Negative experience: I am extremely frustrated with the care I received at Dentaprime. After my initial examination, they rejected me as a candidate despite being perfectly eligible. They claimed a suspected ulcer on my tongue and instructed me to consult my GP. They also stated they would keep my file for three months and that I could resume my implant process after addressing the issue. However, within a week, they canceled everything and sent back my X-ray without any further communication. I find Dentaprime to be a biased and discriminatory dental practice. I feel disheartened by their dismissive treatment without any clear explanation. I strongly advise against getting your implants done here.

Negative experience: I m really disappointed asked for the £299 that I paid upfront and 14 days later is still not in my Acqua card ,when I call Dentaprime I asked them to tell me the numbers of the card they refund the money and said they refunded to my bank ,they should have refunded to my acqua card and the lady on the phone said that s what they do ,they refunded always to the bank account !I m going to the bank and look into it as I m starting not to trust Dentaprime ,I contacted my credit card and they advised me what to do !Dentaprime was nice and professional until I v decide to cancel the treatment then they started to be evasive and pretty rude !

Positive experience: Price great. Staff great. Aesthetically great. But..... They really should have made it very clear how you lose all sense of food enjoyment and how fake they feel in your mouth. Could have recommended just doing the top first as my bottom row could have survived a couple more years. Didn't try to explain to me what i lose sensation wise having all removed at once. But most of all its the speech impediment i'm left with. I have a bad lisp now which has effected my job and well being. They tried one slight alteration to help with it and now washed their hands of me and want money for any more procedures. Gums and lips are constantly swollen due to the over sized feeling of the placements. I've lost work over this, yes there's risks involved but for them to say treatment is finished when i can't speak properly anymore is sub par at best. Again, looks great but they will wash their hands of you till you pay out more. But i guess they are happy for you to leave unhappy. Shame.

Fantastic experience: The Best Dental Experience Ever. ... I had the most amazing experience from start to finish. As a very nervous patient I can safely say my dental phobia is well and truly conquered. Dr Lucjani Zallemi was utterly fantastic and the most gentle dentist I've ever experienced. He constantly asked if I needed any extra pain relief and explained every process as he worked through them. The best dentist ever in my opinion, an utter perfectionist and master of his craft. The anaesthesiologist Dr Ashraf and Dental Surgeon Anna were splendid. The conscious sedation is the best experience you could ever have. I never felt a thing. I thoroughly recommend this company. Fantastic experience: We love Dentaprime, sedation and initial surgery were great. 6 months later.... I'm do happy I went with these guys. I hate injections. They knew how to distract me for 1st injection, then how to get rest done with no feeling. So gentle and caring. Would recommend to anyone with phobia. Now 6 monthly visits to look forward to for check ups. Keep up the great work guys bringing fresh smiles across the UK at less than half the price of other quotes I had.

Negative experience: Where do I start. Dental treatment is something I had always feared but know I had to do something about my teeth and did a lot of research before deciding to go with Dentaprime. The consultation beforehand, the enviroment and the warm and friendly professional staff contributed to me deciding to go with Dentaprime. I was thinking to go with a company that my daughter and son-in-law had used in Istanbul Turkey based on how Attentive the team was especially the aftercare, my daughter had 4 implants only and my Son-in-law had major work similar to mine and the after care they received in Turkey was . However, i decided to go with Dentaprime based on the reviews, and the concept of feeling more secure with a UK company. However, once I had signed up with Dentaprime it really started going down hill. On the day of my actual appointment to start the actual work i started to have regrets of not going to Turkey. - I was told to arrive at my appointment 1 hour beforehand, my appointment was 1pm, arrived at 12pm, however did not get seen until gone 3pm - in that time I sat in the waiting room watching people come and go and NO STAFF explaining to me the reason for the delay or long waiting time. When I tried to ask the staff in the waiting area the reason the the long wait, her response was, you will be told when you are eventually called in. I was meant to feel that I should not even have asked the question. Obviously, by now I had become anxious and was ready to walk out and cancel the whole thing, by 3pm I was called in. No apology, no explanation, staff were just task focus. The doctor who carried out the sedation process was the only person who should some form of professional human concept towards me, explaining how delays can happen, agreeing that someone should have kept me in the loop regarding the delay etc. Eventually the sedation and the calm approach of the doctor administering the sedation helped me to relax and go with the plan of the major dental surgery, focusing on the amazing outcome I am expecting. However it got worst. After the surgery, I had very high blood pressure which was taking sometime to regulate back to normal, eventually it did and was sent home to return the next day for temp implants. To be honest, I felt OK and the above concerns regarding the lack of customer care after signing up with Dentaprime became more less in my mind. I arrived for the temp implants fitting, this was so good, the dentist was so professional and caring top marks to him. However my main concern is the after care. As I said implants were fitted and I was given a branded bag with various medication in there. - No explanation was given about the meds apart from a leaflet in the bag written in small English prints. - Items in the above bag did not match the list. e.g. 6 paracetamol no ibuprofen. - No explanation of what pain i may feel when what symptoms would need emergency input. - I have had to by my own pain killers Co-dydramol to deal with the extreme pain i have been having post op. -i have signed myself of work on sick leave for another week now although, I was led to believe that after a few days I would be able to return back to work. I have not had nothing to eat since the op and temp implants apart from liquid food and this is now day 5. Although I was told the opposite at the pre consultation, which I now see that they were undercover sales expert and not a medical person with the patients interest at the heart of the process. - I don't understand how having gone through such a major op, top and bottom gum restricted and all teeth removed and temp implants that they send you home and don't have any aftercare plan or process in place. The next time they have scheduled to see me is in 5 months time - However ib the past 5 days post op i have really become unwell physically, as the pain in my mouth is so bad that it has also impacted on my mental health, my children are worried and wished I had gone to Turkey as they had wanted all along as the post op care for 5 days would have helped me so much.

Negative experience: Wouldn't recommend anyone to use they service, I declined photo's to be taken, they questioned me in a front of other patient and embarrassed me. They haven't completed the consultation process what I paid for. So disappointed

Negative experience: I called to get a quote and was met with a very sassy customer service representative who was rapidly trying to upsell me before I could even clarify what I was asking for a quote for! Negative experience: Appalled by their hard sell and lack of professionalism. Have just wasted 20 mins of my life trying to explain that I was not prepared to spent £800 in travel costs for an assessment which costs £99 when I can get it free locally. The agent was so rude I had to hang up and block their number. Avoid, huge red flag. Further update: the agent immediately sent me an invoice for £299 cancellation fee which was never mentioned at any point until I cancelled. I won't be paying because they have no legal right to levy this fee and have been told this. Is this the type of company that anyone would trust to provide health care?

Negative experience: Attended the checkup, signed an agreement about the treatment. And the problems started..That agreement was broken by Dentaprime, which decided to change the treatment without discussing it with me first. Attended a meeting with an admin employee to check how things were going after having received part of the treatment. Raised the issue with her, as her colleagues asked me to do.. To get treated like a child, and in a authoritive manner being told the first stage of my treatment had been done. She didn't even bother in checking the agreement, and a week later I am still waiting for them to contact me as she reassured me that they would. Not keen on being on the waiting room and getting a lot of attention from the staff to be asked to fill a positive review online either. Guys professionalism is the way to get those positive reviews. Do no need the silliness, just genuine care.
