Fantastic experience: Am nearly 80. On this visit I had to have a back tooth removed. The Dentist was so nice and proceeded slowly. Easy done after a few ‘wiggles’ ! No problems afterwards and didn’t need painkillers once I was home. So pleased, Thank You!

Fantastic experience: I had trouble with getting a tooth taken out at my previous dentist so I booked an emergancy appointment at light Lane. They saw me the next day, took the tooth out and done a filling in that same session. The clinician, Manbir, was exemely helpful and informative throughout the whole process and I got good after care advice for once! Deffo recommend to anyone

Fantastic experience: I went two hours before my appointment due to the severe toothache that l was having,the two ladies at the reception were very empathetic towards me and even offered a cup of water that l requested to ease the pain,they made an exemption of booking me to see the doctor immediately,the dentist was so lovely and professional,guided and talked me through the procedure.Bottom line is as an immigrant l have never felt valued and treated with respect the way l was.No discrimination at all.Thank you so much and l am doing much better

Fantastic experience: Light Lane dental surgery is always a pleasure . I've always managed to get appointments when I have needed them in a timely and reasonable manner and the reception staff have always been friendly and nice and very welcoming . Shannon is one of the lovely receptionists who has booked appointments for me and been on reception to greet when I've attended for appointments but all the team are very polite and friendly . I've had various dentists over the years but Dr Belim is one of the consistent ones i have my appointments with and he's a great dentist very professional polite and always given me great advice regarding products to help some issues I've had which has always been welcome and helped improve my gum health . He has an excellent chairside manner and the practice is always clean and friendly . The other dental team have always been great and I've always felt comfortable during my check ups .I would highly recommend this dental surgery very professional and caring practice . I have been to sister practices in the bhandal group but this is my favourite and my family members also now attend this practice too. Great team of staff and patient experience from start to end . I've had a routine dental checkup today with a clean with Dr Belim and another dentist and it's been a lovely experience. Previously I've had teeth whitening with Dr Belim and again the experience was great he explained everything and I have seen great natural results with top up syringes available to purchase to help maintain results for longevity. Highly recommend this practice

Fantastic experience: During my checkup it was discovered I needed a filling and rough edges polished off another tooth , this was done straightaway, I was treated very professionally and was informed what was happening the whole time which gave me a lot of confidence with the procedure.

Negative experience: Not a pleasant experience,had to go back every Wednesday for 6/7weeks and things are still not resolved, extremely disappointed as i love the practice and have been attending for years. £300+ down the drain

She's professional, affable, knowledgeable, non judgemental, talented and always provides exceptional care to her patients. She helped cure my husbands gingivitis and has supported me with my antenatal dental care. We are very lucky to have her as my family's dentist.

Fantastic experience: Kind proffessional care, being going there for years, I would recommend brillant care attended the other day with toothache, xray taken, absess showed up on xray treated with antibotic's I did not have to wait ling for appointment, seen next day.. Tooth removed on next appointment. Great pain relief, did not feel a thing.

They looked after my needs during the process and even explained what was going to happen before they started. First time I had a polish so didn't expect soo much water everywhere but they were nice enough to clean it up during the process

During each of our visit, Manbir takes her time to properly examine our teeth and talks us through issues noticed. She usually explains the procedure she will be completing and ensures to answer all questions with patience whilst wearing a great smile.
