Fantastic experience: All of the staff were pleasant and helpful, the dentist was exceptional, explained exactly what was going to happen and how I would feel during the procedure. he was talking to me all of the time during the extraction and offered reassurance, the dental nurse gave me all of the aftercare details and provided written notes. Also provided a compression swab should it be needed. All the time making feel at ease.

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous when starting my treatment ,but jessica was understanding,maid me feel at easy ,so every appointment I felt at ease verytime I came for appointment in the end I was looking forward in coming in and am so great ful and she's done amazing job in making me new false teeth ,with jessica and staff made me so welcome ,and over the moon in what jessica has achieved for me ,a big thanyou and time and patience with me

Negative experience: Absolutely awful practice in Downham Market! I reached out for help regarding toothache, being more than happy to pay for private treatment as I’m not registered there. This clinic showed absolutely no interest in helping me whatsoever! I very highly recommend people use alternative dental companies and avoid this company! This company could not care less about people suffering in pain! They’re not worthy of a 1* rating! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!’

Negative experience: Called to ask for help/an emergency appointment. I spoke with claire, they were very rude. I appreciate I was not registered but I was just asking for support/guidance. Tried to dismiss me by saying well we arent taking any NHS patients now and tried to end the call, I then stated what about private patients and they were rude and dismissive saying they werent taking anymore patients on. Their website says they are. Either way I have decided to go else where.

I came in for an examination appointment but I had a very loose and painful tooth which she very obligingly removed (with great difficulty) I was treated with such care and attention I cannot thank her enough. Fantastic experience: Iwona was outstanding as always. She takes time to put me at ease and explain what's going to happen, such an assest to the team. Her nurse Olivia is fantastic too. I hope this team will be my dentists for a very long time. The only downside is the need for the receptionist to call out across the room, in a very loud voice "are you still on ESA?" for everyone to hear? I was sat in reception for quite a while waiting for my appointment and no one else received that treatment. Is that just reserved for patients on benefits? Unnecessary and embarrassing I felt.

She is chatty and makes you feel at ease.The actual dental practice is clean, bright and airy. We moved house a few years ago and still travel back as have been with them many years.

Fanny and her assistant ( apologies i didn't catch your name) were lovely, very calming and gentle, I didn't even feel the needle for the anaesthetic! Thoroughly recommend, hence my 5 star review .

Fantastic experience: Iwona was brilliant and caring, I'd had a tooth extraction at an emergency dentist over the bank holiday weekend and on the Tuesday morning was in a lot of pain, after a call to reception and a short wait I was called back and seen by Iwona that day and received treatment for the following 3 days. Luckily I'm still registered with the NHS and received the best treatment.

Negative experience: Still waiting for a check up! The last time I had an appointment was May 2022, you dial the number and it goes to answer phone. My appointment should have been May 2023 but that was cancelled by the dentist in January 2023. I have emailed time after time for a check up appointment. I have just been told the dentist is not back until August so how long will it be for me to actually be seen.

Fantastic experience: I never leave reviews but the dentist I had was amazing so was the dental nurse! So calming and the dental nurse talked the whole way about other things so I didn’t think about what was going on. I had a wisdom tooth growing totally wrong within 5 mins it was out! Took longer for the local anaesthetic to start working than it did to pull it out! Great after care advice highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. After a rear crown became detached, I rang the surgery mid morning and was offered an appointment the same day at 1.30pm. The dentist agreed to see me to re-cement the crown even though her dental nurse assistant was on sick leave. I can’t fault the practice.

Fantastic experience: I was very apprehensive after my regular dentist left the practice, however I needn't have been concerned, Iwona instantly put me at my ease. Her first words as she started were "I will be very gentle" I'm incredibly nervous and have had lots of treatment in the past and some very negative experiences. I feel much happier about my treatment under the care of this lovely lady. The reception staff and dental assistant were all friendly and professional. Given the state of dental care in our County I'm very pleased to have been a long term patient with this surgery. Their service and care has gone from strength to strength. I has seen Iwona a few times now and feel completely relaxed in her care.

Fantastic experience: Im 74, i broke my front tooth and although in no great pain i waited 3 weeks to be seen. this lady dentist i see is amazing. she drills my teeth before fillings and i never have a numbing injection. ok its a bit uncomfortable but she never hurts me. i just think shes amazing . for years i dreaded going to the dentist but it no longer bothers me thanks to her.

