Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing experience! I called the practice last minute, in excruciating pain after a problematic wisdom tooth removal done elsewhere. Jay answered the phone and, despite the short notice, kindly arranged for me to be seen the same day. I was treated by Dr. Nihil, who was incredibly gentle, patient, and thorough. He took his time to find the exact cause of the pain and provided the necessary treatment with real care and professionalism. I left feeling so much better and genuinely looked after. I honestly can’t recommend this dental practice enough — you are all AMAZING!

Fantastic experience: My experience from start to finish was great. Ash who works on reception answered the phone and offered me an appointment the same day. She was very polite. Dr Nihir was great. He explained everything really well and created a treatment plan for me and advised priority levels for each treatment I needed which helped me decide. Tanya the dental assistant was also great, she made me feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Daniel did a great job and has definitely changed my perspective of root canals as it was completely painless, which was the opposite of my experience 10 years ago. I was so nervous for my first appointment that my heart was beating so fast. I was waiting to experience discomfort but after 80mins he told me we’re were finished and there was no pain! Due to this, I almost fell asleep in my second session because I knew I was in good hands. The surgery also checked in with me the following day to ensure I was okay. Though it is very pricey, it is definitely worth it and notably contrasts to the care you receive with the NHS.

Fantastic experience: I was treated by Hina Zafar today and she was AMAZING! I was so anxious about my teeth before I came and she kept me at ease throughout the process. She was extremely kind and went above and beyond for me. Hina told me exactly what I needed for my teeth and gave me really good advice. The service was excellent and Hina was extremely professional. I’m now excited for my next appointment with Hina! Thank you for getting rid of my anxiety and giving me an amazing experience! ❤️

Negative experience: Not a fan of this clinic. I think the prices are too high for their services. I had to get an emergency appointment for wisdom tooth pain and the experience felt quite rushed and impersonal. This was my first time at this dentist and I don’t think I’ll be back. In terms of pricing I think the prices are quite high and they are eager to book you in for further appointments without helping you understand the process which is unhelpful. Overall I didn’t enjoy my experience and I think I’ll be returning to my dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had my initial consultation for impacted wisdom tooth removal today with Dr Anisha, who was both super professional and very friendly. The atmosphere in the clinic in general is great, including lovely reception desk, very high level of customer service and they're well organised. I picked this clinic intentionally, because I wanted someone very experienced and knowledgeable about wisdom teeth procedures, who would also accordingly accommodate my fairly rare autoimmune disease and its impact on treatment. Dr Anisha exceeded my expectations, I'll update this review after the procedure, but the fact that I'm looking forward to it rather than dreading it should speak for itself

Fantastic experience: Hina is very thorough in periodontal treatment and instructions to follow up. Thanks Hina Dr Nazia Din took out opposite wisdom teeth on the same day with ease, she made sure I was always clear on what's going on. The healing process was speedy and better than the other 2 times I had wisdom teeth taken out! Positive experience: Good dentists who explain the procedure and costs well, though I would double check these afterwards when paying at reception as the lady unintentionally will try to charge more. Another suggestion I would make is try to answer the phones in a reasonable time frame as they don’t seem like they have someone on reception full time - the amount they charge I would have thought this is an easily absorbable cost. Otherwise I would recommend and have been back a few times now.

Fantastic experience: I had a hygienist with Dr Mira and general consultation with Dr Anisha. Both were super lovely and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The appointments were really informative and not rushed at all. They were both friendly and lovely I would highly recommend their service.

Negative experience: cannot recommend this dentist in good conscience for 2 major reasons. 1) they removed half my molar without consent, and provided a "tooth build up" neither of which was on the dental plan they provided me with, this came after lying about what my booked treatment was for. A root canal. this turned out to be false and instead removed half a molar leaving me unable to use half my mouth for the last 4 months. 2) receptionist consistently lies about prices of treatments with hidden additional fees applied at their own leisure. after attempting to get the damage they inflicted repaired I've been left in the dark trying to find alternative more respectful dentists. (private patient) the hygienist side is actually really good and respectful. with clear open and honest communication.

Fantastic experience: I am not registered with this dental practice, I phoned today Saturday 15th , I needed an emergency appointment. I was given one in the afternoon. I had an excellent experience, the dentist Dr R Raza was charming , efficient and repaired my front tooth . Everyone at the surgery were very polite. and helpful. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I have a severe dental phobia, and hadn't been for 20 years. This year I decided I probably should get my teeth checked out, and I'm so glad I chose to do it here. As I walked in for my appointment, I was terrified. If it wasn't for Laura on reception I wouldn't have been able to go through with it. But she was so friendly, patient and welcoming that I managed to make it. I had my check up with Jay and he was also really kind and explained everything he needed to do. Unfortunately, but as expected, after my appointment I needed further appointments for treatment. The team I met here were also brilliant. By the time I got to my last treatment appointment I was so at ease that I didn't mind they declared I needed to come back again for another check up! I am so proud of myself for managing to get through it all and overcome my fears. Many thanks to all of the team for supporting me along the way.

The receptionist immediately helped me feel calm with her professional and caring response. They saw my daughter immediately and took great care of her. They were kind and friendly, and the staff helped her feel comfortable while they processed to address the problem. I am so grateful that we called and would highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I had such an amazing experience at Marsh Lane Dental Practice. I needed a same day appointment as a new patient and was seen within the hour. The reception team was so lovely and welcoming, I think her name was Laura. Dr. Anisha and Nurse Rodica were exceptional, kind, easy to talk to, and incredibly calming/upbeat. Negative experience: Went after a night pain, was reviewed by Jay and we agreen to go through root canal treatment. Went few days to Stanmore branch and started the root canal treatment, few hours later my tooth broke and booked another appointment to review it and been told after all these days that better not to go through the treatment and better to remove the teeth. I guess its measure twice and cut once. I should've got a review at first appointment not days later. Not professional at all. I will need to find another solution not at your clinic. Really disapointed.

Negative experience: I asked to take out a wisdom tooth and have a deep clean on my gums all around paid 20 pounds deposit and 550 or something took my wisdom out and was said come for a deep clean that was all in with the 550 570 range I asked for the same person who took my wisdom out but I had someone else she just clean half and then says can't do the other side and asked for 170 more when I've already paid all so 170 was to clean the other side whilst I was been told a full clean and I paid in advance
