Fantastic experience: I've been with this Dental practice less than a year as I moved to the area recently. They are excellent. All the staff are kind, caring, compassionate & very professional. I never thought ever say this but "it's a Joy to visit my dentist!"

Fantastic experience: I’m very nervous attending the dentist but everyone here is so lovely. The dentists are patient and knowledgeable and genuinely open to questions. Today I met Nick one of the dentists upstairs and he was so nice as was the dental nurse who I believe was Elizabeth. The receptionists are very welcoming and friendly and the whole place is incredibly clean and well kept. Parking is easy to find on any of the side streets nearby if it’s full directly outside.

Fantastic experience: The dentist explained everything about the tooth extraction procedure. I was worried but didn't even feel the injection to numb it. The tooth came out easily. The dentist followed up after saying about aftercare. Gave me a leaflet reiterating the aftercare. I had no issues and the tooth has healed nicely.

Negative experience: Struck off without ever being told failure to ring in for a check up every 6 months means no more dentist for you. Receptionist hung up on me for politely questioning this.

Initially I was anxious to have the proceed but having my dentist who explained every aspect of the procedure in a calm and professional manner. Fantastic experience: Helen is an amazing dentist. Everything about this practice is professional. I have a text reminder about my appointments, I’m seen on time, the reception and nursing staff are so efficient. I was recommended to come to here when my last dental practice continually charged exorbitant fees for dental work I didn’t feel was necessary ,I was never seen on time due to double booking of patients, and when I was told I needed all my fillings replaced I felt I needed a second opinion. I am so pleased I changed to this practice, the dental care I have been given is amazing and it wasn’t necessary to change any of my fillings. On my last appointment I had additional work done and I wasn’t even charged for it. The fees are fair and dental care is about the patient. I would highly recommend this practice and I’m so grateful I was recommended to come here too
