Fantastic experience: As soon as I walked into the practice I felt comfortable and welcome the two receptionists were so friendly and made me feel at ease. They answered any questions o had and reassured me that the dentist was lovely. When I went into the treatment room the dentist was so warm and friendly she explained everything clearly to me and didn’t rush the appointment. I had an x ray ans she showed me the picture clearly explaining what everything meant. I’m so glad I found this dentist. Ans I cannot recommend them enough.

This put me at ease from the moment I stepped into the quaint building. The dentist talked me through the x-ray results and worked out a treatment plan which I can do according to my time schedule and finances. Fantastic experience: Had to have a crown fitted and Resmi was fabulous throughout the process. She explained everything that needed to be done at each appointment. She also came to the rescue, seeing me same day, to replace a front tooth I knocked out in an accident last year. You wouldn’t know the difference from my own tooth. Very pleased!

The dentist was very reassuring and explained my treatment completely. I have to have some follow up treatment which would normally make me a bit nervous, however I have no apprehension about it due to the level of treatment i have already received.

Fantastic experience: Emergency root canal treatment required before a trip overseas. The whole process from start to finish was handled with great care, was quick and pain free! Dr Resmi and her team are brilliant with both adults and children and really try to make it a fun and comfortable environment for children to not be afraid of seeing the dentist. Fantastic experience: called last minute for an appointment and got one. arrived and was met by friendly staff. saw dentist and had a sit down 10 min chat which was very informative. didn't need a scan i had paid for. Had the fee refunded, no questions asked.

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal procedure due to a painful tooth. These things are never pleasant but they made me as comfortable as possible- in the evening I had no pain once the anesthetic wore off which I was surprised about. All in all a much better experience than expected !

Fantastic experience: I have a phobia about the dentist, as o have had a bad experience when I was a child. The experience left me traumatised. I cannot stand to hear the drilling or any machinery whilst waiting so I wear headphone or wait outside. All the staff do their utmost to put me at ease and constantly checking on me throughout my time there making my experience less stressful. I am always grateful for the way I am put at ease. I further attended a week later for a filling… o cannot thank them enough for their kindness and care, putting me at total relax and thinking of me all whilst doing what they needed to do. I am very grateful. I would recommend you go if you are as anxious as me. Thank you MHD care.

Fantastic experience: Really great service from this surgery. The dentists are great and have done a great job for me recently. The staff are also really friendly and welcoming especially Kaz on reception. I can’t recommend them highly enough, thank you all. David

Negative experience: Unreliable and charge excessive fees for treatment that wouldn’t last longer than 6 months. The first time I was let down, I wasn’t informed my dentist wasn’t in that day and was sat waiting to see her after the hygienist. It was only then that they informed me she wasn’t in! The second time her flight was cancelled so she cancelled short notice. When I eventually saw her, she was rude saying my teeth were a disgrace and said I needed a filling at £450. After the way she spoke to me and speaking to other clients, I got a second opinion at BUPA, they recommended a completely different treatment and complimented me on the condition of my teeth! How can they say that the same week the other lady said my teeth were awful? Avoid if you don’t want to be ripped off, be spoken to in a derogatory manner and be let down at short notice. My neighbour, Debbie Townsend also got quoted £450 for 2 fillings, she didn’t like how rude the dentist was either and didn’t feel the work was necessary so she went elsewhere for a second opinion, her new dentist said she definitely didn’t need the fillings!!! Again, same dentist same fake treatment! As I never allowed them to do the dodgy treatment I requested a refund for the deposit I paid in good faith only to be refused as I didn’t go through with the work. They have refused to refund my deposit and haven’t apologised for the rude dentist. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Negative experience: Absolutely abysmal. Decided to NOT let some patients know they no longer do NHS !!!! I am now without a dentist.. greed!

Fantastic experience: I am nearing the end of my many dental appointments with Resmi , I can honestly say that I never thought I would be happy to sit in a dental chair, Resmi is amazing, along with her dental nurse, I was in the chair for a couple of hours today, maybe longer! I can honay say that for the first time in many, many years I’m happy to smile!! Here’s to getting the final work done to achieve my perfect smile!! Thank you Resmi and Team!!

Fantastic experience: As a very nervous patient I put off regular visits until there was a problem. After a weekend of agony I was seen within 24 hours upon reaching out and the treatment eased my pain (and my fear of the chair) almost instantly, follow up appointment (extractions) was over before I knew it and even received aftercare calls. Negative experience: Found the new dentist to be very rude, didn’t remove his mask while talking to me. He also said the previous splint I had hadn’t been done properly although it was done at this dentist. Would not recommend this dentist to anyone was very disappointed. I had made my feelings clear with a complaint but the response I received basically was saying i’m not believed and how fantastic they are. I left the practice in tears feeling insecure and wouldn’t wish anyone else to have to through what I have been through. Avoid !
