Fantastic experience: Highly recommended! I have had a 6 month course of treatment for my gum disease im so pleased with the results my teeth feel great. I know treatments can be expensive but it was worth it! A huge thank you to my hygienist Aaron Kinsley very professional, knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and explained fully at each stage of the treatment. Thank you to the lovely reception staff who also called me when my mum lost her phone!

Fantastic experience: I've been there just once for an emergency appointment, and it was really great! The receptionist over the phone gave me an appointment for the same day, the waiting room is nice and pretty, and the dentist I saw was adorable, very kind and she explained me everything, and even gave me great tips! If my NHS dentist fails me again I will definitely come back there!

Fantastic experience: I had an unexpected dental issue, on a Saturday eve (of course!). They kindly squeezed me in the next day, and Dr Pachis dealt with it quickly and painlessly placing the crown back in before the tooth could become infected or more painful, or requiring a new crown. Fantastic experience: Such a pleasure to visit Dulwich Dental Office again yesterday - what a contrast to the dentists of former days! Welcoming, warm receptionists and pleasant waiting area. The dentist, Dr. Nyall Lundy, could not have been better - charming, intelligent and very good on advice for caring better for my teeth. Thanks to my appointments at DDO last year, my aging teeth are in very good condition and I needed no work to be done this time except for a visit to the Hygienist next week. All greatly appreciated! Fantastic experience: Amazingly thorough dental work from Dr Shanil Patel. He completed a complicated root canal treatment on a broken tooth. He was very professional in both his work but also the manner in which he clearly explained each process. I would highly recommend him and the Dulwich Dental Office. The receptionists were also extremely helpful and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Was dreading the treatment when my dentist referred me to Dr Shanil Patel for a root canal. Most people i know had horror stories to share about their dentists. But I found myself happily surprised by the expert 'endodontist'. Shanil is clearly dedicated to root canals and his clients. This was evident in the effort he made to explain the process, talk me through my xrays and use the latest technology to make the whole experience as comfortable as possible. I really felt safe in his hands - he knows his stuff! 5 stars plus

You can tell they really want to help people that are in pain after sitting there for 10minutes (I came early) they really do work hard and they don’t judge you for struggling for money or child care which I really appreciate. the dentist I had seen also very understanding and went through all my options thank you Dulwich Dental Office.

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience at Dulwich Dental Office. During my wisdom tooth extraction, only half the tooth was removed, leaving the root intact. I wasn’t provided with pain relief, care instructions, or antibiotics to prevent infection.

Fantastic experience: I was a very nervous patient and always left visiting the dentist until it becomes an emergency. My years of dental phobia are now a thing of the past thanks to Dr Romian Prasad and his nursing team. Not forgetting the best reception Rennel, all surgery need a Rennel. Negative experience: BEWARE I called to inquire about fixing the bonding on my fixed retainer and was quoted £50 over the phone. Based on this information, I booked an appointment. Upon arriving at the clinic, I was again told the cost would be £50. Great, I thought — straightforward enough. The procedure took approximately five minutes, after which I was handed a surprise bill for £85, including a “consultation fee” that was never mentioned beforehand. When I challenged this extra charge, they eventually waived it after some back and forth. The repair lasted all of 10 days before breaking, forcing me to book a follow-up appointment. On the day of the appointment, the receptionist called to cancel and informed me that rebooking would require a £35 fee - this is despite a follow-up only being required as the initial work was of low quality. When I questioned this, I was told, “We don’t offer any warranty on our work.” and then added that I was no longer welcome at the clinic. I requested the email address to file a formal complaint, which I did. Over a week later (and after sending a follow-up), I have yet to receive any acknowledgment.
Fantastic experience: The highest recommendation from one professional to another. Dr Andreas is superb. I was previously extremely anxious about visiting the Dentist and in a lot of pain, in fact it is fair to say I did not like the dentist as a result of numerous bad experiences; to the point i developed a fear of Dentists. I am glad I went and met you guys (overcome my fear). Thank you Dr Andreas and thank you Renell for looking after me - you guys are great, I am looking forward (yes looking forward) to my next check up.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dulwich Dental Office for years and have only had good things to say about my dental/hygienist appointments. Yesterday, I had surgery with Javier to extract my last wisdom tooth. I was an extremely nervous patient as 2 months ago I had had a bad experience at Kings College hospital where they had failed to remove this wisdom tooth. I found this surgery at Kings College incredibly painful and afterwards I was unable to open my mouth properly for almost 2 weeks. Javier and the team at Dulwich Dental Office were very kind and the surgery was over quickly, it felt like a smooth process where everything was explained thoroughly and completed in a relaxed manner. After the unfortunate time that I had at kings college I would wholly recommend Dulwich Dental Office. My confidence is now completely restored in dental surgery!

Fantastic experience: Dr Sushmiha is a star. Root canal, I was dreading it however I was in the chair for an hour and a half and after a tiny jab felt nothing at all. In fact I went to sleep twice. Fantastic experience: I would certainly recommend this practice over the one around the corner. The “Dulwich Dental Clinic” is quite expensive for private patients, and the staff there can be quite rude. By contrast, Dulwich Dental Office is both professional and affordable, with a fantastic team from the receptionist to the dentist. My experience there was thoroughly positive.
