regular check-ins to ensure I was comfortable during each appointment truly made me feel valued as a patient. Dr. Joe took the time to answer all of my questions and there were many! it was clear that he was genuinely committed to achieving the best possible outcome. At no point did I feel that my treatment was rushed, and appointments concluded only when Dr. Joe was confident that we had met our treatment goals. If I require further dental work in the future, I will absolutely request to be treated by Dr. Joe again. Lastly, I want to commend the entire team at Space Dental. From the friendly reception staff to the hygienist and everyone else I interacted with, the level of professionalism and kindness was consistent throughout my visits.

Fantastic experience: Dr Saira and Leonnie were the dream team today while carrying out my treatment for my composite veneers! Made me feel comfortable with blankets and choice of something to watch on tv! I didn’t even feel like I was at the dentist! All of my questions were answered and after care provided. Fantastic experience: Nabina is probably the best hygienist I've had. She is so knowledgeable, precise and thorough. The dental nurse Georgina was also helpful and friendly. The appointment took a bit longer as she made sure to really look after my teeth.

Negative experience: Myself and my husband both had our teeth done at space dental and have spent in excess of £10k on treatment. I had composite bonding and whitening (in 2021) and my husband had the full works with Invisalign, bonding & whitening (completed in 2023). Following our treatment we decided to opt for the monthly plan at £25 per month each for the upkeep of our teeth, our hygiene appointments and six monthly checkups & X-rays etc. The actual treatment we received when having our cosmetic work done was great all in all. There are however a few downsides to space dental. Don’t get me wrong our teeth themselves are 5* but the service you receive from space is far from it. Firstly, they are ALWAYS running late, even if you take the first appointment at 8am, never once have they been on time for any appointments we have had over the years. They NEVER call to arrange your routine check ups, or send reminders that you’re due an appointment. The new phone system of pressing number 3 on your keypad when calling the main number is a waste of time and gives the impression they’re far from interested in existing, long standing patients as the calls aren’t answered until you’ve tried 5 times in a day and there’s no function to leave a message - although I’m sceptical as to whether anyone would call back. They have cancelled appointments on us and failed to follow up with rebooking them in. You rarely see the same person twice when it comes to the staff, from receptionists to hygienists in 6 months a lot seems to change. Despite giving this feedback directly, nothing ever seems to be addressed. So I would highly recommend space for what they are able to do with your teeth if you want great cosmetic dentistry but if you want regular check ups and good customer service once you’ve had your treatments I’d have another look around before committing.

Fantastic experience: Don't leave it too long and keep thinking about it. Having your teeth become perfect, creates a lovely smile and it is one of the first things that is noticed about you. It makes you feel good and more confident with an attractive smile. At Space Dental you're not pressurised , and are given different options and costs, and then you can make your own mind up. The team are all pleasant and ready to give you a drink should you require one. The equipment is up to date and the premises are lovely. No car parking problems here. My doctor was Dr. Conal assisted by Danika. They were professional yet very friendly and immediately you could tell they knew what they were talking about thereby giving you confidence. Many photos were shown so you could choose, along with Dr. Conal's advice, which would be the best for you. Believe me, you leave excited and happy that finally you're going to take the plunge, you'll not regret it.

Fantastic experience: Best decision I have ever made. The staff are lovely and a credit to themselves and the company, from the reception team to the Dr’s. Dentists can be nervous and intimidating places but from the minute you walk in you feel at ease. Could not fault anything from my initial consultation to the finish of my treatment. Fantastic experience: Dr Sam has been amazing right from the start he made me feel at ease and reassured me that I would get my beautiful smile, I've always wanted. For years I have struggled with being self conscious of my teeth especially my front tooth that has been problematic and discoloured. I looked into SPACE dental last year and I have just finished with my composite bonding after invisalign and I can now smile without hiding my teeth and just in time for my wedding. Dr Sam's work is Exceptional and hes very professional and has a very friendly calming nature don't hesitate it will be the best thing you do, thankyou so much again to Dr Sam and all the team at SPACE dental.

Negative experience: I keep ringing to make inquiries, but they never answer their phone. It rings for a while, then an automated voice says they're too busy to answer and ends the call. If that's their level of customer service, I won't be ringing again.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience, highly recommend. I had a tooth extracted and root canal, followed by a full mouth makeover with 23 crowns!!! Daunting to say the least, but Dr. Ihab made me feel completely at ease throughout the full process and kept me well informed throughout. All staff extremely polite and friendly. Fantastic experience: After a long time of putting off the dentist as I had a terrible experience as a child that left me with trauma and then a lot of years clubbing in my twenties to add to that I gave in and approached space dental. They made me feel so at ease so comfortable and put me a plan together . Dr Joe and his dental nurse Leonnie where amazing they became like friends each time made me feel great and the fear of the needle really was nothing to worry about using a numbing gel then the injection I barely felt a thing having 13 teeth removed . I genuinely thought there was no hope on 1st approaching Joe he assured me he could make me smile again and not be conscientious of my teeth this was always a problem I covered my mouth when taking or laughing . Sure enough after months of rebuilding some of my teeth he was true to his word I was completely blown away by the results he gave me my life and my confidence back,he truly is great at what he does. Between himself and Leonnie changed my life I can’t ever thank them enough. From walking in the door and been taken care of by Millie to the work done to leaving space dental could not do enough for you making sure you where happy every step of the way. Don’t ever put it off through fear of the dentists like I did go to space dental there service is 2nd to none . Thank you Dr Joe and Leonnie

