Fantastic experience: A very thorough hygienist visit. A bit pricey. Don't agree with paying for treatment up front. Deposit, yes £70 for 3 months is an interest free loan

Our payment in advance policy requires all patients to pay the full amount or a percentage at the time of booking the appointment. Demand for appointments is very high so we follow this policy to prevent failure to attend. It promotes patients to inform us when they need to cancel so their appointment time can be used to see another patient in need of dental care.

Fantastic experience: Correct assessment on 3rd visit + XRay to confirm, then 3 extractions during the same visit. The extractions proved the diagnosis was correct. New top denture to be re struck @ next visit 9th Aug '25. This visit could have been my last of 4 necessary, for the work needing to be done. The Oriental dental surgeon was spot on, diligent, positive, professional @ kind. No hesitations. Correct action. I'm very grateful to him.

Positive experience: The dentists then self are amazing make you feel comfortable in the chair cannot fault them in anyway , however every time I’ve been my appointment have never been on time one visit I waited nearly a hour over my appointment time and I was also given a prescription and when I got to the chemist I noticed they actually gave me medication I am allergic to

Fantastic experience: I had a broken tooth and went to see Reza my dentist. He x rayed my tooth and it was cracked and had decay through the tooth. He gave me some options and I asked him if he could extract it, he said if that's what you want would you like me to do it now, I said do you have time he said yes Reza injected my mouth round the tooth and he tapped on the tooth can you feel anything I said no. He started and before I knew it the tooth was out no problem I was very pleased. Would recommend Reza very good dentist.

Negative experience: Having arrived early for my first appointment I was contacted by the admin person 5 mins later by phone to alter my second appointment (I was sat at the time in the waiting area). On arrival I was asked for payment, also when I came out after my first appointment and then again when I went to make appointments for my next visits in 6 months time. I asked if why the payment could not be taken as one transaction, the young assistant said it could have been. Both appointments went well and both Techs were very helpful, however i can not say the same for the Admin side.

Fantastic experience: Came in for a tooth out for it to crumble unfortunately referred to hospital returned 48hrs later with dry socket and agony and was in that day with emergency appointment with ayran he's absolutely amazing!!

I found the Dentist and Dental Nurse polite , explaining what was going to happen, at the end of treatment both of them had big smiles on their faces, mine was a little lop sided due to dumbness I was completely in their hands and very nervous but they put me at my ease and worked well together. Fantastic experience: Had a tooth removed and a bit of preventative work via Aryan and Jessica (Sarah?). Excellent anesthesia and clearly everyone involved was very competent. Extraction didn't go as planned as my tooth had fused into my jaw (specialist job required), but I appreciated the effort. Was great fun! Hopefully no more out for a few years (or decades) .

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing! My dentist Aryan was amazing. He did a tooth extraction which I was very nervous about but he was great, kept me calm and despite it being a difficult tooth to remove he was explain to me what he was doing step by step. Would definitely recommend!

Negative experience: Awful experience. They cancel appointments all the time. When I finally got there doctor wrote me a recipe, but the next day I was forced to go again because there was no date and signature on the recipe. And when you have an appointment, you never go to the doctor on time, you always have to wait. One time I waited for 1h and 30 minutes it was awful and I left.

Negative experience: I have been going to Damira for many a year and found the service to be great. But after this visit I was very disappointed with the service . I waited for an hour before I was seen There was no communication from the receptionist to say the dentist was running late . I don't not complain but I found the receptionist didn't have very good customer service in which a few people who come to the same dentist had also commentated to me regarding there experience there to . As I have said I've always had great service but was let down this time . I think some training for the receptionist area is needed.

Fantastic experience: I have a real fear of the dentist, but the dentist i saw was absolutely brilliant with me He asked what my expectations were and listened to what I had to say, he explained everything as he went along, and we agreed on a treatment plan. The dental nurse was also very pleasant and helped to put me at ease too.. It has taken me a very long time to find a nhs practice to take me on, and thank you for being able to accommodate my needs

Negative experience: Felt very rushed with Reza, I was told by him I had an infection In my wisdom tooth so I couldn’t get it out, I do not have an infection and could’ve gotten it out that day. I was just given a X-ray and sent on my way with no advice on what to do next. I’ve booked somewhere else and they said they can get it out no worries, So I feel abit cheated on £60 deposit and £30 for antibiotics that I do not need..

Fantastic experience: Friendly welcome from Macaulay, manager, & Tracie on reception at Havant practise. Jenny the nurse & Reza dentist were also friendly, polite, & clear in my treatment during my appointment. New appointment was made by Tracie and sent directly to email address. Prior to my appointment it was easy and clear how to complete the forms online. Throughout the premises it was clean & tidy, likewise all staff were presented well in appropriate attire. My only criticism is there were far too many reminders in both text & email. Otherwise keep up the good teamwork.

Negative experience: Booking appointment is nightmare and it is very often cancelled within few days from the appointment. If you try to rebook it, you need to wait another 4-5 months! Which potentially will be cancelled again! Even paid treatment with hygienist was cancelled and it took me 7 attempts ( calls) to rebook it as it was not possible to do it online. I already paid for it and website didn't have options to skip payment. Once you see dentist, they are good. Some better than other, but there is no consistency and each dentist have different treatment for the same issue.

Positive experience: Had a check up and agreed set of treatment, extraction followed by a root canal / crown. Had my tooth removed which took 6weeks to heal.
