Fantastic experience: I posted this review on the day & it wasn't published, so second time lucky! I previously had a superb dentist in Manchester who sadly died from cancer. I moved to Cheshire and never thought that I would be happy with any other dentist. But now that Sarwana is my regular dentist I couldn't be happier. She is a fantastic dentist, caring, gentle, friendly and explains all avenues of treatment before discussing the best way forward. Added to this the support team in reception are great too, especially Laura who I have seen since registering with Beach Road. Laura remembers me each time, is a friendly welcoming face and makes sure I get seen promptly and at the time most convenient for me. All the other dentists that have treated me here have been superb too. I couldn't wish for a better practice to be with. The new reception is swish, looks great and still feels welcoming and comfortable to be in. Thanks to all, but especially to Sarwana, for me the number one dentist in Cheshire.

Fantastic experience: Beach Road is an excellent practice, all of the facilities are clean and the staff are all extremely friendly! I've had a check ups and procedures here and it has always been excellent. The reception team always greets me by name when I arrive and over the phone as well. Booking appointments is easy with their new online portal and they always make extra effort to fit me in around my shifts where possible. An extra mention for Paul, who recently examined my son's(2) teeth, I was worried that he would be scared of the process but Paul made him feel very comfortable and we didn't hear a peep!

She is incredibly polite and professional, always taking the time to explain everything clearly and put us at ease. My daughter used to really dislike going to the dentist, but since seeing Jemma, that’s completely changed—she now goes in confidently and without any fear. I’ve been a very nervous and anxious patient for years and put off going to the dentist due to an actual fear. Fantastic experience: Today I had a great experience at Beech Road Dental Practice. I was in the unfortunate position of requiring a tooth extraction. This was following the identification of an infection and a course of antibiotics. Throughout the whole process I have been cared for and looked after so well . The extraction was made so much easier by being told what was happening at each stage of the process and being consulted calmly. This made it so much easier for me and I would recommend Beech Road Practice to anyone, particularly as I was once so afraid of the Dentist and now thanks to the staff I find my experience so much easier.

Before the procedure he thoroughly informed me of all my options and patiently answered all my questions.
