Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this practice for about 7 years now, ever since I needed an emergency appointment after cracking a tooth. Even though I’ve moved and it’s now a 45-minute drive, I still make the trip rather than switching to a more local practice—which probably says enough. My dentist, Lewis, is consistently professional and very easy to talk to. He’s approachable, makes you feel at ease, and always takes a moment for a bit of friendly chat before getting started. Can’t rate him highly enough! I used to really dislike going to the dentist, but since coming here & having dental examinations with Lewis, it has become a much more relaxed and straightforward experience.

Negative experience: This place is an absolute joke! I came in for a regular check up but as soon as I mentioned the word ‘Invisalign’, my appointment turned into a sales pitch. I was told I may need fillings, but can only get fillings done if I get Invisalign done first? This was bizarre to me. I asked for a quote for Invisalign and the first price I was offered was just shy of 5000 pounds, they were clearly testing the waters. I am not returning. I was helped by the Indian dentist, I can not remember his name.

Fantastic experience: My first time here and reception was clean and welcoming. My appointment time was met exactly. My registration and check up were fully explained. The scrape and polish was excellent. It has been one of my many most enjoyable visits to a dentist.

I am a high-maintenance patient...horrible gag reflex...TMJ that makes my jaw ache if I keep it open for more than a few minutes...huge tori bones... Lewis and his nurses are so patient and friendly. They also do a much better job cleaning ALL my teeth than they ever did when I lived outside Edinburgh where they only cleaned my front, visible teeth. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I called Easter Ross Dental Care with broken front tooth filling. This was my first appointment and I was registered and seen within two or three days. Lee was excellent and patient and explained everything to me..X rayed and cleaned teeth .showing me how I should brush my teeth etc. Then did filling .also explaining that the filling was in a very delicate place with out too much grip...so wait to see if it stays in. Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Lewis highly enough. He is very precise and gentle, I have never felt any pain at all during treatment. I'm nervous but he puts me at ease and makes me laugh. I now have a beautiful crown that has settled in almost immediately. If you want a kind, caring dentist, who will brighten your day with your smile and his, Lewis is your man.

Negative experience: Not a patient focused surgery at all. Constantly pushes upselling methods for treatments you don't even need! Then trys to ransome you into those expensive extra treatments you don't have to have, so you can get to the treatment you urgently need. After waiting over a year just to get registered. Then the work they do is poor and keeps falling out! They should be reported to the NHS for scamming their patients and the tax payer funded NHS! While ignoring patients urgent needs! Disgusting treatment

Positive experience: Contacted them as a non-patient due to requiring an Onlay to be cemented back on. Received an appointment very quickly and soon had it back in place. It didn't feel quite right, so Dr Bali suggested to let it settle for a few days and see how it felt then. She called me a week later to see how things were and as it still felt a little odd, I went back for it to be re-adjusted. It now feels exactly as it did before, so an excellent experience. Only downside was the cost, but that was expected due to being a private patient.

Fantastic experience: Once again, a really good experience at the hands of a dentist, contrary to so many stereotypes! I visited Easter Ross Dental Care today for a check up, having requested this after 6 months by way of prevention rather than treatment for a problem, knowing that I would pay for it. The dentist I saw was professional, but warm and friendly, great at making me at ease and explaining what would happen. He carried out the examination with great care being mindful of my sensitive teeth and was very gentle - I had no pain or discomfort whatsoever. The whole visit took roughly half an hour and was very straightforward, efficient and as these things go, pleasant. Thanks you :-)

He’s so kind - and really took the time to ensure I understood the different treatment options, explaining them so clearly. I feel very confident in his skills. Fantastic experience: I waited around 4 years to find a dentist after moving to the area. There were just no places available. So after being told there was space at Easter Ross I was delighted I signed up for treatment with Lewis king and have had excellent treatment from him this course is coming to an end soon but I am pleased with the results.

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient - in fact I actually hate going to the dentist but I persevere. Since going to see Dr Bali I have felt much better and no longer have to take Valium (prescribed ) just to get through the door. Dr Bali is extremely patient and really knows how to put you at ease. He is happy to take regular breaks during the treatment and always reminds me to breathe. The practice itself is run efficiently and all the team are professional, polite and friendly. I would totally recommend anyone who is anxious goes to see Dr Bali. Update August 2024 - saw Dr Sumira Bali today after getting regular toothache. She was very thorough and patient checking out where the pain was coming from. Put me at ease and talked me through the process. I would be happy to recommend any nervous patients see her.

Fantastic experience: I have undergone Invisalign treatment with Dr Neeraj Bali over the last few years and I am over the moon with the results! Dr Bali guided me thought me a free consultation which expanded my knowledge on the treatment and concluded my decision to go forward with it. A large range of pricing options are available which makes this treatment very affordable for anyone who is interested. I would highly recommend the Invisalign treatment with Dr Bali to anyone who can't decide for themselves!

