Fantastic experience: Kenton Dental have been really good and professional. I highly recommend them. A small example of how nice they are. I had a hygienist appointment and traffic was really bad. They squeezed me in at the end of the day. The receptionists are really lovely and helpful.

Negative experience: I went there cos the reviews, the dentist was a nice lady i am not 100% about the treatment results, also one of the receptionist really rude ....first time ever I hear you can't pay for a deposit for a cleaning appointment you have to pay full amount....so difficult to find a dentist in London

Fantastic experience: Extremely professional practice. From point of contact with reception through to dentist I was initially terrified of going to the dentist. When I first went i met lovely Mary. She assured me they could help me overcome my fears. I met Ahmed. And with his expert knowledge and patience I went on a very long journey of treatment. Because of my fear i hadnt been for so long and needed a great deal of work.Implants and a lot of other work, The finished result was all very natural) Ahmed gave me back my smile and personality/confidence. I shall be for ever grateful. When I first went I had to have sedation . Now recently i had root canal with just a local injection. For me this in the past was unthinkable. I cannot recommend Ahmed enough. Thank You Ahmed

Fantastic experience: I had a regular check up and also had an appointment to see the hygienist. All the staff at the Kenton Dental Centre are excellent including the receptionists. This is in addition to my previous review above. The surgery is now open after lock down and I had to ring the surgery this week as I have been experiencing pain in my teeth and gums. The dentist who I spoke to was very helpful as from my dental records noticed my problems in the past have been from sensitivity. He advise precisely what I can do to alleviate the pain in my mouth using mouthwash and sensitive toothpaste and it has now greatly improved. Many thanks

I was so impressed with her treatment & professionalism. My teeth are now shiny white & I can only hope that I was as gentle in the treatment of my patients, as she was with me.

Fantastic experience: I have recently had a complex upper jaw double implant completed by Dr Ahmed Mahammed. I have been extremely pleased with all the work that has been done and especially pleased with the final result. Very professional service and I have always understood how things have been progressing, the issues being addressed and the treatment plan… and always feel encouraged to ask questions and discuss ways forward. The clinic is very well equipped, communication works very well and is all handled by Mary, Treatment Coordinator. Of course, private dental treatment for implants is expensive but it is comparable to other clinics and I am very happy with the service.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous Dental Surgery from the Reception Management to the Dental Nurses and the Dentists themselves. Been coming here regularly for longer than I can remember and when I have an unfortunate emergency always accommodated. Highly recommended (if you can get on their list). I had to pay a fairly substantial amount but if my teeth ok for another six months, it's worth it.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place for any dental problem no matter how small or complex. My whole family are looked after by Ahmed the dentist and he has been absolutely amazing. I have a son with complex medical needs and had all his primary dental care at Guys and St Thomas hospital and when he was discharged from children’s services , I couldn’t find a dentist to match the level of care he had until we used Kenton Dental Centre and in particular Ahmed. I have just had two wisdom teeth removed and the service was excellent from A to z! More important Kenton Dental Centre are by far cheaper than anywhere I have found. I Truly recommend to anyone. Negative experience: I've been a customer here for around 15 years. I must say that I've always enjoyed coming to the surgery. The receptionist are always very polite and my hygienist one of the best in the business. Yesterday I've had a very shocking experience. I needed a professional signature from someone or a business owner that I've known for more than 2 years, just a signature on the back of a passport photo. A formal request from His Majesty Passport Office, surprisingly I have been told that the new owners don't do this anymore. Come on, have we lost all sense of morality and loyalty. Is it really all about profiteering. How can we boast about how much we are contributing to our community and also supported such senseless changes to our policies. Isn't that hypocrisy. On the same day I've also visited my doctor and my local chemist. Both practices I've been using for as long as I've been living in Kingsbury. To be given the same good news. I t appeared that we are loosing the true meaning of community spirit and have been failing to deliver the services that matters most. Have to ask myself, would I really want to keep supporting your business?