Negative experience: Booked an appointment I’m a new patient, was told I needed to pay £68 to book which I did. The appointment was around 3 weeks wait I made a genuine mistake and put in my diary for Wednesday when it should have been Tuesday. Turned up early for my appointment and was told I missed it and I was so annoyed with myself and felt stupid. I was told I needed to pay another £20 to book again, yes I was disappointed but I thought ok …. Then I was told no I had to pay £80 as prices had gone up ! So it would have cost me £148 for a check up I wasn’t happy and asked how I make a complaint this was a genuine mistake Emailed my complaint after reading on the web site their policy and time scale And nothing not even a reply It’s hard enough to find a dentist, and with the cost of living the way it is I think the charges are a disgrace I really wouldn’t recommend this practice

Fantastic experience: I always get 5* service from Asta and the dental nurse. I’ve been having ongoing treatment and I’m happy with the results. UPDATE:- We’re now in 2023 and Asta is still fab. Appointments are difficult to get but the surgery try’s it’s best to fit in emergencies. I feel lucky to continue to have an NHS dentist.

Positive experience: It was a difficult day for the staff as the computers and phone lines were not working. The staff were doing their best to help with appointments Iwona Kaminska was thorough and explained the findings carefully during the check up .

Fantastic experience: When a tooth was too complex for my dentist to remove, they sent me to Together dental. Large upper molar. It was removed very efficiently. The day after it was removed, i forgot to take any pain relief as it was the first time in over a year i had no pain there. Brilliant job.

Positive experience: Staff are always very friendly and helpful. No complaints at all about the service I get BUT following an injury I am unable to use stairs for the immediate future and this has made me aware of how disabled unfriendly the facilities are. For heavens sake get a lift installed for the upstairs surgeries, I can't be alone in this thinking.

Fantastic experience: I can't thank everyone enough, had a nhs thooth removed in Norwich and was still in pain. When to someone in lynn and got antibiotics... still in pain and swelling. Pain got that bad I was bouncing of the walls.... Thankfully found together and the lady's was lovely! Talked to me without rushing me, x-ray and bad tooth extracted. I cannot thank you enough. Fantastic experience: Whilst I would still rather give birth than go to the dentist, or in this case hygienist, I was made welcome, comfortable, given the time I needed to reposition myself due to a spine injury, and constantly asked if I was ok. Whilst I can't say it was a lovely experience, all the staff were lovely, professional and looked after me very well. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Reception messed up 3 times with appointments needed wrong dates and times then showed up for supposed appointment but didn’t have one which was crucial for her ongoing treatment. I spoke to my dentist who then was kind enough to get me in to see her colleague who made the time to see me and help and also with other treatments if necessary. Staff need to be more on the ball and remember to put in details correctly as had no message to remind me or if cancelled.

Positive experience: My Dentist is always wonderful and very helpful. The surgery were able to make me a same-day appointment for an emergency. The Reception staff were very helpful, especially as there were problems with the phone on that day.

Fantastic experience: I have been with my dentist for 15 years and my dentist is so good. Asta knows my teeth so well and I have full trust in any of my treatments. I even have deep cleaning done & fillings without any injections. That is how good Asta is at being my dentist.

Fantastic experience: I’m a nervous visitor to the dentist anyway. My visit was quite calming and i was made to feel quite comfortable. It was only a check up but I’ll be happy to return when i need to.

Positive experience: Found everything very professional and initially couldn't fault the dentist, he explained everything clearly however he just did not leave enough time for injections to numb, I let him know that I thought it needed longer but he started to extract consequently I felt severe pain during extraction and numbness was only complete once I was back in my car. I will add that this dentist I believe rents a room from the practice to carry nhs referrals from other practices so this review does not reflect the practice as a whole

Fantastic experience: Can not recommend this dentist highly enough. I had a fractured tooth removed and was told if I needed to she would book me an appointment to check today. I phoned this morning and was seen this afternoon. Came away having had treatment and need to have dressing done again tomorrow and Friday. So nice to have a dentist that listens and helps instead of having to wait weeks on end to be seen

The admin staff are friendly and helpful. Our dentist is informative, professional and reassuring. She offers treatments we need and carries them out affectively. My young daughter even looks forward to a dental trip.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this practice for 58 years. I think it is as good as it has ever been. I used to think I should have a dedicated dentist, like David Forgan was for most of that time. I have had 3 different dentists in the last 3 years and they have all been excellent. I no longer think I should have a nominated dentist as they all have their quirks and nuances. The only minor gripe is the appointments are presented on thin paper that is pretty poor and easy to lose in your wallet over the 9 month period between appointments. I have increased my rating to 5 stars, from 4. This is because of the punctuality I received today. Right on the dot of 1500hrs appointment time. The staff were very friendly and efficient, as ever. Still have that little irk with appointment on thin paper on which the ink fades but I can live with that. A good experience today.

Fantastic experience: Seem promptly by my Hygienist. She is very friendly and always informs me of everything that she is doing and about to do. I always feel relaxed (or as relaxed as you can be sitting in a dentist chair!) and at ease. As a dentist, it is one of the best I have been too. Would recommend.
