Fantastic experience: Our two-year-old's first dental visit was an absolute delight! She's usually quite reserved, but she felt right at home immediately. Dr. Michelle Rip was truly excellent. She clearly read my notes on how to approach my daughter and even commented on her medical history, which showed incredible professionalism and attention to detail. Every aspect of the visit was well thought out, making it a fun experience for everyone. My daughter couldn't wait to tell her nursery friends all about it afterwards!

Fantastic experience: Dr Mai-Linh has fitted my son's braces today! She has been great for our son with a fantastic approach, both with making him feel at ease and explaining the process well to him. She's answered all our questions comprehensively and is very approachable.

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic experience with Dr. Maï-Linh and the orthodontic team. She recently saw my 8-year-old son for orthodontic treatment and was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. Dr. Maï-Linh was incredibly patient and took the time to explain every step in a way that was easy for both of us to understand. She was also very responsive with follow-up care, which gave us great peace of mind. The whole orthodontic team, including Dr. Maï-Linh and treatment coordinator Karol Acewicz, have all been fantastic. Everyone was friendly, kind, and made my son feel comfortable. Fantastic experience: I’m extremely happy with the service at Happy Dental in Marylebone. From the very first moment, the team has been friendly yet highly professional. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they go out of their way to make children feel comfortable and cared for. The clinic is spotless, equipped with the latest technology, and designed to be truly child-friendly. Both of my children are currently receiving orthodontic treatment here, and while it is on the pricier side, the quality of care makes it absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

The level of patience, care, and attention Dr Kavvadias showed to my son during the necessary, but nevertheless traumatic treatments he needed, was second to none. I cannot recommend Dr Kavvadias highly enough as a dentist for children.

The whole experience and the space itself are amazing. Would recommend for all kids but especially those who are naturally a bit cautious or apprehensive in new or clinical settings!

Positive experience: I really love the concept behind this service, but I have to give it 3 stars due to my recent experience. The follow-up appointment for my children was alarmingly brief—lasting less than 10 minutes—yet it cost £175 for each kid! While I'm willing to pay for quality care, it's crucial that the doctor shows respect and dedicates enough time to each visit. Perhaps a solution could be to offer an “Express Check-Up” at a lower price for quicker consultations? That way, families can choose what suits them best!

Fantastic experience: My children love going to the dentist thanks to Dr Xenofon! He has been our dentist for close to 3 years and has demonstrated his reliability, trustworthiness and integrity. He is very knowledgeable on the different procedures and helps us weigh the pros and cons to determine what is appropriate for our children.

Fantastic experience: My son is autistic with a PDA profile and he has seen Dr Xenofon Kavvadias. Dr Xenofon has been truly amazing. His kindness and compassion puts my son at ease. He works with my son in a very gentle but highly effective way by using clear communication and responding to my son's cues so he is in control and feels safe. Dr Xenofon has without doubt ensured that my son will go forward into adulthood with a very positive attitude to maintaining his dental health. Dr Xenofon is definitely one of a kind and we are very grateful for his patience, kindness and skill.

He fell and damaged his upper front tooth which Dr Reena succeeded to get fixed and back to normal. They asked in advance what my daughter liked and personalised her visit. The staff were beautifully kind across the board. Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Dr. Reena Amin. My son needed to have his 4 teeth removed in preparation for having braces. We, as parents were really worried about such procedure and our son was very nervous too, but only until the first visit, when Dr. Reena took care of him, and everything changed. Doctor’s approach to the patient is absolutely amazing, treating our son like her own child, explaining every step of the procedure in detail to us and our son. This put us at ease, knowing our son is in the best hands possible. There are really no words to describe how well they took care of our son. I think the best compliment to the Dr. Reena and the Team is to say, that after whole procedure was completed, my son said "Daddy that was easy". We send our regards to the whole Team and deeply recommend this dental clinic with all our hearts!!!

Fantastic experience: The doctors and staff are so lovely here. The kids see Dr Xenofon and he is such a caring individual. You can tell he wants all the kids to have a good experience and cares for each one like family. The facilities and extras are all nice. Definitely a premium price but worth it.

