Fantastic experience: Really friendly dental practice. I'm a super nervous patient and all of the staff are really kind and understanding. They go above and beyond explaining my dental diagnoses, even when no treatment is required. (My dentists knows how stressed I am, based on gum striations from brushing , she's basically Sherlock Holmes/Bones.) It's really rare for dentists, hygienists, receptionists and all other staff to be so friendly and helpful. I moved 75 miles away, a few years ago, and I still choose to be treated here. I think that's the highest recommendation I can give.

Fantastic experience: Having been a patient of Dr Rosida Dowlut at Aspects Dental for several years she once again brought all her skills to the forth when I reported in with a broken tooth. Fantastic experience: I have had an exceptional experience being treated by Aspects Dental. Everyone is friendly and willing to take time to explain not just any treatment plans but also ensure I am comfortable with each step and even discuss more generic dental queries I may have using plain English in place of technical terms. The guys in reception are not only very welcoming but will ensure that any issues or concerns are resolved - they are a great advert for the practice. My wife and I are very glad we decided to become patients there - the difference from our previous negative experience with dental practices is amazing.

Fantastic experience: I have a sensitive spot in my gum but it is difficult to determine what the cause it. The doctor was very patient and helpful. She examined it carefully twice, explained all possibilities and referred me to a specialist. All the time she was most kind, patient, friendly and responsible. Fantastic experience: Absolutely excellent service. The response, communication and support for my complex dental issues could not have been better. The initial telephone response to my enquiry was informative and reassuring. The appointment was arranged within 24 hours. The visit was welcoming and educationa, with options presented on my potential treatment paths. An initial course of action was agreed; X-ray and teeth moulds taken; and return appointment within one week. The efficiency, communication were only surpassed by the warm nature of the staff I encountered. Excellent!

Fantastic experience: I moved to Aspects after getting my braces fitted elsewhere. Aspects took me on even though I had started my braces journey and have been amazing since. Viren explains your full treatment plan so clearly, which helps you make informed decisions throughout the process. He always talks you through what he is doing each visit, which I imagine would be very helpful for anyone who is a little nervous about treatments at the dentist. All staff members are super friendly and lovely.I have already recommended friends and will continue to do so.

Fantastic experience: Dentist appointment with Viren yesterday. Always a very thorough examination with discussion about any changes from the previous visit. Happy to explain any aspect and when looking at teeth is very gentle and patient. The receptionists are always efficient and make you feel very welcomed. Since joining the practice as a very nervous patient a few years ago my gum health has also improved dramatically. Can highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Amazing practice, friendly staff, brilliant service and after care.

Negative experience: If you are a nervous patient, please read my review. Do not go to Aspects Dental. I came here initially for my hygienist appointment a year ago and I remember thinking the hygienist and hygienist assistant were really kind and patient, so I decided to choose aspects as my main dental provider (just so you know, both of those members of staff no longer work there, which I learned later) Unfortunately, I was disappointed by my visit to Aspects this time. I let them know that I'm a nervous patient and have had a few health issues that they needed to be mindful of. The receptionist assured me that Dr Rosida was specifically suited for nervous patients, and that I had nothing to worry about. I was asked to fill in a regular intake form, in addition to a Nervous Patient form which asked me to go into depth about my conditions, worries and concerns. It took me about 40 minutes to complete everything and I tried to give as much detail as possible. Going into the appointment was terrible. I sat down to speak to Dr Rosida about my health issues that she needed to be mindful of and it was as if she was hearing them for the first time upon meeting me. She seemed confused - it was clear she had not read any of my intake form. When I let her know I was a nervous patient, this also seemed news to her. She didn't do anything to allay my fears, such as explain what was going to happen or what to expect. When I told her she needed to be gentle on certain places she said 'okay well I have to touch your mouth so it's unavoidable really'. It felt like there was a distinct lack of patient care. She had also advised me to visit the hygienist at their practice every 3 months for the foreseeable future which was shocking and seemed a little overkill. She also asked me to stop drinking herbal teas (despite using a straw for them). When I told her I needed them to ad some of my health issues she said 'can you ask your dietitian to not prescribe you them'. When I told her I was prescirbed a toothpaste my a NHS dentist for a condition, and she needed me to use another kind she said 'there's not much else we can do about it, maybe try this one'. Overall just a poor attitude to show if someone is already a nervous patient. This experience was so bad that I had to ask for my scans from the practice and re-register with a different dentist. Comparatively, the treatment in patient care and the examination overall were night and day. My new provider looked after me during the consult and made sure to be communicatve of everything to expect - the receptionist was also much more helpful. They also advised one hygienist appointment, not 4 like Rosida had. They also spelled my name wrong multiple times despite me letting them know how to spell it, and having spelled it multiple times on my intake form. It is evident they don't care about patient experience. If you are a nervous patient do not choose Aspects as your dental provider.

