I also had a consultation this aftwrnoon to see if my broken tooth qualifies for a crown, he helped me decide to leave the chipped tooth alone, and didnt think going ahead with a crown was a good idea as alot of the top of my tooth is in tact still. Fantastic experience: I recently had an appointment for an annual checkup at West Earlham and was seen just after my appointment time as I had the first slot. The dentist was, as always, very welcoming and genuinely interested in hearing about my newborn daughter. He not only carried out the appointment efficiently but also gave me lots of advice for when my little ones teeth come through. I went ahead and registered my daughter then and there and look forward to my next dental appointment with her.

Positive experience: Currently unable to find an NHS dentist for myself and family due to our old dentistry changing to private only following COVID 19- The staff at West Earlham dentistry where very friendly and understanding and politely directed me the the registration form on their website. Although a long expected wait, the staff where very friendly and polite.

Fantastic experience: I have, fortunately, been a patient here since leaving the Armed Forces in 2006 with no problems with appointments or treatment. Both Dr Harris, a while ago, and currently Dr Sharma (+ practice colleagues) in that period, have been very likeable, professional and approachable; explaining issues or procedures with humility and simplicity - putting the patient at ease. A few years ago the surgery had a significant, practical & smart makeover... free NHS WiFi for patients too. Finally, aside from his professional standards, Dr Sharma spends much of his spare time on charity projects.

Fantastic experience: Been using this dental surgery for years, total professionalism by all of the staff whilst making you feel comfortable at the same time. Only go once a year, but the dentist remembers me and we continue our conversations as tho it's a weekly appointment, lovely touch. Last vist was a for a chipped filing, got an appointment the next day and the issue was fixed in a painless sitting.

Fantastic experience: Only starting my Invisalign journey so can’t review the results but the service so far has been excellent. Excited to get started., so had my aligners fitted today. Great service , very friendly team and their young assistant was lovely even though I tipped my water all over her feet. Getting the alligners out was a struggle but I’m sure it will soon be easier as I get use to them. I’ll update this review after a few weeks So second visit today ,April , for some adjustments. All good. On track and the staff were fab. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Having been self conscious about my crooked teeth for 50 years, I enquired about Invisalign at West Earlham. Paige and Sue were very good, explaining the procedures and expected timescale of the treatment. Over the last 15 months I used 50 different aligners, checking in weekly via the app. Any queries I had regarding the treatment were answered promptly on the app or by email. I have found the whole experience easy and Dr Sharma and the Team at West Earlham have been extremely helpful and friendly. I've just returned from the latest stage of treatment to have my teeth straigtened. NEARLY THERE! As usual everyone was great. DR sharma was extremely encouraged with the results so far as am I. After some light filing treatment and another scan he explained the process regarding the completion of the work. After nearly 17 months of treatment, I'm pleased and impressed with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Earlham Dental Practice and all the staff for all aspects of dental treatment. After nearly a year after the completion of my Invisalign treatment we returned for a check up. Everything was looking good. We had x rays and also arranged to see the hygienist. As always the staff were friendly and thorough. We've been using West Earlham Dental Surgery for a number of years now and would not hesitate to recommend it .

Fantastic experience: I moved to this practice about six months ago as I needed one nearer to home. This is perfect, only six minutes drive and plenty of parking nearby. The surgery looks recently refurbished and the equipment up to date. Although not currently taking new NHS patients they do offer private check ups at short notice which I took advantage of and proved entirely satisfactory. More recently I had some gum problems and visited them again. They fitted me in at short notice and the dentist I saw was excellent. She explained my problem to me in detail and cleaned the problem area and advised me what actions I could take to improve matters. I would recommend this practice.

All the staff are welcoming and accommodating, the whole team are fantastic and super friendly. I’ve recently completed my Invisalign treatment and I’m extremely happy with the results. Negative experience: I recently visited and had 2 fillings and was not offered any anesthetic or numbing during the procedure, it was painful and distressing. I am a private patient and cost was £400 for 2 fillings. Just to update this review - a month later one of these fillings has now fallen out!

Fantastic experience: The Reception staff were welcoming when I arrived and I was called through by the Dentist Ms Diamati right on time. She and her assistant Vivienne were pleased to see me and we chatted whilst Eve (Ms Diamati) prepared me for my treatment. She was very thorough explaining the drilling technique to prepare my tooth for a crown and my need not to swallow as it interfered with the drill. The procedure wasn’t too uncomfortable The work took 40 minutes, was painless.I was advised to make another appointment for two weeks time to have the new crown fitted.