My daughter used to be very anxious about going to the dentist and we tried several other places and she would refuse to have any treatment done. Then we were recommended Happy Kids Dental and we decided to come down all the way from Northampton to London to give it a go. This place is so inviting, child friendly and every aspect of the experience here is well thought over. My daughter is now loving her dentist (the amazing dr. Reena) and she is actually asking when her next appointment is going to be as she likes coming here so much. A big worry has been lifted from us and I would recommend this place and dr. My 6 year old feels so calm and happy and loves his dentist so much. Honestly, I can't imagine going anywhere else for the kids. They dance around in excitement when we need to go to the dentist. Positive experience: The dental service is great. But i wish the tablets with games in the reception area were working. My son loves the place because he knows he can play games, but lately they have been out of order. Such a small investment and reception area is so important for a business as it is the first interaction point with the customer. The state of the reception makes me question the rest. Just get some ipads.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental practice- my boys had an awful experience at another dentist and the staff/ dentist/ hygienist at Happy Kids Dental were absolutely incredible. We could also see the orthodontist who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Left with 2 very Happy Kids! Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Terrible Experience – Mis-Sold a Service I Didn’t Ask For I specifically requested an appointment with a myofunctional therapist, yet I was instead booked with an orthodontist specialist—something I never agreed to. My appointment was supposed to be one hour, but I was only seen for 15 minutes before being sent to another room. There, a salesperson (who had no clue what they were selling) attempted to push a product on me. To make matters worse, I later received an email report full of generic, templated information that had nothing to do with what actually happened during my visit. Clearly, this is something they send to every patient, which only adds to the feeling of being misled. When I complained, I was told it was their "protocol" to see the orthodontist first, then the myofunctional therapist. If that’s the case, why was this never communicated to me upfront? I was very clear that I only wanted to see a myofunctional therapist—if I had wanted an orthodontist, I could have gone through a personal connection and avoided unnecessary costs. This experience cost me money, time off work, parking fees, taking my child out of school, and paying for a service I didn’t want—only to realize I had been booked incorrectly. The clinic may have a nice, colorful environment for kids, but they don’t listen to their patients' needs. Instead, they seem more focused on getting you in, taking your money, and pushing unnecessary services. Very disappointing and frustrating experience! Would not recommend!

Fantastic experience: I took my son here after a terrible experience with the NHS as they suggested removing more than 5 teeth due to one tooth being infected. Dr Xenofon and his team were incredible. My son wouldn’t let any dentist go near him but after seeing Dr Xenofon he was so happy during the extraction process that he left saying he wants to be a dentist :) they provide a relaxing environment for the child to not be afraid of any procedures and are highly skilled in being empathetic. The clinic itself is a child’s dream. My son didn’t want to leave! I can’t thank the team enough for saving my son’s teeth and not having to remove all besides the infected one. Fantastic experience: Today we are returning from our visit, where our 8 year old had his first ever primary tooth extraction (the tooth was decayed and infected) followed by two primary fillings, all done using inhalation sedation and 'the wand'. He didn't feel the extraction happening and didn't show aversion towards the drill during filling. I can even say that the entire experience didn't bother him at all and he enjoyed sitting on the chair and watching TV. Many many thanks to Dr. Xenofon Kavvadias and Ioana, who have demonstrated a high level of skill and constantly reassured him (and us parents!) throughout the process. My son is now home and it's been about 3 hours since his dental procedure and he is happily jumping around the house and now calling his friends to play online games. He told me that he likes Happy Kids Dental because it's like the name says "happy kids". Imagine, a child is saying that after an extraction and two fillings! The level of treatment our child received at Happy Kids Dental is 5*. We found this place after being disappointed by our previous two dentists (in more rural parts of Surrey). The availability of paediatric dentistry facilities at Happy Kids Dental is on a different level, facilities that are simply unavailable in an average dental practice. Everything used in diagnostic & treatment is specifically designed for children, making the entire experience effective and trauma-free.

Negative experience: Very disappointing, be wary of the upsell and the lack of responsibility. Bounced between sites to get my child pain dealt with because firstly system booked an orthodontist rather than a general dentist. Then rebooked with the diagnosis of what needs to be done to other practice only to be called 1hr before leaving to practice to be told no intervention can be done only a check-up to book the treatment. What an absolute joke! Cancelled two other dental appointments and now stuck until January with my child in pain needing a filling because no dentist available this side of New Year. Behind the games consoles, TV on the ceiling, and friendly staff is a business driven to maximise profits three visits to get a filling.....criminal.

Fantastic experience: My sons love to go to this clinic. Very attentive team, the approach is preventive, the equipment is modern. Many thanks to Dr. Michelle Rip - I am happy that we managed to retain all milk teeth of my younger son in good condition - he is 5. And many thanks to Dr. Eslam Mansour - a huge progress with extension of the jaw for my older son - 11 yo, and I see huge progress with improvements stemming from Invisalign application. The team of clinic always responds quickly, and I feel safe for the teeth of my children

Negative experience: I've changed my review to 1* as we are not satisfied with how they handled our child's orthodontic treatment. We'll move to another practice who really cares and is less pricey for the care provided. To avoid. I'm adding to this review as today, the 20th of September, I'm still waiting to be refunded my deposit of £1000 that they were supposed to proceed further to their email sent on the 29th of July. I haven't heard from them yet. In the meantime I have found another local dentist who is excellent and offers the same service for less than half the quote Happy dental kids gave me.

