Fantastic experience: Farhim and the nurse at my sons visit were lovely very patient and encouraging. He's a difficult patient having sensory issues with ASD and ADHD but both were fantastic and really helped to keep him as calm as possible so the treatment could be carried out after a few failed attempts prior. Thanks guys keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: The best Dentist I have been too in my 70 yrs. receptionist are a great bunch of young ladies, they are professional, pleasant and helpful to patients, very obliging. No negatives. Dental nurses I’ve been involved with are proficient, pleasant and make you feel confident. And The Dentist, Obiden Rajeh is a professional young dentist, informative, tells you exactly what’s happening, informs you about the outcome of an examination, and pros and cons of treatments. And answers any questions I have. My last dentist refused to treat me because I had a back problem some of which she created, by dropping me down very fast on chair. So I was quite nervous when I eventually found this Dental Practice. I found the staff to be extremely considerate when dealing with this older lady. Would and have recommended to others. Fantastic experience: This is my second review. The one below was before this visit. I saw a lovely gentleman dentist called Obeida Rajesh and his lovely nurse Stevie. They were both absolutely brilliant and soon put me right. Many thanks to you both. The reception team were also excellent, many thanks to you all . Just got back from seeing my wonderful dentist Dr Khatiga Siddique and her lovely dental nurse. I must say they both work extremely well together. Khatiga really puts you at ease, she is so gentle no pain at all including the injection. She tells you everything's she is about to do and what to expect. I no longer worry about a dentist appointment whilst I have such a professional dentist like Khatiga and her lovely dental nurse who has obviously been trained very well. Thank you both a million. Also a shout out to the very nice receptionist that has booked me in for my next appointment with Khatiga once she is back from maternity leave. Have a great Christmas all at Victoria Dental Practice.

Fantastic experience: I am a patient here and I had to make a appointment on the same day as a piece of my tooth had broken off where a filling was. I was very surprised they managed to get in quick for 10 amthat morning . Saw a dentist called Ahmed I think it was , he was lovely. Make me feel relaxed and explained everything. He put a semi permanent filling in untill I can get in with my regular dentist i see there for a permanent filling . My usual dentist there is lama and she is great as well . She will be on maternity leave by the time I go again and im hoping the dentist who replaces her is just as nice as I am a nervous patient.

Negative experience: Had to book for an emergency dentist appointment two weeks ago. I then needed a check up appointment which they said don’t worry about booking it as you have an appointment two weeks later. They have now cancelled two days before my appointment absolute joke of a company everytime I have an appointment it’s cancelled..

Negative experience: Seriously, I'm beyond annoyed. I used to be a patient here, but because I hadn't been in for a few years, they just kicked me out. Now I'm stuck trying to find a new NHS dentist, and it's a nightmare! Seems like no one is taking new NHS patients. Thanks a lot, Victoria Dental Practice, for making it even harder to get basic dental care. Seriously disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Richard Stewart has been our whole family dentist for many years from grandparents to grandchildren he has a very calming manner and very professional as 2 of us has severe anxiety and Richard keeps us calm throughout our treatment nothing is too much trouble and no rushing. Fantastic experience: I am a really nervous patient and I have just had two separate wisdom tooth extractions and both times Ahmed Atalla was amazing! He made me feel so comfortable and reassured me the whole time. Also Kayla and Ellie helped me through my first appointment to calm my nerves and I couldn’t have got through it without them. They are all a massive asset to your team.

Positive experience: Great hygiene clean by Gemma, friendly & professional service with some good advice. Sadly, the cost is VERY high, £86 for a 20-minute appointment. Another rise in price since Rodericks took over the practice. Even the reception staff are embarrassed to tell you when you arrive that the visit has increased again. I think it has almost doubled in 3/4 years.

Positive experience: V narrow corridors for mum’s wheel chair. When we entered the ground floor surgery I could not get around the chair to support mum and she fell into the room…. Luckily dental assistant caught her! Otherwise, treatment felt thorough and professional.

Fantastic experience: I saw Janet the hygienist. As always she was professional and friendly. I feel that she genuinely cares about the health of my teeth and that her treatment is preventative.

Negative experience: Both my sister and I had separate check ups as new NHS patients, at this practice, with Surayja Bhayani. This person didn't come across as qualified or knowledgeable and changed what she thought my sister required after each appointment. My sister has two appointments. We both went back to Bupa.

