Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Compassionate and Professional Dental Team As someone who struggles with dental anxiety, going to the dentist has never been easy for me. But I know how important it is to stay on top of my dental health—so if I need treatment, even something like a root canal, I make sure it gets done. After my previous dentist left, I was allocated to Dr. Riana, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I’ve now had a couple of appointments with her, and both she and her dental nurse have been absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I felt reassured. They were both incredibly compassionate and professional, taking time to explain each step of the process clearly and calmly, which helped ease my nerves significantly. Thanks to their gentle approach, I didn’t feel a thing—and that’s no small thing when you’re someone who dreads dental visits. I genuinely can’t thank them enough for the care and respect they showed me. I would highly recommend this practice, and especially Dr. Riana and her team. After searching around to find a dentist to assist me with chronic tooth ache , lovely lane dental practice came to my rescue, I had to have a tooth extracted and Steve the dental technician and his assistant made it so enjoyable and pleasant and managed to see me the same day they are knowledgeable and professional and so lovely to deal with , I have also decided to join the membership scheme to keep good care of my teeth, we also spoke about a teeth straightening plan , that I am so excited about . 5 Star practice well done to everyone at lovely lane dental practice. Fantastic experience: Mr Porter has for the last 30 years looked after my teeth ,in that time, he has pursued every means possible to help me retain my teeth for the longest time possible. Due to damage done in my younger years this has been a challenge. He is an example of elite professionalism within dentistry and cannot recommend anyone better.

He took the time to explain everything and was very gentle with the needle to numb my lower gum before a thoroughly good job of restoring a broken tooth. A definite 10 out of 10.

My Dentist is Riana, she is excellent and explains everything in detail, nothing is ever rushed and no questions go unanswered.

Fantastic experience: I managed to get an appointment with Stephen for a failed wisdom tooth extraction that my own dentist had done. He was AMAZING! After thinking that I would need my gum cut and stitched Stephen had the tooth out in a couple of minutes with no further damage. I can't thank him enough after weeks of pain

Fantastic experience: Doctor Porter is by far the best dentist I have had over the years. Had to see another dentist at one time and regretted it instantly. He’ll be the only dentist I’ll be seeing going forward. Like many I’m not fond of the dentist, but always explains the treatment and ensures I’m fine.

I must say Lovely lane Dental Centre have been wonderful in every way, great advice, fabulous care and understanding of their patients. A big thank you to their very high standards.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience needing emergency dental treatment here. They charged £65 just to book the appointment, and then quoted £165 for a temporary filling. I was shocked to find out the booking fee wasn't deducted from the treatment cost, meaning I paid the full £165 on top of the initial £65. The work done felt aggressive, with a very large portion of my tooth being removed. Following this, another dentist has advised me that the tooth now needs to be extracted. I strongly advise others to avoid this practice.

Fantastic experience: Leanne Mullen was exceptionally good, had root canal work and almost nodded off i was so relaxed.

Negative experience: Today my son had a appointment at 16:00, I even arrived with 15min earlier, and what do you think, I waited more de 35min . When I asked the lady from the reception what was going on? She just said, I know, I'm sorry, I just waited another 5min,and nothing. But this is not everything, whoever came after us ,was taken before us. When I said to the lady this is bat joke, she just said I sorry, but I'm sorry it's not enough for that wasted time,my son is 6,40 mins is to much for a kid and even for a adult this is the baddest experience ever

Negative experience: I recently attended a dental appointment for treatment. After the procedure, I went to the reception area to make the payment. There were two patients ahead of me in the queue, and due to the treatment, I felt the need to step outside to spit. As I did so, the receptionist abruptly banged on the window forcefully and then ran outside after me, as if chasing me. It appeared as though she assumed I was attempting to leave without paying. I immediately clarified that I was not running off but had simply stepped outside for a moment due to discomfort from the treatment. I found this behavior completely unacceptable and unnecessary. There was no reason to create such a scene, especially when I had already paid £61 for my initial check-up (which did not include treatment) and had also made a £50 deposit towards my treatment plan, which was estimated at around £300 for a small filling and hygiene cleaning. Despite my prior payments and compliance, I was treated unfairly, as if I were attempting to avoid payment. This experience was both upsetting and unprofessional. I would appreciate it if this matter is addressed to ensure that no other patients have to experience such treatment in the future.

Negative experience: This dentist has a very 'aggressive' approach to dental care and is very keen to charge you a lot of money for fillings you might not actually need. If you are diagnosed with a lot of cavities seek a second opinion. I was told I had 8 decayed teeth and encouraged to repair these with large composite fillings. I went to get a second opinion and found out I only needed 2 tooths filled and the job done was to a substandard level. Overall I had 3 fillings and these need to be replaced as they were placed incorrectly and havent bonded to my teeth properly. Of course the practice does not want to refund these. Save your money and go elsewhere. Also every appointment was delayed and there is no parking.

Negative experience: If I could give it a negative 4 (-4), I would have. There I was about to lose my 30 years tooth for the rest of my life and Dr Khadija Khaled showed absolutely no sympathy for my pain. Every question I had, every worry I had seemed to not bother her the slightest as she could not have answered them more reluctantly even if she tries again. I felt so rush to get out of the facility at 5 pm (after queuing not by choice at the waiting room) that I am not sure the decision to remove my tooth by Dr Khadija Khaled was the best option available for my situation , but instead the less time-consuming one for her to not get home too late. I felt very frustrated by that experience and would a 100% recommend choosing a different doctor in the clinic, especially if you have a certain accent.

Fantastic experience: My teeth started breaking down when I was in school- I had my first root canal at 17ish. I have spent easily 10k keeping the teeth I have in my mouth in place. I am terrified of the dentist. The folks at this dentist are super great and super nice. They are great. Yes I’m still terrified anytime I’m at the dentist but they are super cool about it and do a good job of helping me take care of my teeth. I see Khadijah Khaled and she is fantastic.

I had my follow up appointment today to remove the tooth. I wish I could register with this dental practice as they offered a brilliant and professional treatment for me.

Fantastic experience: As someone who had childhood dental trauma, this is THE best place to go. Been to see Stephen Porter today for a wisdom tooth extraction. I've been terrified of having this done and nearly cancelled due to fear. I've stressed for nothing. The injections didn't hurt, the extraction didn't hurt and everything was over in a couple of minutes. I feel ridiculous for worrying about it. I actually nearly cried with the relief when he told me the tooth was out. Everything was explained in detail beforehand too. Thanks again x

He is an exceptional denist and is clearly passionate about his job. As a man, he is compassionate, kind caring, and funny. You could say that about each member of the pratice. I was very impressed with the friendly receptionists and the dentist, Poonam Saryaiya, was professional, friendly and explained all procedures beforehand. Made my appointment so much easier, as I don't like going to the dentist.

Everyone, including the dentist that examined me was very polite and friendly. Two weeks later I went in again, again without appointment, and I got the same treatment. Fantastic experience: I managed to get an emergency appointment the day after calling, saw a very nice, young dentist who did X-rays and found a filling was needed. Being in an extreme amount of pain, he agreed to come in early the following day to carry out the treatment. Granted, I had to pay to go private for the treatment but the staff on reception, the dentist and his nurse went out of their way to carry out the treatment needed and I can’t thank them enough. Very helpful and professional staff.
