Fantastic experience: I called in an emergency and was seen straight away, on arrival the reception staff were extremely welcoming, and totally comforting. My emotions were high and not to forget I’m petrified of the dentist. I was instantly made to feel at ease. The dentist came to collect me from the waiting room, she discussed with me all treatment that was to be carried out and the process of what was needed to be done and the reasons as to why. Her communication made me feel a lot more relaxed instantly. I’ve had weekly appointments for my treatment since, and each time has been fantastic service. Ive now also registered my young son with Oakville dental! And I’d also recommend them to anyone in need of a dentist! All the staff through out are very polite and understanding! Five stars from me! And I truly believe my fear of the dentist is not half as bad as what it was! :)

Fantastic experience: A good friend who had a similar dental history to myself, referred me to Oakville Dental surgery where she herself was a patient and, because I have quite a complicated and traumatic experience with previous dental issues, I decided to go private and see whether I would get a good service. So recently I have visited for the first time and had one introductory examination followed by an extraction, I was very impressed both with the clean and comfortable surgery itself and the great friendliness of all the staff including receptionist and my Dentist, my dentist was very conscientious when doing the tooth extraction and gave me all the necessary information Both verbally and imprint so far. I am very happy with everything I have received.

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent dental practice. I have been a patient at this practice for 11 years and I have always been very happy with the quality of the services provided. I would not go anywhere else and I recommend them without hesitation. All members of staff are very courteous and helpful. I always feel valued as a patient and I have been happy to have all my family members treated here. Dental health is of paramount importance to me and this practice is without doubt dedicated to providing excellent dental care.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly receptionist, I called to enquire about joining as a private client and how much it would cost as a family of 4 with 2 children under 18 and I was given clear advice and all questions were answered in a friendly and welcoming manner. I feel confident that my teeth will be looked after and I'll start the process to become a regular client in a plan that suits my family.

I’ve saw a wonderful dentist today, such a lovely caring kind dentist, very thorough and helped me with some issues that I was asking about. Very reassuring very informative i had a check up and a scale polish also some x-rays. I’m never nervous attending Oakvill professional, clean modern dentist.

Negative experience: My experience was very short and unpleasant. I entered the premises and was hoping to get some information about registration or how it work but was directly hit by “sorry we don’t take NHS patients” like it was written on my face. No Hello, No Hi, No how can we help .. straight to my face, sorry we don’t take NHS patients. And then when I said I’m not an NHS patients and wanted to enquire about registration the lady goes it will be £120 to pay same day to book an appointment and then to pay for a plan in a very strict tone as if they wanted to show me that this is expensive for you go away. Even if I wanted to register I wouldn’t because of these two ladies at the reception, I didn’t get their names as I was just out of words and just left but one of them was very young and was the one who without any greeting hit me with “sorry we don’t take nhs payments” and an older one who came up with the strict and not nice tone as if she was chasing me away. One advise: at the reception you are the face of the practise, even if the doctors are nice I would never sign up for this practise even if I leave across the road. Shameful

Negative experience: Absolutely unacceptable customer care. The ladies at reception are extremely rude, I came to register but no chance I am giving a penny to this place. Shame on you.

Positive experience: When I got there the receptionist was really nice & friendly. When I saw Fiona the dentist she was really nice. I need a filling renewed she explained the options & felt a bit better. I am very nervous but Fiona does know. I left the surgery feeling happy with what she said.

Fantastic experience: Dr Moore is very kind and professional person, she was very understanding of all my concerns and very helpful. She took her time and was very caring.I would recommend everyone, her nurse was very knowledgeable and experienced in her field. All the staff at surgery are very good and polite. Today I went for my second appointment, and met Mrs Rali Patanwala, it was pleasant to talk to her, as she has over the years been very kind, and supportive. As usual Dr Fiona Moore was very easy with her work and was keeping me cheerful and giving me positive energy when I was struggling with pain with support from her Nurse. Mrs Rali came and was well pleased with Dr Fiona’s hard work. It’s very hard to find a good dental surgery this days but I would always recommend Oakville surgery for creating a good environment for the patients. Dr Tamara is very kind and very professional person, she spend more than the average time allocated, explains the procedure in detail. I would recommend her my friends, she is very caring. Hope to see her again soon. Miss Jenny, practice manager is very nice person, always tries hard to help, so is the staffs practice has very dedicated nurses who are very caring and supportive. I went to see Dr Hamara today, as usual very helpful and very friendly and supportive.unfortunately she is leaving the practice soon, exploring further knowledge and experience, we will miss her greatly and all the best for future. All the support staff are very caring and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: From being the most nervous patient on the planet, between Ralli and Nassa looking after me, it really is no big deal having treatment carried out any more, genuinely no pain or discomfort, the reception is no different always happy and friendly. Its a strange thing to say but I always leave the practice feeling upbeat and set up for the day with my teeth fixed and a dose of positivity from the team. Thank you. Update 30/5/25 Just had a filling carried out by Ralli and her fantastic team. I have absolutely no apprehension now attending the surgery,such is the confidence I have in Oakville Dental. Fantastic experience: Visited the clinic with a 4 and a 8 year old boy for a general check up. Dr Rali was amazing with the kids, extremely kind and approachable, explaining them what was happening enabling them to feel very comfortable. The examination and procedures were very efficiently conducted. The children both had a wonderful experience which means they will not be afraid of visiting a dentist next time. The practice also functioned very smoothly, no waiting times at all at all and all staff were very friendly.

