As always, Dhimant and his nurse made myself and two children feel relaxed and calm with their expertise, my son even agreeing to have his teeth cleaned! Thank you, see you again in 6 months time.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience today at the dentist. Not only is it nice and clean, the staff are very friendly! In regards to treatment, the dentist i saw was fabulous. He started by doing a check on me and said that was a cancer check which is the 1st time in my life I've had that! Then I had a thorough examination before I had my Invisilign consultation. It was great because I've had them before and the result was very poor but I left feeling confident about my new and future teeth .

Positive experience: 4 stars because I was cancelled a couple of times but tbh my dentist did apologise…Seemed unaware that it had happened and then got me fitted in. Definitely well looked after by Neetan. He is very gentle and always smiley which is why I’m still travelling back from Leamington to go there.

The team are warm, friendly and supportive – from receptionists to hygienist to the dentist themselves – which is really important when you’re nervous about being in a dentist environment. My previous dentist experience scared me off dentists for years. Appointments are mostly running on time which is also a rare thing, and a recent filling I had was so quick and easy, it felt borderline enjoyable! A far cry from my dental procedures of the past. Hard recommend. And thank you Kings Heath Dental and Implant Centre! Please keep doing what you’re doing :)

Negative experience: They cancelled my appointment three times in a row, with as little as an hour’s notice. Then when I call to make a new appointment, there are none available for 6-8 weeks each time.

Fantastic experience: My mother broke her denture and we went to get it fixed and she was quite anxious about it. From receptionist to dentist the whole team was kind and reassuring. In the way home my mother kept saying on repeat how kind the dentist was and I was glad I entrusted my anxious mother with this team. They were fabulous and a little kindness goes a long way and it really did today.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible service. The women receptionist is rude and absolutely don’t care!!! I was waiting 2 months for a visit they cancelled just day before. I have asked them to reschedule the visit but also I was warned that my visit might be cancelled again!!! Absolutely disgraceful. That woman receptionist is a very bad person!!!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant dentist! I genuinely couldn't be happier. I am a very nervous patient and have been with them since Dr Fickert owned it (he was brilliant too!). Mr Patel is very patient with me and explains everything and gives me all the time I need. The hygienist is also understanding and only uses hand tools, although today it appeared that she seemed to believe I don't use interdental brushes, when I actually do because my gums bled when she cleaned my teeth... nothing to do with the fact that she kept catching my gums with the cleaning tools?

Negative experience: I left the practice after being here for a few years. For two wisdom teeth my dentist said they were growing in fine (despite my concern that they weren't). Fast foreward i had an infection on my bottom wisdom tooth and had to attend a different practice, where i was informed it was infact impacted and would never of grown in correctly. Had a similair situtation with my top wisdom tooth. Overall, i didn't feel listened to in regards to these issues here with my dentist and it just felt like an in and out job every time. I'm not one for negative reviews but this was really disapointing

Negative experience: They have been cancelling my daughters' appointments for the third time! Just after I filled out all the forms they sent. Just after I confirmed that "Yes, we will be there on time"... Definitely disrespectful! Waiting for 7-8 months to be informed at the last moments with such an annoying message: "Due to unforeseen circumstances your appointment with N... W... on 07/11/24 at 04:30pm has to be cancelled." And we were informed at the evening of 05/11/24... Less than 48 hours before the appointment! What kind of an "unforeseen circumstance" might have taken place? Do these circumstances need to be always with my kids? 100 % unprofessional, disrespectful approach! Congratulations Kings Heath Dental and Implant Centre!

Everything is explained clearly and always able to reassure if the children are nervous. Reception always acknowledge you with a friendly smile and nothing is a problem.

Dr Patel was very caring, and professional after what my son had been through previously. I would highly recommend Dr Patel for dentistry work, I’m very grateful to him for seeing my son at such short notice and fixing the mess that the other dentist had made.
