I have been Seen by Dr Ata the dentist who was great with extracting my very difficult wisdom tooth. Top medical are now my go-to when I need to see the GP or Dermatologist or any medical professional for health advise and treatment. Very efficient!

Positive experience: Husband attended a few times for treatment. The price was good and the treatment was good but considering you are paying for private treatment they keep you waiting for nearly an hour past your appointment time at each appointment. They do not update you or apologise for the delay.

Negative experience: Dorota Piechowicz is the worst dentist I have ever encountered. She has done a filling for me and I’ve been in pain ever since. After spending hundreds in CT scans, x rays and second opinions, She has refused to take any accountability and because of her poor work I have had to resort to paying over £1700 in root canal and crown treatment. She refused to refund me for this. Only gave me back money for my filling. Which doesn’t even cover 20% of my costs. Worst dentist ever and now she has moved to a different clinic. She is the reason why dentists have bad reputations. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!! Unless you want to also get root canals and spend thousands in dental care.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with this clinic, super unfriendly doctor, I'm going to have abdominal surgery, to treat diasthesis due to 7 pregnancies, and I went to this clinic to do an ultrasound to see the size of it, to which the doctor said that I have nothing and that everything is fine. It wasn't in the answers, I just wanted to get it out, nothing thoughtful. At reception they asked me for the money and I even had to ask for an envelope to put the report from that same exam. A private clinic leaves a lot to be desired. Sympathy 0 . I do not recommend this clinic

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend the clinic highly enough, especially dr. Kondracki. He is helping to correct our 3yr old feet and incorrect posture due to issues with flat”valgus” foot. Within a year we have noticed visible improvement to her spine, knees and hips. We are optimistic that she will have correct silhouette with consistent help from the doctor.

Negative experience: I have been sent to this clinic by my orthodontist to get a dental implant by Dr. Jaroslaw Matuszak.Not only that he is very aggressive and unprofessional working but for a private clinic and the high prices he made a very horrible job.In my opinion not even a practitioner that’s studying would do this,I ended up with a tooth that it’s smaller,different colour,for£2000 honestly so disappointed and after some time I checked with another implantologist and she advised me to change it.I don’t recommend this clinic for dental implants,it’s wasting of money and time.

Negative experience: Worse clinic ever! I was waiting more than one week for the swab result, every time when I have tried to call them to ask about the results they lied to me that if they will find something they need to grow that bacteria to see what it is. When I had the results I had also the surprise to discover that they took the swab sample on Tuesday and sent it to the lab only on Friday! When I had the result the doctor called me and said to me that I have to wait again because the antibiogram is not ready. My baby already had the treatment in the mean time for oral thrush from another doctor! 2 weeks took then to let me that he can use fluconazale for oral thrush!

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing atmosphere! I went to see Dr.Kołodziejczak after suffering 2 miscarriages and seeing a doctor abroad during the beginning of my third pregnancy. Dr.Kołodziejczak was extremely informative about how meet criteria in the UK to recieve help from the NHS, took notes from all the bloodwork I had with me and pieced together a picture of my pregnancy plan. Not only that, but her and the ladies at reception were providing me with updates and letters to take to my GP. An outstanding service, full of compassion and empathy, you can tell they want to help you. I highly recommend this practice

Negative experience: I have visited an endocrinologist Magdalena Pogwizd in February because I gained a lot of weight and knew something was wrong with me. I'm a woman who goes to the gym and eats healthy. After a few blood tests, the doctor told me that I was not having anything and my problems were not for an endocrinologist. Offered to prescribe injections to reduce appetite ( as I said to her that I do not eat much at all) I decided to seek a second opinion and it turned out that my ACTH is very low and my metabolism does not work properly I had a nearly ..Cushing's disease which is an endocrinological problem .. I spent nearly £500 on nothing. On top of that, I waited two weeks for my blood tests to be read.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly people and absolutely amazing and very clean everything so clean spot on and they do take a good care of you absolutely they give it 150% they really do know what they are doing best clinical I have been so far

Negative experience: Avoid. More interested and concerned in taking your money then it’s patience. I would not recommend this practice. Even the prescription I was given was wrong and thankfully the pharmacy noticed it and said I should go back to the doctor. And when I tried to speak them they just wanted more money to correct their errors. Safe your money and time and go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I went for a visit with professor Knapp as I needed urgent gynecology oncology advice. Professor was very helpful and give me a lot of advice regarding my NHS treatment (read lack of treatment in NHS). Now I will go for my oncology appointment more confident and knowledgable. I would highly recommend this doctor as its not for a money and definitely knows his job.

She is an incredibly attentive doctor,kind and patient with for a nervous patient like myself,made a huge difference. The reception staff are friendly. Tim wing is perfect,no delays whatsoever. I felt there very welcome,supported. Place is very clean and cosy.

Negative experience: I had a dental hygienist appointment. Their price list specifies two packages: scaling for £60 or scale + polish +whatnot for £120. When booking you are not asked which service, you are just booking an appointment. During the visit doctor proceeded with the full package without asking. When he was about to start sandblasting, I asked whether this was supposed to be a part of standard package (in Polish: w standardzie). He said yes. It turned out to be a part of the full package. I challenged the doctor after that. His response was along the lines that full package is what they always do. Yes, I think that might be the problem. Doing "always", without asking. It looks like they are trying to trick a customer into the most expensive service. I just very much dislike this deceitful kind of behavior.
