I was very impressed by the care and extent of his treatment and would like to thank him sincerely for this. Fantastic experience: I phoned Chiswick Dental for emergency appointment, as I was in pain, the person I spoke to booked me an appointment with in two hours. I was very pleased with the quick response and the compassion that she showed. When I got to the surgery the dentist was profissional and thorough, she made me feel that I was in safe hands, very good customer service all over.

An excellent caring ‘Tooth Doctor’ was understanding and, very, caring, of this, nervous, ‘patient’, carefully assessing and examining his ‘fangs’ and, carefully, treating them. Everything was, very, simply and clearly, explained and future work/works outlined and organised. I’ll, unfortunately, but with my nerves reassured, be back!

Negative experience: I visited Chiswick Dental a few weeks ago for a routine check-up and left feeling very disappointed and skeptical about the service provided. I was diagnosed with two cavities and quoted £215 each for the treatment — a price I found extremely excessive. I decided to wait and sought a second opinion from my trusted dentist in Italy, who informed me that one of the supposed cavities was actually just a simple erosion and did not require any drilling or intervention. Additionally, I paid £89 for a dental cleaning that did not feel effective at all. My teeth didn’t feel particularly clean afterward, and only then was I told that a more thorough cleaning would cost extra. It’s disappointing that £89 doesn’t even cover a proper cleaning — something that should have been clearly communicated upfront. To add to the frustration, my husband also had a check-up at Chiswick Dental and was told he needed a gum treatment. Concerned, he too got a second opinion in Italy, where — after a proper cleaning — his dentist confirmed there was absolutely no need for any gum treatment. . We won’t be returning and cannot recommend it based on our experiences.

Fantastic experience: I first attended this practice some years ago in Chiswick Health Centre, under the excellent care of Dr Laura Wade - until she took maternity leave, and I missed her very much. (I was delighted to see that she has returned). I am loving this new practice - a beautiful spacious, well designed and comfortable suite. I am now under the care of Dr Shreeya Chauhan, who is fantastic and who also gives me excellent care - I couldn’t ask for better. Also, the dental nurses here are all charming, skilled and gracious. In the meantime, I have also been treated for a good few years by Dr Christos Zervas, the excellent Implantologist - who is currently working on my 6th implant! I couldn’t fail to include in my praise the wonderful Reception staff - notably Sabel and Maddie - always welcoming, efficient, kind and helpful. They are adorable and I love them. Last but not least - the Managerial force, Maria and Bitte, both wonderful - always friendly and supportive. I couldn’t be a happier patient or ask more from a Dental practice - so chuffed.

Fantastic experience: My dentist noticed the enamel on my teeth was worn down. He showed me on the camera so I could see the indentations. He suggested a composite coating to protect my teeth. It sounded very sensible to me so I booked in and had them done recently. It wasn’t painful and I’m grateful to him for suggesting and doing what felt like a very sensible thing to do. I’m very grateful for this practice and so glad they are here doing what they do.

Fantastic experience: I had a really positive experience with Chiswick dental. I had Invisalign with dr Gajen Pathmanathan and he has absolutely transformed my teeth, they look incredible! Bita was very helpful at informing me about the treatment and ensuring I was happy, I couldn’t recommend enough.

Positive experience: What’s the problem with this Dentist .? Need a hygienist appointment for my husband. Except for Wednesdays which is not possible for us no appointment until the end of March. Fantastic experience: I have been having my aesthetic treatment with Dr Pooja Sedha for few years now and every time I receive very professional services. She is very caring and takes her time explaining all procedures. The reception team are always really helpful and professional.

Negative experience: Coming to an appointment on time and being told after 10' that the hygienist will see me for 15' instead of 30' is just unacceptable. The appointment was prepaid. We never had a good experience with the team behind the desks. Too much paperwork, no efficient secretarial support, phone lines not well attended. They are not constructive. This is a practice which might be backed by a private equity and is clearly not driven by patients care. It is not friendly. We will change practice.

