Fantastic experience: This surgery sees children on the NHS. Adults are a private patient service. Having said that, my child received professional care and very friendly service from the dentist. The premises are very clean and the receptionist was very welcoming.

Her face had become severely swollen due to an infection caused by a tooth, and, unfortunately, our registered dental practice was unwilling to accommodate her as an emergency case. Positive experience: Had a wisdom tooth out a week ago - have been in agony for whole week - refused an appointment on Tuesday to get it checked- finally seen on Friday & prescribed antibiotics! Should have had these on day one - not a happy bunny - I'm still in pain after 30 hours of antibiotics!

Negative experience: Horrible service / lack of patient care. You are just a number. Negligent dentist nearly cost me a tooth. Robotic and rude front of house. You can rarely get through to them via the phone, so when you seek to advise you cannot make your appointment and they don’t answer or respond to your voicemail… they bar you from receiving future treatment. I went face to face to try and reach an amicable solution but was told to “send an email”. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have had the most amazing experience at this surgery. The dentist has been brilliant and especially sensitive to my needs as I have been a nervous patient. Whenever I struggled to cope with certain parts of the process she would take time out to calmly explain and work with me the way it suited me offering breaks when need be. She was happy to spend longer to finish the treatment if it meant I was more comfortable and calmer to get through it. This really helped me feel more confident knowing my dentist would listen and understand problems I have and work with me with minimal anxiety. I would gladly recommend this surgery based on my personal experience over the last few weeks with Mrs Keshvi Patel.

Negative experience: Happy that i plucked up the courage to go to the dentist. The hygienist did a good job, but the dentist was very average. After not been to the dentist for a long while, i didnt know what to expect but was asked 'What can i do for you? I was a new patient, here for a check, obviously. It was my first visit to the practice so i expected the dentist to be more interested rather than ask me what i wanted. There were no questions about me, when did i have my last check? So they dont wanna know? X-Rays were taken along with a brief explanation about my teeth and there were no problems thankfully. But she didnt seem bothered. I was in for a mere 10 mins and told to come back in 12 months. The opticians would definitely not ask 'What can i do for you?' They know exactly what needs to be done and asks the required questions to understand the patient.

Negative experience: Terrible experience, from start to finish. Called at 08:30 (their opening hours according to the website), and could only leave a voicemail, with a "we're closed for lunch" message. They really open at 09:00. When I finally got through, receptionist was dealing with other calls at the same time as talking to me, and assumed I was already registered. Everything was very rushed. Then I am told that I can only get an appointment 2 months from now. No, thank you.