She avoided an unnecessary treatment having in mind only the best interest of her patient , something that unfortunately does not always happen in private practice . My son left happy and relaxed . Fantastic experience: It was a very wonderful experience visiting Happy Kids Dental Marylebone for my 13-month old baby. The environment is stunning with multiple corners to keep children entertained which was great to be introduced. It was a bit shame as my baby didn't really get it at all... Dr Reena treated the baby with patience and explained all the details parents needed to be aware of. I'll try to phase out formula and dummy ; ))

Fantastic experience: Outstanding service from happy kids dental, everyone was lovely & helpful FOZ welcomed us at reception and settled us in he was really nice. I visited the clinic as my 2 yr old has a cracked tooth. It can be difficult getting what you need from kids this young but the consultation & x-ray was done with speed which was very ideal, we was taken care of by MICHELLE she explained every step and elaborated on X-rays etc & gave us all the feedback we needed, she was great. The service is really aimed at making sure the kids feel comfortable and happy which was done perfectly! Fantastic experience: Wow what a place. Our 4 year old daughter was referred from our dentist for hypermineralisation. From the moment we stepped into the clinic my daughter was at ease. The facilities are 5* and the staff are all wonderful. You’ll be in Very safe hands here!

Negative experience: Unacceptable behaviour from the reception team at Happy Kids Dental Marylebone today. After trying for 1 hour and 15 minutes to get hold of them on the phone, the receptionist refused to listen to my concern about a change in the timing of the appointment from their part, she was constantly talking over me and eventually hang up the phone while I was still talking! I had booked an appointment for my child and they moved the appointment at a later time with less than 48 hours notice on their part to accomdate an emergency appointment. To attend at the new time, I would have to change my later plans for the day and when I asked to reschedule the appointment to a different day given that the change in time was on their part and was not convenient to me, they advised that I would lose my deposit of £50. I don’t recall their T&Cs giving them the right to move appointments to accomodate other clients and if I don’t agree to the new time I have to forfeit my deposit. They left me with no other option but to attend at a time that works for them only, but will surely be the last time!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this clinic! Staff are very welcoming and kind. I sent my son to this clinic just few days ago, and he had the best treatment from the Dr Xenofon and the nurse Sophia. They made him feel comfortable and at ease. The were all the time looking after to him and making sure he was okay all the time. My son said I want to go back again and check my teeth with the same doctor.

We had Reena Amin who was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and patient with my boy. In 40 mins we were in and out with one tooth extraction. Fantastic experience: My son was terrified of the dentist after having a traumatic experience elsewhere. We found Dr Amrita and could not have asked for a better way to have my son get over his fear of dentists. In fact, he looks forward to each dental appointment now. He is especially excited by the different flavours of air and gas they have - bubble gum, grape, strawberry and orange! Dr Amrita is exceptional in her bedside manner and has a way to both calm children in a way I haven't seen other dentists do, but also manage parents and ease their concerns. Hands down the best children's dentist we've had. All the staff are lovely and helpful. It is a 45 minute train journey for us but worth every second.

She took the time to explain everything in a way that myself and child could understand, which really helped alleviate any fears. This was particular important my child need multiple extractions and crowns. The clinic is immaculately clean and well-organized, with state-of-the-art equipment. The entire team is professional and kind, making sure that both parents and children are comfortable throughout the visit. What really stood out to me was how Dr. Reena went above and beyond to make my child feel special. She was patient, answered all of their questions, and even gave a little goodie bag at the end of the visit. From start to finish we were extremely impressed with the quality of the service. The extraction was done quickly and in a very child conscious way - Dr Amrita was a really personable, friendly and calming presence for our son in the face of something quite scary.

Fantastic experience: It is such a wonderful place to visit, to ensure your child establishes a positive association with seeing a dentist. I first visited the clinic for the first time when my son turned 2 and I have been going back every 6 months. All the dentists and hygienists are so gentle, kind & positive, and my son always gets excited to go there (We’ve seen Dr Karina and Dr Disha so far and we’re very happy with both). They also provide good advice on tooth brushing and helping your child to stop sucking their thumb/fingers.

Fantastic experience: An incredible practice that perfect for kids. We brought our 5 year old son to have two teeth extracted. We were quite worried because he had had a very bad experience with the extraction from a previous dentist. Xenofon and Jota were incredible with him though, made him feel extremely relaxed and were able to extract the teeth without any issues. We feel so lucky to have found this practice!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Reena Amin enough. She always makes my son who is very anxious feel relaxed and safe. She had to remove one of his teeth recently and the procedure went so smoothly and successfully and my son was calm for the whole experience. She is great with children and my son enjoys having her as his dentist.