Fantastic experience: Really happy with my treatment at Aspects Dental surgery. Dr Dowlut was very helpful and explained throughly given me a number of different options for treatment. She was very clear and reassured throughout my appointment. I’m so glad I have my dental treatments done here. The receptionists and nurses were all friendly and I couldn’t recommend Aspects enough. Negative experience: Avoid if you are nervous about visiting the dentist. My partner had the worst experience here, even after filling out a “nervous patient form”. The form was not looked at by Dr. Rosida Dowlut - in the appointment she was brash, dismissive and condescending; especially her comments that pertained to my partners medical condition. Furthermore, she pushed for more expensive procedures to which - after visiting a dentist with more recent patient care awards than Aspects - we were told actually weren’t even necessary. Oh and they repeatedly spelled my partner’s name incorrectly after being corrected, multiple times and acknowledging this.

Fantastic experience: I'm still a nervous patient but they have really put me at ease at every appointment. I have attended all appointments because they have gained my trust and don't make it feel like an ordeal. I never thought I would look forward to these appointments but I actually do and I'm looking forward to the plans we are making for future treatment. Great team thank you.

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient and the service I received was very kind and caring from receptionist, dental nurse and dentist .i have even attended follow up appointments and from only just a few visit the receptionists know me by name. It’s the small details. The dental nurses I’ve had, have been super kind and the dentist has the patients of a saint dealing with me, explaining everything clearly and concise which I really appreciate. I wish I had found them years ago. Worth every penny.

Negative experience: I was sent by my pwn dentist for a consultation regarding the viability of a tooth for root canal treatment. I was expecting a more in-depth investigation than the x-ray my own dentist had already performed. I was disappointed by the investigation i received. The dentist who I saw performed an repeat x-ray and provided me with treatment plan and costing. When I booked the appointment the possibility of a CAT scan to provide a more detailed look at the tooth was mentioned but was not done. The investigation was no more than my own dentist had done and cost me £100. The letter sent back to my dentist did not provide answers to the question they asked them to investigate. I was very disappointed by the service provided and feel the cost was excessive for what was carried out.

Fantastic experience: I was referred by my NHS dentist to Aspects Dental for my first experience of having an implant. Initially I was very nervous but everyone there helps put you at ease from the time you are greeted by Matt and Mitesh on reception desk through to being treated by Dr Pankhania and his nursing staff. I ended up having a second round of implants and again everyone at Aspects Dental helped to make the experience as easy as possible. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Aspects Dental to have a tooth extracted under sedation as I'm so nervous at the dentist. From a very friendly welcome on my first visit and lots of information as to what will happen on the day of the extraction, I was made to feel at ease and in safe hands. The day of the extraction all went very well (not that I remember much) but thank you very much for your help and care.

Fantastic experience: After a few nightmare experiences at NHS dentists I decided to go private, BEST decision ever. It started with my partner suffering from very sensitive teeth problems which prompted me to refer him to good dentist then Murphy’s law, I needed to go too. My partner had quiet a bit of work done and so did I, both were super impressed by the professionalism, quality work, amazing service and results. Yes it’s expensive but what is your health worth? We are both on a private medical plan via our employers so that’s helps. During the pandemic I had to go twice and again service was outstanding, spacesuits and all. Jan on reception is always so friendly and helpful. I can honestly say I feel part of the Aspect family.

Fantastic experience: Very smooth and efficient running dental surgery. I was referred to aspects, as they have state of the art 3D scanning equipment, which was very impressive. I had a very bad infection in one of my front teeth, my main dentist was keen to take it out but I went to see Dr Anand Mistry, he is an dental surgeon specialist, in my opinion one of the best. After initial examination and x-rays, Dr Anand believed that my tooth was worth saving, I felt reassured and confidence in his abilities. It has been over a month now since I had completed the surgery, my tooth feels good, obviously nothing is guaranteed in life but I feel good. I can't thank Dr Anand enough, I was shaking his hand for a good five minutes would I recommend aspects, yes! I would definitely recommend aspects dental surgery ✅

Fantastic experience: Very clean and well organized space. I like the layout and location. The service was also professional with Dr Hardeep who was the periodontist on duty. The treatment plan were well explained though expensive but work was executed to satisfaction. I will recommend for professionalism and friendliness of staff.