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at ERDC for a few years now and it's never a problem to go to this friendly and efficient practice. Most recently I had to have an existing crown from a previous dentist removed and a new crown fitted, as infection had managed to infiltrate the old crown and this only showed up on X-Ray. Lewis explained the required procedures in in his usual straightforward way and we went ahead and did it. No pain, no discomfort, job done. I can't recommend Lewis and the team at ERDC highly enough. Really outstanding practice.

Fantastic experience: During covid I did not realise that my dentist had left and was not replaced and was told after lockdown that I no longer have a place with my dentist in Elgin Moray, after searching for a dentist that would take on new NHS clients, I was lucky enough for easter Ross dental practice to take both myself and my daughter. After our first consultation both my daughter and I felt very at ease and reasurred and looked forward to building a rappore with the practice. I decided to join there care plan which gives me so many benefits including regular checkups and professional hygiene clean of my teeth. I have recently had my crowns replaced on the top part of mouth and a new denture made, from the start to finish I was very well looked after and everything was explained in great detail at every visit, I was always reasurred at each stage the process, the end result is amazing, my teeth look great and I feel so confident when smiling now and my denture fits so comfortably that you don't feel like your wearing a denture, I highly recommend Easter Ross dental practice to everyone, they really take care of you and look after you

Fantastic experience: I have just completed my Invisalign treatment with Mr Bali. The whole team were very kind and accommodating regarding appointment dates and times due to work/travel. I am delighted with the end result, after 9 months I am happy with how my teeth have straightened out and would recommend.

Negative experience: Always trying to up sell, mr Bali was extremely persistent on trying to get me to sign up for a dental plan. I also had a filling fall out, a day after treatment, and I had an infection from it as well. Terrible experience

Fantastic experience: Best dental practice around. Most recent experience was for my nine year old who was experiencing tooth pain. They were able to offer an next day appointment (early) after phoning them at the end of the working day, the day before. My daughter was seen by Lewis not our usual dentist however he made her feel so at ease and managed to take the tooth out that was casing her the pain. Fantastic experience: My treatment was carried out by Lee. Throughout the root canal surgery he kept me informed throughout, what he was doing and what I should expect. He's a fab dentist I like his calm cool professionalism.

Negative experience: Not wonderful I have to say unfortunately. I had a crown replaced by costly private treatment and once fitted I knew it didn't fit correctly. But I was assured it was 'a good bite' and would settle but was back 3 days later to have it re-shaped. It is now much better but very probably requiring a further visit to get absolutely correct. At £500+ this shouldn't be the case and I still have a second 108mile round trip to facilitate and the day off work being self-employed.

Fantastic experience: Arriving several minutes before the time that I had been given on my last appointment the senior receptionist, on seeing me, welcomed me with my name, and told me to take a seat. Only after I'd just sat down and was taking out a paperback book to read when the owner dentist, a Mr Balti, came from the corridor off which there were some dental clinic rooms and called me to go with him to one of the rooms, as he also asked after my health, seeing as I have to use a crutch due to having badly damaged legs, from my time in the RAF, caused whilst on duty onboard a large RAF vessel entering its berth at Invergordon. I had expected to have my teeth dealt with by his wife, Sumari Balti, who had previously dealt with my treatment, but for some reason wasn't available. On taking my coat and hat off Mr Balti picked my hat up to inspect the several pins fastened on it, which relate to my 12 year service in the RAF's Marine Branch, and asked me as to what each one was, and he was surprised to be told that until the late 1980's there was a RAF Base in the nearby small town of Alness, although the large vessels used the Admiralty Fuel Depot's pier as their berth. On getting on the dental couch Mr Balti saw I'd medical dressings on my legs, the result of my being injured in 1977, and he commented that both legs looked quite sore, plus I wasn't able to straighten one of the legs due to the local doctor at that time not realising that I should have had an X-Ray, and it was only in 1980 that I finally persuaded him to have a specialist examine what was a serious problem with both legs, making working out at sea a sometimes very painful time. I had expected to have some remedial treatment, such as possible fillings, or a cast made for dentures to be made, but on my mouth being inspected, and it noticed that I'd recently cleaned my teeth, Mr Balti told me that he'd just polish my teeth, which only took a few minutes, after which he helped me put my hat and coat on before escorting me to the receptionist so I could pay for the treatment, plus he asked me it on my next appointment would I bring in my medals to let him see them. The whole treatment, from first entering the dental clinic, which often sees people dreading having to go so as to have some problem dealt with, was to see me feel that I wasn't just another client, but someone who was made to feel special, and even having to pay for my treatment, due to being slightly outside the Scottish NHS limit for free treatment, wasn't felt to my being ripped off. Well done to both the receptionist and Mr Balti. Mr D L Wilkinson

He performed an extraction very efficiently and with no pain, explaining everything as he went. He then arranged for me to have a new false tooth added to my plate in the quickest possible time. All the while he was working to a plan for the future of my teeth, which reassured me. A couple of days later, I had a query and rang the receptionist - within ten minutes Neeraj rang back personally. I really recommend this Easter Ross practice!
