Fantastic experience: Had an appointment with Shireen to replace a filling that had fallen out. Shireen is an excellent dentist. Both she and her nurse are friendly, professional and put you at ease. I'm not a nervous patient but I'm sure their professionalism goes a long way to giving patients as good an experience as it's possible to have when visiting a dentist.

Fantastic experience: Today I’ve been for my 6 monthly check up with my dentist and hygienist. Both professionals efficiently checked my teeth and mouth health. I found the appointments both to be hugely positive, putting my mind at rest, whilst gently reinforcing the importance of flossing, brushing and using the TePees to care for my teeth, gums and consequently my overall health. Thank you to Jayne who is a brilliant hygienist, would highly recommend. The dentist also communicated really clearly pointing out concerns in my teeth, and helping me feel reassured of her care and expertise.

Fantastic experience: My mum's dental appt was spot on - 16/7/25. Her dentist is always polite, explains things to her and advices her. Reception staff are friendly & efficient. The surgery nurses are professional & attentive to mums needs. We have always had positive experiences here.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time at Lincoln Dental Practice today and I have left very happy. I wanted a hygienist appointment asap and I was able to book in last week for today. I called ahead of time and spoke to a really helpful receptionist regarding my needs, which was brilliant. Both receptionists on desk today were warm and friendly. My appointment was with Dr Sami Mir and it's the best hygienist appointment I've ever had. He was explained everything and gave me time for any questions beforehand and when cleaning my teeth, he was so thorough. He also offered me advice regarding my cleaning for the future and I am already looking forward to a follow up with him. Thank you very much everyone

Following day I was appointed to Nimisha my new dentist who outlined the problem and sorted out my tooth with extreme skills . Fantastic experience: This review really is for Dr. Memon. She is a credit to the practice. She is patient, knowledgeable, answers my questions, and offers guidance with regards to my oral health journey. She is very good with my daughters too and I'll recommend her any day, as a dentist to adults and children. We've been seeing her for a few years but it's the first time I'm leaving a review. I'd like to add that the reception staff are polite and professional and do a good job with setting/moving/cancelling appointments.

Fantastic experience: I've just moved to the area and needed a dentist urgently as I cracked my back molar. I'm a bit nervous when it comes to dentists but was able to get a private appointment at Lincoln Dental Practice really quickly. Staff were so lovely, and I was seen by Kat. She was such a nice dental surgeon, we discussed other treatment I wanted and we formed a long term plan. I'm very happy to recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: All staff were friendly and put me at my ease. I knew I had several broken teeth/teeth that needed attention and these are being dealt with over 3 visits. The cost made me gulp but the work needs doing. Hygienist was very thorough and explained what I must do to correct my gum damage. Very professional and very nice staff.

Fantastic experience: The reception team are so lovely and so helpful! I needed an urgent appointment for my son and they did everything they could to help! Jane the hygienist is amazing!!! My son desperately needed to improve his teeth in readiness for a brace fitting and Jane talked him through every step and created a plan for him, which has been a massive success! He now realises the importance of keeping his teeth clean and healthy too (he wouldn’t listen to me being a typical teenager). We are looking to get our 3rd appointment booked in!

My own practice couldn’t see me, despite them semi causing the issue so I must say I’m delighted with the service - cannot recommend enough. Fantastic experience: Great dental practice. Ample free parking in the Carlton Centre. Building is modern and clean. Timely reminders by text and ability to complete health screening forms online make for a slick arrival. Receptionists are friendly and informative. Payment by contactless is easy and convenient. Dentist and nurse are professional and explain things clearly. Costs in accordance with current guidelines.

Negative experience: Paid for an emergency appointment to see a dentist due to being in a lot of pain only to receive nothing more than a check up and a waiting time of five weeks for my next appointment after making it explicitly clear that I am in so much pain that I am struggling to eat or sleep due to the pain. If I could afford to start the process again elsewhere I would. It is such a shame because everyone at the practice are very polite and nice enough to speak to and I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room which is the only good point I can think of. Sadly though I am over £160 down on the cost of my initial appointment and a deposit for my next one and still in agony with them having done nothing to help except tell me someone might cancel their appointment if I'm lucky. I very much feel like I have wasted my time and money.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I was seen by Aisha the dentist she welcomed me by paying me a compliment I don't get many of them these days. Anyway she checked around my neck and in my mouth to see if any signs of cancers. Then she just got a bit of tartar off. Aisha was polite professional and good at her job makes you feel welcomed.

The dentist and her assistant were extremely friendly and professional as was the reception staff. While it would have been nice to of have it done on NHS instead of private, I can not fault their work and their professionalism. Thank you very much, so happy to be out of pain.

Fantastic experience: Went for my initial first check up this morning, and was very impressed by the lady dentist I saw . She thoroughly examined my teeth and gums , and spotted a problem immediately, that had been overlooked by another dentist, at a different practice. She suggested the treatment I needed , and started immediately. At everyone stage she explained what she was doing , and made me feel comfortable and at ease . I was given advice on how to avoid the problem in future and left feeling very happy with the whole experience. So pleased I chose Dental Partners .

Negative experience: Online Booking doesn't work. After successful verification, it shows error at the step "deposit and book now". Decided to use "Send us message form" to inform about online booking issues, but this function doesn't work too :-)