Fantastic experience: Receptionists lovely. Fahim gentle and professional - gives understanding and constructive feedback too My only gripe, and it isn't the Practice's fault, (which is why I haven't deducted a star), is the ridiculous charge the outsourced private hygienists charge. Out of my price range, for sure. Please look into getting something we can afford - it's crazy!

The hygienist Jenny was also very nice and explained the procedures and aftercare. Gavin my dentist, as always was brilliant and explained where I'm at with my treatment. Bella, my dental nurse was friendly, efficient and very professional. Bella put me at ease and made sure my medical history was up to date before I left. All in all a 5 star experience

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been coming here for years as NHS patients. It's a great dentists and has got better over time. It's not hard to get an appointment and when I go to one I rarely have to wait long and the dentist and staff are friendly, courteous and do their work very well. Zero complaints! Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Had my 1st hygienist appointment here with Gemma, now ive always been scared to go to the dentist since i was a child and was nervous but gemma talked me through everything and was patient

Negative experience: Been going here for many years but I think the costs are now getting outrageous.My NHS check up with the dentist was ok (£26)as the fees are regulated, however it seems that any private treatment I.e.hygenist, fees are not regulated but these fees must be clearly visible in the reception area ??? Total cost £106.00 As with the whole retail/service industry we are been fleeced for every last penny.

Positive experience: Excellent dentists and good and efficient service, but the reason for 4 stars is the annoying tendency the practice has had of changing appointments and notifying through text messaging. In some cases the onus has been on me to rearrange another appointment. However, this is a relatively minor niggle.

Fantastic experience: I the receptionist was friendly and very professional. I was seen on time by both my dentist and hygienist.. My dentist is always very friendly, and explains how my check up went. My hygienist and her assistant were both very friendly. My hygienist explained every part of the scale and polish and is as gentle as possible. She gave be helpful advice on how best to look after my teeth. All in all, the practice is great.

Positive experience: Reception staff are pleasant, helpful and understanding. Dentists seem very busy. Their message service is the only thing letting it down. i was in the queue on the phone for 17 minutes when it said "leave a message and we'll call you back." Only to then be told the mail box for the number full. Telling me to "phone back later!" And hung up. I was only third in the queue when i was put on hold, and first when it hung me up. If that hadn't happened it would be 5 star.

Fantastic experience: My visit to my dentist, Clix, was good and I came away happy that I needed no treatment this time. The girls in the practice were polite, cheerful and ready to help if needed. Going to the dentist is a scary thing to do and the staff all help to make me more relaxed. Clix himself is very nice and reasuring, he puts me at my ease even where there are issues with my teeth.

Positive experience: Friendly dentist and staff. Quite acceptable waiting room. Due to very full bookings (and perhaps emergency treatments), the dental surgeon generally runs late for appointments; but be prepared and take a book to read!

Fantastic experience: Richard Steward is an excellent dentist, with a very caring attitude. He always answers any questions or concerns & is very thorough. He is very patient & reassuring with children, & always takes time to explain what he is going to do & what, if anything you should feel, & he shows the children what implements he will be using. It’s a shame there aren’t more NHS dentists like him. I would highly recommend to anyone & he is very good with nervous patients.

Does his best to allay my fears, explains everything fully, ensuring I understand my treatment plans and options. My appointments are mainly within a few minutes of the allocated time but if there is a delay the nurse informs me. I recommend this dentist to my friends and my family are also with this practice

Fantastic experience: Fahim greeted me politely, checked my teeth and gums carefully and listened carefully to my requests 2 double teeth were filled ( without any anesthetic) quickly and efficiently. I experienced very little discomfort and none since then. I am delighted with the treatment

Negative experience: I was registered with this practice for 20 years and they quickly struck me off after missing an appointment! I did call and explain the situation I was in afterwards but they didn’t seem to care Such a shame as it always used to be a good dental practice. I called again today as need an emergency appointment and was told I can never book with them again not even private.

Fantastic experience: Having just moved to this practice as a NHS patient I was extremely impressed. The registration process was simple, plus the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My initial examination was very thorough and I left with confidence my teeth were in good hands. I was given excellent advise on how to maintain my teeth, and cannot be happier .