Fantastic experience: First of all am not right good with words and spellings but here goes. I found out about Space Dental just looking through Facebook and am I so happy to have found this place ☺ I rang them up wanting to have implants in for a consultation when I arrived everybody were so lovely from the start to finish had xrays done and a full mouth scan and a few other things done. The next step I got to meet the amazing Dr Ihab we went through everthing with me and were very straight forward and told me because of my bone structure implants wouldn't be the best option this is what I love about space dental there not there to just give you what you think there actually there to decide what is the best option and how they can go about it. So the best option were for me were a bridge its not been a few appointments its not been rushed been a rushed process either like most places I've heard about I've had a few other things done like fillings hygiene appointments to get my gums better. So on the day I were having my front two teeth removed and my 2 teeth on both sides shaped ready for my temporary bridge I were so nervous and the lovely lady Tazmin reassured me that Dr Ihab is amazing and he works wonders and am in great hands well what can I say they both helped me through and honestly I really don't no why I were so nervous they talked to constantly asking if I were OK and also let my partner in the room to even watch what were happing after having 2 temporary bridges I've finally had my permanent one placed today I just wanna thank all the team from space Dental at Wakefield so so much there all Fantastic they no how I am now when I go down to see for appointments all smiling and warm welcoming but Dr Ihab and Tazmin can't thank you both from the bottom of my heart for all you have done for me and I'll see you all again 2weeks time

Fantastic experience: Overall, Space Dental has been a great clinic. Yes, the price is higher than usual, but the quality of services is also exceptional. I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Ibrahim for his diligence, kindness and excellent professionalism. Fantastic experience: I've been having a few appointments at Space Dental as I'm having my teeth straightened and then composite bonding. I had x-rays on Saturday buy the wonderful Tazmin. She is so easy to talk to, puts you at ease and is just a lovely person. Very warm and friendly.

Fantastic experience: My second appointment at space dental has been brilliant, this was my tray fit and it went so well my hygienist was so kind and played music on the tv which really helped and ran through everything I needed to know there was some confusion at my first appointment with the steps involved with the whole process, however after having a call with Dr Affan he cleared up any issues that I have had. My dentist Dr Kayam is very professional and went through all the steps clearly with me on my tray fit which was very reassuring, the reception team are also great, with special touches like a drink on arrival and calling you by your name throughout your visit which adds a nice personal touch, if you have any questions or queries they try and do their best to help which is great, after my last session at space I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was asked to leave a review before I had any treatment, but I really wanted to wait until after my treatment before leaving this. I have been blown away by the service at Space Dental. They have a really strong social media presence so I was a bit unsure if they were as good as advertised, but I can honestly say they are. They have been so thorough with me from start to finish. I have had a couple of appointments with Hannah the dental hygienist and she has been amazing. She has made me feel so comfortable on both occasions and taken as much time as I needed to explain everything to me and answer any questions I had. I ended up moving dentists and having my composite bonding with Dr. Hamed. He was so friendly and made me comfortable and relaxed throughout my whole treatment. We had a series playing on Netflix and after I got settled any anxieties I had completely vanished. The dental nurse Liv who was working with him was also lovely. My retainers were ordered by a man named John who called me the next day to confirm everything, again so friendly to speak to and helpful. I really can’t fault them, everyone I’ve dealt with from the minute I walked through the door has been fantastic, and if you are contemplating having treatment done at Space Dental I would absolutely go for it.

Fantastic experience: Where do I start !…. I have hated my teeth for years, they slanted backwards, wonky gappy, yellow etc. at the age of 49 I finally plucked up the courage to do something about them. After weeks of research I decided on Space Dental- which has turned out to be the absolute beyond doubt best decision I have ever made. From day one the reception staff were sooo lovely, kind and welcoming. Then Dr Affan woweee beyond nice, beyond professional, beyond knowledgeable, just unbelievably on top of his game in every aspect. Fantastic experience: Been with Dr Affan and space dental since 2021. Had Invisalign, composite bonding and whitening and then had regular check ups and dental hygiene appointments every six months since. My composites are still going strong and love the trips to the clinic. Couldn’t recommend the clinic enough!

Negative experience: Terrible experience I’ve had with this dentist! After having to cancel my treatment with them, because they couldn’t continue with the tooth implant without having to pay 3.5k more than quoted, for more work, I am still awaiting a refund weeks later!!! No one seems to know what’s going on, they never call you back, customer services is none existent! All good to talk your money though!! Still trying to get my money back!!!!!

Fantastic experience: After a big long research on who to choose for the works i needed done, i eventually decided to travel further afield to Wakefield branch where I had my teeth whitening followed by composite veneers and a dental implant done. The experience had been nothing but incredible from start to finish. They were very attentive and efficient. The waiting time for each procedure might seem long (3-4months in between) but it was definitely worth the wait. My doctor was Dr. Joe who is incredibly talented and a perfectionist so his works have to look as perfectly natural as they could. The amount of time I had other dentists come up to me to say how good my teeth look! I wanna gatekeeper haha but gotta be kind and spread out the good words around. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I first went to space dental at the end of 2023 for a consultation and went with the straighten, whiten and composite bonding package. From start to finish all of the staff at space dental have been world class. From the moment you walk in the door you’re welcomed by a friendly team and looked after. Every patient has a very personal experience tailored to them and their wants and needs. My final treatment was composite bonding done by the lovely Dr Saira and dental Nurse Taz, they are both wonderful and brilliant at what they do, I honestly could have had a nap during the treatment I was so at ease!