Negative experience: I visited this dental clinic about eight months ago for a teeth whitening treatment, and I am still completely dissatisfied with the results. I paid £1300 for a single tooth whitening session, and not only did I see no improvement, but the tooth actually became darker! The treatment was poorly executed, and the service was far from professional. After the procedure, I contacted the clinic multiple times over the course of several months, hoping they would do something to fix the issue, but all they did was recommend a specific toothpaste that had absolutely no effect. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of accountability and the total disregard for my concerns. This whole experience has been a complete waste of time and money. I will be filing a formal complaint soon, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for dental care.

Fantastic experience: This practice has a professional and approachable team of staff from the receptionists to the dental staff. They all know how to take care of their patients and provide a good , honest reliable service. Good communication and the caring attitude that is given here is outstanding along with the expertise and skill. There is latest technology with the dental view screens located within the building which I find informative. It is a good way with keeping you up to date with general treatment along with dental procedures and care tips. I am therefore very happy to be a patient here at Oakville dental surgery.

I called up today for a routine check up and they were able to fit me in at short notice on the same day. The dentist Humera and dental nurse were both really friendly and good at calming my nerves. They explained what they were doing at every stage and took time to show me brushing techniques and answer my questions. I didn't feel rushed at all. Thank you both so much!

Fantastic experience: The hygienist is excellent.I realise now that I never looked after my teeth properly. Apart from checking and cleaning my teeth ,I have been told how to improve the way I brush my teeth and gums and use tepes.

Negative experience: I was disappointed to arrive today and find my appointment delayed by 30 minutes. A prior email or text message would have allowed me to adjust my schedule accordingly. Unfortunately, the late notice meant I couldn't rearrange things. I now have to reschedule for March, and I hope that appointment won't be a wasted trip either.

Fantastic experience: a) Excellent reception staff - friendly, informative, appropriate b) Outstanding dentist (Dr Rali) - she explained everything and checked that I understood the available options for dodgy teeth! c) The hygienist (Suzanne) and her assistant (Emma) were spot-on. Very concerned that I was ok; explained exactly what was being done; and not lacking in humour. d) Part 1 of the above dental treatment completed. Rali was once again in top form, explaining what she was doing, chatting occasionally but never with that infuriating dental possibility of asking patients questions in the midst of treatment so that they can't answer.

Positive experience: As usual I received informed and professional treatment and advice from Rali and Suzy. But I do have a long-standing complaint which has not been recognised i.e. the annual £20 admin fee charged. Surely for long-standing customers like myself (at around 60 years attending this practice I must surely be the longest-standing customer on the books, and it is anyone's guess how much I have paid in total over this period) this does not involve any administration cost at all and is therefore purely additional but unmerited income for the practice and I feel very strongly that this should be waived as a gesture of recognition of my loyalty. Maybe it could be removed for all customers after, say, 10 years' custom ? I would appreciate a sympathetic response to this feedback please.

Fantastic experience: I wrote this review a couple of years ago and I am still very happy to let it stand. I have been an NHS patient at Oakville Dental for some years now, originally because it was a few feet from my place of work. It is a testament to their care and expertise that I still attend the practice even though I have retired and have no need to go to that area any more. I have always found them to be polite and courteous and any procedure that is recommended is always fully explained and care and consideration is always given to my care and comfort.

Fantastic experience: I was quite nervous but the dentist talked me through the process he was very good I didn't feel any pain and the procedure was completed with the dentist talking me through it.

Fantastic experience: I had excruciating tooth pain and after having some x- rays,I decided to go for the option of Root Canal Treatment. RALI carried out the treatment. Rali and Yunxia, the dental nurse,were both extremely professional, caring and kind throughout my two hour treatment. Also, many thanks to the reception team who make me feel very welcome.

Fantastic experience: Great follow up session with Rali, - my new denture still fits perfectly after 4 months, and my wound has healed extremely well. Also, a cleaning session with Suzy during which, most of the time, I didn't even feel her working on my teeth, and that's without the use of numbing toothpaste. Rali and Suzy rock!!

Fantastic experience: This is the best practice I have ever been to. The dentists are friendly, patient and thorough. When I've had treatment they make sure that it is as pain free as it can be. The last time I had work done the only thing I felt was the local anaesthetic. It is a pleasure to have my regular appointments. If you are lucky enough to get in there go ahead.

Fantastic experience: So, I had sereve pain in my back tooth. I phoned up Oakville dental practice and they were amazing, hats off to Usha, she extracted my molar with ease. Now I'm back to normal and no more pain. They were all amazing and my problem was sorted in record time.