She also spoke to me and gave me useful tips to keep my teeth cleaner in between appointments. A thorough examination and in depth consultation about all my teeth, the explanation was broken down so that I could really understand what was happening and why, alongside advice to help improve the health of my teeth & gums. No-one has ever gone through my teeth in this much detail & care, I felt really calm & trusting in her care. I ended up having my broken filling replaced and felt at ease throughout the whole procedure. Really pleased with the final result & look. Fantastic experience: I had a root canal at Aspects Dental and cannot say enough good things about the treatment I received. Im not a fan of going to the dentist and the words ‘root canal’ are enough to cause sleepiness nights. But when it came to it - they did a fantastic job. Can’t recommend it enough!! Big fan!

As someone who is very busy, I found this to be very efficient as a reminder or of a change to the timing of my visit. In fact my appointment was 30 mins earlier than scheduled. Fantastic experience: I have visited Aspects twice very recently - once for the hygienist (Kayleigh) and the other to see Mannish for a checkup. Both visits were outstanding. Kayleigh is thorough and very approachable for advice and to answer questions related to my dental health. I felt reassured that I was caring for my teeth and gums well and it was good to have their condition checked and advice given on how I might improve this further. Mannish was equally reassuring and my check up, as always was thorough and advice given as appropriate. The nursing and reception staff contribute to making the whole experience a really good one. As someone who has suffered from dental anxiety in the past I am so grateful for the kindness and consideration shown to me at Aspects - it also makes any treatment I have much easier to cope with, particularly as they ensure it’s virtually painless. Fantastic experience: For someone that hates the dentist due to terrible experiences as a kid, this is the only dentist I actually don’t just freeze at the door with. The staff are always very welcoming, to the point they say hi with your name before you have even spoken a word, listen to questions and actually generally care. The advice they give is not just to make money off you but just want the best for your teeth health. A dentist that is a business but with that family/ friendship feel, I totally recommend.

My overall oral hygiene had improved since I joined the clinic as a patient thanks to guidance from the team. Hands down, the best dental practice in Milton Keynes!

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be more pleased with my recent dental work at Aspect Dental. After seeing a friend’s new smile I knew this is where I wanted to go. Dr Viren Patel explained every step of my procedures, he gave me options and explained how to achieve the outcome I desired. Even when I requested changes and more work , this was met with a helpful and positive attitude. I can’t recommend Aspect Dental enough. 5 Star Service.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Aspects dental for a re-root canal treatment as my previous experience elsewhere wasn’t great. Anand and his nurses were amazing. Made me feel at ease through the whole procedure (both parts) and also dealing with both receptions were amazing booking appointments and talking to me. The team at Aspects are first class. I’ve seen a few in my time and they are all very caring and professional. I would recommend them for root canal or any procedure.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentists. Highly recommend, especially if like me you are nervous about seeing a dentist. I registered with Aspects in March as a nervous patient who had not seen a dentist in over 10 years. I was first seen by Hetal Patel who was lovely and put me right at ease. I mentioned how I had a filling that had been done about 12 years ago by my previous NHS dentist and how I'd never been happy with it and the feeling of it bothered me daily. Hetal fixed it there and then, it took about 2 minutes but its made the world of difference. A few weeks later I had an appointment with Kayleigh, the hygienist. It was a week before my wedding and she managed to get all the heavy brown stains off my teeth! I was so happy to be able to smile on my wedding day without worrying about the years of coffee and smoke stains. I've since seen Kayleigh a few more times and she's always wonderful, makes me feel comfortable and does an excellent job. I'm no longer embarrassed to smile and I don't use my hand to cover my mouth when I laugh anymore!

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been looked after by aspects dental for years and have never had a bad experience. Professional, courteous, well organised, friendly and really does feel like a family in there. You can’t say that about many places these days.

The medical staff there are very PROFESSIONAL and extremely friendly, especially Dr. Oana Alexander Omer, orthodontist, who is the best I have ever met. The Aspects dental clinic is CLEAR and TIDY, the products used are of HIGHT QUALITY and I would definitely recommend it to other people.

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency appointment and it was so easy to book online out of hours. The dentist was very clear about what they were going to need to do, and very upfront about costs. Overall a great place for a last minute emergency!

Fantastic experience: I visited in December 2022 for the 1st time at a dentist in many many years. I cried the 1st time I sat in the chair and was absolutely terrified! My dentist, Hetal, was amazing and put me at east straight away. She built a dental plan for me and over the last 10 months (and 15 visits!) I have had lots of different procedures done to get my mouth healthy..even choosing some aesthetic procedures to give me a confident smile. I would never have CHOSEN dental treatment before finding Hetal! Aspects has literally changed my life. My family cannot believe the difference in me as someone who was terrified of the dentist for 47 years - now it is hardly a second thought when I have to visit. I have truly overcome my fear of the dentist, purely down to Hetal and the team at Aspects. I could not recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for many years. The service and care is excellent. From reception through to the Denist everyone is friendly and helpful. I always need an early morning appointment to fit into my work schedule and I’m never disappointed.