Fantastic experience: I definitely would like to recommend this Dental clinic. ALL the staff and the doctors take really good care of you, they speak and chat to know more about you, your eating habits, oral hygiene, type of toothpaste, there is an extreme attention to detail, when to come back - you can book in advance - to organise your personal calendar. The Reception / Administration call you and email you reminders in advance about your appointments, if it may need to postpone, etc. I would highly recommend Dr. Maria Paz Guerrero and Dr Alam, - extremely good hygienists and of course, I would also highly recommend Dr. Laura Wade, who check that your oral health stay in good shape too. Very grateful for their care during these 15 years? the service deserve a is 10 STAR!

However I want to give the upmost praise to the lady who works on reception I believe her name is serbella (so sorry if that’s wrong I’m sure you will all know who I mean ) this lady has been at the practice many years going back to the health centre . Highly professional and personal she was and is amazing. Dentist are of a high quality. And sorted out the root canal problem. Fantastic experience: I have attended this dental practice for very many years and have always had the benefit of excellent and very skilful treatment from Doctor Sean Farrell. My satisfaction is proven by the fact that even though I have moved away from the area I am happy to travel to Chiswick when I need dentistry. I have also had some implant surgery performed by the specialist Doctor Christos Zervas which was executed with minimum discomfort a completely successful outcome. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I am 66 years old and I’ve had a few dentists in my life, but this Dentist practice is by far superior to anything I’ve ever experienced friendly professional clean positive always a superb experience.

Positive experience: This was my first time visiting and I could not see the company name outside the building when I arrived. I went in and asked the 2 reception girls if it was Chiswick dental and the response felt a bit like an eye roll… yeah. I was then asked to fill out a form , and I did but missed that it was two pages and not just one. I was told to fill out the back as well and I just feel that perhaps getting off the chair and properly welcoming a new customer and just point out things about the form and speak up and crack a smile would have been nice. I didn’t feel welcome. Never mind but not a great first impression. The place is fresh and clean but I don’t understand why there has to be ugly uncomfortable chairs rather than nice seating and perhaps some plants in the waiting area. Dr Farrell received me and did a really thorough check up and I felt well cared for . I have booked another appointment with the hygienist and we shall see how that goes. For now it’s an overall 3 star review although Dr Farrell gets a 4. He just did a check up and no intervention.

I've had several fillings, an implant and just now I've had my teeth whitened. They were looking quite stained and now I've got full control of how 'white' I want them to go! Fantastic experience: It all started with my enquiries with the lovely Bita. She explained me how the retainers Invisalign works the benefits of wearing them etc etc and then it continued with the hard work of the excellent dentists, Dr Path and her assistant Maya who assisted me for the whole year. They are super professional, friendly, very attentive and they help you with all the queries. Your teeth can’t be in safer hands!

Fantastic experience: DR Rihanna is extremely gentle and kind and super skilled doctor, highly recommend her to anyone who has a fear of dentist chair. However, the tooth she has taken out I told Dr Farrell many times of the problem, and he simply ignored it

Negative experience: Clean and professional and always feel in safe hands , only criticism is time 75 pounds for 20 to 25 minutes seems average value to me . Personally appointments only a few years ago generally seemed more like 40 mins and a much deeper clean at other hygienists

Negative experience: I WAS a patient of your clinic. The review is genuine, and it is shameful how you have chosen to reply to it. I have had treatment with my family here for about a year and had some very poor-quality dental care, which made us leave for of us have had another clinic. Ultimately, I was forced to pay almost £2000 to remedy the poor work I received here. All they care about is your money and not your health.

I have seen many dentists over the years and I can say that Dr Farrell is heads above the rest. He has a very caring approach and instills me with confidence. He ensures that the work he does on my teeth are for long term preservation. I cannot sing his praises enough.
