Fantastic experience: Went in for a wisdom removal! It was a lovely experience, completely opposite of the horror stories you hear about the removals. Staff explained everything incredibly and was in and out in under 30! Have never healed from any dental work this fast before, will be going back for any future dental work. Big thank you to Chopra!

Fantastic experience: Visited here for emergency treatment. Staff were all friendly, informative and the procedure was painless. The dentist who removed my tooth was nice. It's the next day and there is no pain so everything is good, thank you Just updating my review to say Kaydie and Amanda are great, Amanda has done lots of work on my teeth and they look great now. The assistants are alright too. I've only ever had positive interactions at this dentists.

Fantastic experience: Dr Sailee Patankar is just so lovely and so gentle! She always explains things and talks me through my x rays, ensuring I understand. Such a pleasure seeing her. An efficient and organised practice with a reception team who always return calls and are quick to respond to requests.

Fantastic experience: I had to have two molar extractions and was dreading it. However the dentist in Sittingbourne was excellent. Along with his nurse, they were efficient and pain free. They took great care of me and I could not have asked for more by way of making me feel at ease and talking me through what was going on.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth removed last week. I can honestly say I had the most kind and caring dental team I’ve ever experienced. I am an DV survivor and when I explained this to the team what this had entailed they couldn’t have been any more kind! They made me feel completely in control even while having an anxiety attack they were absolute angels! Thank you for being kind, compassionate, understanding, gentle, person centred and fantastic!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Neil for a while so sad to here he is moving on he has been the best dentist I have seen. Neil has always made me feel at ease as I am normally petrified of dentist he talks to you and tells you exactly what he is going to do and always asks if you are alright during your treatment. Fantastic experience: Having been and still am a very anxious patient who struggles with change and dentistry as a whole, Neil Logan was the best and most trustworthy dentist I have had in many years. The treatment I needed required a tooth extraction, fillings, bite guard, clean with polish and INJECTIONS. I spent years not going to a dentist unless it was an emergency and would use Dentaline. Neil has the patience of a saint, explains step by step and always said that if I needed a break throughout any treatment, to lift my hand. When I am in that dentist chair, he is his patients biggest supporter, praising at every point in the most calming way, this included before the treatment, during and his aftercare is amazing, suffering with a neurodivergent condition, I couldn’t wish for a better dentist and I would recommend him to anyone who struggles with attending the dentist. Positive experience: The dentists here are lovely but the over all experience is not the best. Without fail my appointments are always cancelled and then I have to go out of my way to rearrange- I once had my appointment cancelled 3 times before successfully seeing a dentist. The waiting room upstairs is cramped and stuffy, and every time you go you have to rush to fill out the same form even when your details haven't changed for years. Definitely a few improvements to be made, but this seems to be the norm everywhere thse days, no one is interested in offering a good service.

Fantastic experience: I avoided using a dentist for 30 years, with obvious consequences. The dentist at Chopra's carried out the work, including a number of extractions calmly, with no fuss or pain. I am extremely grateful for the NHS service that they have given me.

Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth off at the gum line. I wasn't in pain, but I was concerned about the root rotting. My first appointment the dentist took X -rays and told me that because of where the break was I needed a specialist to remove it. Today I saw the specialist, now I haven't been to a dentist for years because of unpleasant experiences. He understood my worries, he explained the procedure, allowed me to pop the earbuds in and zone out. The tooth removal was quick, uncomfortable but not painful. So I couldn't ask for much more. I joined as NHS patient, because they were much nicer than my previous dental practice.

I was so nervous about this, however the surgeon and his team were amazing and made the whole experience so much more calming. The extraction also went so well and within 2-3 days it was like id never even had it done

I had two teeth out the first time and one of my roots was wrapped around my sinus tube .. I had no pain at all and she was very quick , I was in and out in 9 mins .. for both teeth

Positive experience: First time at Chopra since moving to Sittingbourne. Great dentists, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. First time seeing a hygienist as well. Better priced than my previous dentists and they gave my teeth and gums a thorough spruce up. Well clean and shiny. I've knocked off 1 star for a minor but important thing and that is whilst I'm laying in the chair stairing at the ceiling it's a bit disconcerting looking at dirty,stained and missing ceiling changes. They need sorting. But overall happy with the service.

Negative experience: I came here for root canal of a severely damaged tooth, and had a horrible experience. They kept me in procedure for a root canal for more than 8 months but the procedure never ended. Whenever I had an appointment, they just used to do some cleanings and leave it as it is. After more than 8 months, they still didn't carry out the root canal, and when I noticed that the condition became too severe, I had to travel abroad and get my root canal done immediately. And when I demanded for refund, they threatened me that if they provide me even half of the refund, I will be banned from coming here anytime in the future. Highly disappointed at their service.

Lovely dentist who listens and responds patiently to my questions and concerns. Visit marred only by one receptionist as I was leaving the surgery. She was sullen, impolite and unwelcoming. She really gave the impression she didn’t enjoy her work. A shame, as this is a good practice and she lets it down. Latest appointment: good treatment from my kind and patient dentist for a filling repair. Once again, same sullen receptionist, impolite and didn’t apologise for mistake in my treatment charge.

Fantastic experience: I have been a (NHS) patient of Mr Chopra’s for 20+ years and have always found him to be a truly excellent and courteous dentist in whom I have complete faith and trust. I have recently had orthodontic braces fitted and, before doing so, my orthodontist was concerned about a small cavity I had in one of my partially erupted wisdom teeth. The orthodontist would not commence treatment until she was satisfied my teeth were in excellent health and said she thought I would need to have said wisdom tooth extracted. However, Mr Chopra said he was loathe to extract wisdom teeth unless it is really necessary so he peeled my gum back, filled the cavity and replaced the gum. I didn’t have any subsequent sensitivity and was able to eat on it pain free within a couple of hours. My orthodontist remarked that my general dentist (Mr Chopra) must be an expert to have successfully carried out that procedure!