Fantastic experience: Booked a same day appointment on a Saturday as I wanted a consultation and X-rays after the NHS dentist we saw yesterday insisted my 4 year old wouldn’t cooperate enough for X-rays and that the only course of treatment was an extraction under general anaesthetic. Thanks to their child friendly setting and the skills of the amazing Dr Reena Amin, my daughter happily had her X-rays done and then came up with a treatment plan which can be done in the chair rather than under general anaesthetic. So thankful!

Fantastic experience: A really lovely dental practice for children, they have thought of every detail to ensure a visit to the dentist is fun experience . My daughter loves coming here! We had to take out one of her milk teeth and Dr Xenofon made sure she was calm, happy and entertained, while swiftly carrying out the extraction painlessly. I can't recommend this practise enough!

Fantastic experience: My child does not speak very well English, only Russian. We had a teeth clean with an amazing hygienist, Shakhnoza, who to my luck knew Russian. She explained everything very well. She was very caring and showed my child how to brush his teeth correctly and made the process enjoyable. She suggested to avoid sweets and snacks. The reception team were also friendly. My child left the dentist very happy. We cannot wait to go back.

Fantastic experience: After waiting months for a referral, we were advised to go private by our dentist for paediatric crowns. After some research, I contacted Happy Kids Dental. It couldn’t have been easier. We were seen quickly in a child-focussed environment and the very next week had the recommended course of treatment. My five year old spent the time happily watching TV while the amazing Dr Malkiel worked her magic on his teeth. Literally and figuratively painless from beginning to end.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best dental practice I visited in recent years. Everything was done to the highest standard. From the very friendly customer service, and the practice’s accommodating and lovely receptionists who were incredibly patient, to the professional and lovely hygienist I saw, the reassuring and caring doctor and assistants who were there every step of the way, explaining the process and tailoring treatment plan to my needs, timelines and other factors. Each member of staff I dealt with was the epitome of professionalism and courtesy. I felt the team understood my needs and time constraints (which I value as a busy professional). I felt I l was in safe hands, which made the process stress free.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a bad accident with her scooter, when one of her front tooth has been pushed back to the gum (intrusion). I have been told we should remove that tooth but Dr. Dania suggested to wait, rather than remove it staright away and my daughter tooth is escalating slowly. Fantastic experience: Our son has dcd dyspraxia and mild asd. He came in to have teeth removed to reduce crowding and have his weak enamel treated with a strengthening varnish. From the vibe to the 4 person team in the room, he was superbly looked after. Cannot fault nurse Jo, the anaesthetist and Dr Prableen as the surgeon and her dental assistant. My son actually enjoyed his visit, he felt treated like a vip and has no memory of the procedure as he was sedated and tended carefully by the whole team. If we have any other dental work to have done for my son, Freddie, we will come back without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: My son has always been a regular attendee in this clinic and loves the vibe at every appointment. Though on this special occasion, he had his first hygiene appointment with the spectacular Shakhnoza. She was thorough and patient and answered all his 101 questions. Well, as many as she could. She demonstrated hygiene techniques, with participation and the importance of keeping good clean teeth. My son left the practice 'buzzing' with his new electric tooth brush in hand,anxious to use the new knowledge. Fantastic experience: Excellent service! They went out of their way to make sure we could expedite the treatment for our children due to an upcoming move out of the area. Great ambiance, VERY kid friendly, staff welcoming and professional. Made the kids feel very at-ease. Update after first month with them: Happy Kids continues to produce happy kids. One child has a palatal expander and is doing well after a month with it. Our second child has a dramatic overbite and they started her with Invisalign today; she was delighted with their service. The welcome gift was very lovely as well.

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend this dental practice enough! We had really bad experience with the local dental practices, and for this reason, we are travelling from Reading to London for the amazing dental care that they offer! Both of my daughters are treated there from the best dentist Dr Xenofon Kavvadias! Dr Xenofon is very knowledgeable, he takes care of the kids, he makes sure that they feel comfortable and he does an absolutely amazing job. I feel really relieved that happy kids dental is there. They offered the best dental care to my kids, and I hope that they will continue to do that, and that's all that matters!

Fantastic experience: Dr Amrita and Anastasia were a formidable team. My teenage daughter suffers from severe needle phobia and extreme anxiety with any kind of medical procedure. She had to get 4 teeth extracted in order to get braces. We travelled over 60 miles to get here but it was worth the effort as Dr Amrita and Anastasia put my daughter completely at ease and gained her trust. I did not think we would be successful but they were able to achieve what no one else has been able to. They are an amazing team.
