Fantastic experience: Absolutely 5/5 My daughters and I just had a fantastic experience with the amazing, kind and professional dentist Dr. Sarika and her lovely assistant. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and made us feel completely at ease. The office was clean, modern, and very organized. Dr. Sarika took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire procedure. You can tell that this clinic genuinely care about their patients, especially towards children. For the first time my daughters are looking forward to the next appointment :)

Fantastic experience: Just had my hygienist appt with Aleksandra and Sabita( hope that’s the correct spelling!) Really great. I have nerve damage which makes the experience painful and stressful. They are both very caring and careful. Accommodated my issues last appt, rescheduled for today. No pain, no stress- lovely clean teeth! Thank you ladies! Great experience.

Fantastic experience: I totally recommend this surgery for first class treatment. I have been going for many years and Dr Nicola Gore has been such a good dentist, performing both routine and complex treatments, also cosmetic dentistry and cleaning. She is always updated with latest treatments and technologies available and clearly explains the options. She always puts the patient at ease and even when something has been a bit painful she has done the best to help make it easier. If there is anything not in her specialisms she has referred me to other quality dentists. All of the nursing team too are so friendly and caring. To anyone nervous of going to the dentist I would say go straight to Dr Gore, she is a professional you can trust.

Fantastic experience: After not visiting the dentist for over a year, Dr Nicola Gore & her assistant did an amazing job of easing my nerves and being informative in helping me understand some of the issues with my oral health. My friends, I've just spent an hour in a chair with someone peering into the darkest recesses of my mouth, and somehow, I left with a smile – both literally and metaphorically. Gone are the days of stoic suffering; modern dentistry offers a gentle, informed touch. Visit 1 - As someone who has been dental phobic for many years I can only wholeheartedly recommend the practice. I've just had two fillings done (didn't sleep all night last night out of sheer worry!) and, well, I'm frankly amazed at how smoothly the treatment went. Dr Nicola Gore and her wonderful colleague did everything possible to ease my nerves, ensured I was properly numbed and were very patient with my anxieties. Since joining HWDP the experience has been overwhelmingly positive and the service and staff are top notch. I no long have a fear of being in the seat and it's in part due to HWDP. I'm gonna miss them, but I hope I don't see them again (for obvious reasons! haha)

Fantastic experience: My experience in the last few months at this dental practice has been nothing but amazing. All members of staff are friendly and professional, especially Dr Nirali Patel with whom I underwent many treatments like fillings, root canal and whitening. Dr Nirali Patel is very knowledgeable and has always gone out of her way to inform me not only about the treatments that I need but also how to maintain the results through proper diet and dental hygiene. I am very happy with my results and the quality of her work so I will definitely be returning for checkups.

Very efficient on the reception desk: having given you an appointment, they will phone you with a cancellation to see if you want to come in earlier. Superb dentists, in particular Dr Nicola Gore, who is friendly, gentle, and very helpful with advice. Fantastic experience: Since I had emergency appointment 2022, Weald Dental Practice is my dentist. I am mainly looked after by Dr Kavita Patel. She is lovely and trustworthy. She explain me everything I want to know. Dr Gore helped me when I had toothache crisis on same day. Receptionists are lovely and helpful.They always try to help me as much as they can. Negative experience: I am beyond disappointed and upset with the lack of customer service received by a receptionist called Gita on 14th February 2024. Her sarcastic and rude attitude has left me no choice but to write this bad review – which is something I’ve never done before. As someone who works for the NHS as well, I am appalled by the lack of care and very basic customer service skills. Judging by the sound of the other receptionist that I spoke to, after speaking to Gita, it seems like all receptionists need to be trained on how to speak to patients and treat each patient with respect.

Negative experience: I used to really like this place but since the new management took over their quality of service has degraded considerably. They try to convince you to get a dental plan with monthly payments BUT you still need to pay for the treatment separately for the first 6 months to “build up some credit”, after so many years they lost me as a customer.

Fantastic experience: I want to give if there is 6 stars i will give them. They fix my retainer instantly in no time .I want to say thankyou very much docter Dev and the receptioniest for amazing service, highly recommended .

Negative experience: Just registered as private patient . Deposit paid for my appt. Then receive a cancellation email an hr before my scheduled slot which I took time off work for. No apologies No reason . Just cancelled. If you as a private patient cancel within 24hrs you loose the deposit. If they cancel you get an unprofessional cancellation email. Won't be booking here again.

Negative experience: Unpleasant staff, not worth spending your money with them. They booked me incorrectly, gave me attitude and didn’t apologise, all the while the error was on their part.

I play music in my headphones to avoid listening to the drilling, I have the numbing cream before any injection and they are very happy to accommodate my needs. Great service.

When I found myself with severe tooth ache, I booked an appointment and got seen very quickly and discovered I needed some work done. Dr Ali Gowie, what a credit he is to the team. He deals with the issue, does not get hung up on the cause and just wants to get the job done, while also giving advice to try to prevent future issues. I had to have a pretty intense procedure done, but it was honestly the most relaxed I had been in a week or two. I was listening to music and had my eyes shut while he was working so I did not feel anything that made me feel uncomfortable in any way, which is impressive considering I had two teeth removed. I definitely recommend this dental practice to anyone, they could not be any better.

Dr shahid and her nurse took their time to reassure me, they were extremely patient and gentle with me as I was very nervous due my fear of dentists. All the stains on my teeth that I was insecure about were removed and I left feeling great about my smile. 10/10 I couldn’t recommend this practice enough!

I was treated by Dr Zoh and Nurse Emma and as someone who usually hates sitting in a dentist chair for hours i was very pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they made me feel, and all the efforts they went to, to make me feel at ease and satisfied. I went in with a nasty Chip in my tooth and after a very through examination, Dr Zoh gave me a very detailed set of options and the Pros and Cons of each. For the first time i felt like i knew what i was signing up for. This is a level of professionalism that is rare and these guys have it in spades.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff, Warda is very knowledgeable she advised me on how to maintain my gums and teeth going forward. I will definitely be going there again and would recommend to anyone living in the area.

Negative experience: Only 15 minutes of hygiene cleaning job when paid for 30 min. Also she asked me to come again for second session for deep cleaning.. What rubbish!
