Fantastic experience: I contacted Gipsy Lane Dental Surgery because part of my tooth was broken. I was amazed that they managed to make an appointment for me the following day with Dr Gill, my personal dentist. This is remarkable considering everybody's very busy schedules. Dr Gill made a temporary repair and arranged within the same week a 2 hour appointment for a crown. I am so grateful with the professionalism and dedication of Mr Gill and the staff at the Surgery. It does show how much they care for their patients!

I travel for two hours each way from the South coast for my appointments as all the staff and care they provide is brilliant and always state of the art technology in place. Very high standards of safety protocols are in place to make patients feel very safe. Fantastic experience: Have been with this practice for over 7/8 years. Have had excellent service , be it regular check up or any treatments. Dr Randeep is very friendly, amazingly skilled and very professional. He has very good hands, keeps communicating on what is going to happen, the progress on the treatment and also what will happen next. He also shares after care plan in advance of the treatment. The overall practice is very neat. All staff is extremely helpful. Booking appointments is very easy.

Negative experience: Just got a email saying “taking on new customers” yet they admitted to me on the phone they are understaffed ‍♂️ iv been waiting for a check up and hygienist visit since April 2024 and every time say 2/3 days before my appointment they ring up and tell me they need to cancel it!! After rescheduling my appointments 3 times they called me for the 4th time and I couldn’t believe it almost a year iv been waiting and they was ringing to cancel yet again!! I just asked them to remove me from the system and called another dentist and got my appointments booked and sorted within a couple days! Terrible service. Update: you won’t be able to find me on the system as I requested you to remove me and have changed dentist now! You clearly are the dentist I’m talking about as you just said you have a new hygienist starting in May so you are clearly understaffed and I’m not stupid I’m from Reading and this review is about Gipsy lane dentist in Reading!! What’s the point in emailing for you to just tell me you are understaffed again‍♂️ if I waited till May that would of been nearly a year iv had to wait

Fantastic experience: Having moved to the coast 84 miles away, I decided to change dentists. However, unable to find a new dentist that I had faith in, offering similar services and that kept the same high standards I was used to at Gipsy Lane, means I've returned there. It might be a 168 mile round trip, but its worth every mile. They are outstanding and welcomed me back with open arms. Dr Gill continues to offer exceptional care.

My daughter had to go through the brace fitting with the practice, and I must say she was reassured and made to feel comfortable at every step, if we had any issues they would be addressed by a wonderful practice manager Amy, who is very personable. Fantastic experience: I was here for a dental implant in 2018. They always cater to patients needs. This year I had to have a root canal but was anxious about the treatment. I requested anaesthetic that was given during implant. It was arranged and I didn’t have to endure the pain at all. Ever since, I have been going here for hygenist too. Fantastic experience: My experience was very positive. The reception area was bright and airy, the reception staff friendly without being over-bearing, and the dentist I saw, Dr Randeep Gill, and his assistant, were very efficient conducting my dental examination. Fantastic experience: I visited Gipsy Lane Advanced Dental Care yesterday to have a large and broken molar removed. I had been worrying leading up to the appointment, but the dentist was very reassuring and calming, explaining exactly what was going to happen and his staff were also very kind and attentive. He numbed the area and after a very small amount of pressure told me to rinse. I thought this was just mid treatment, but the tooth was out and it was finished! I am due to return in six months time, with a view hopefully to having an implant fitted. I would not hesitate to recommend this Practice to anyone.

Despite not being a patient with the Gipsy Lane practice for some considerable time, Mr Desai made the time to perform a full check-up (and that too immediately - even though we did not have an appointment), explain the exact cause of the issue and recommend the appropriate remedial actions. Fantastic experience: A big thank you to Dr Eety Jain who saw my young daughter after she had fallen and cracked her front tooth. Fantastic experience: I suffer with epilepsy and anxiety disorder. I had a abses in my mouth. I was told by a work colleague gum disease. I started to panic and my epilepsy kicked in and had a blackout. I couldn't get help from my local dentist. So I booked with this dentist. Extremely kind staff, dentist herself very kind, a listener and gave me the courage to help with mental health problems. I will recommend this dentist to all. Sometimes you have family around you but you are scared to tell them about problems and you find comfort from others who can help you. May God bless all the team at this dentist practice.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of this practice since it first opened and as usual I enjoyed my visit. First I saw Clare, the hygienist, who tidied and cleaned up any bits I had not cleaned to her very high standard. Always a friendly chat. Then on to dentist, Hitesh, who did all the necessary tests and examinations in a most comfortable and friendly manner. I am very lucky that even in my mid 70's my dental health is good and I am confident that if I do need any help I will always receive it. If anyone has a fear or phobia about visiting a dentist that this would be the practice to go to. My costs are covered by an insurance with Denplan, which I consider to be good value for money.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Gipsy Lane for almost 30 years and am always extremely satisfied with the both the dentist and the hygienist. I always visit every 6 months for a checkup and a hygienist clean, which seems to work for me as I’ve had very little work done. When I have needed the odd filling or anything else, the treatment plan and cost has been outlined from the beginning, without any surprises. Extremely knowledgeable and always up to date with latest equipment and techniques.

Fantastic experience: The thought of the planned implants completed yesterday caused me considerable anxiety in the months before but I’m pleased to say that I was looked after very well during the procedure by Dr Desai and his team who understood my situation and were very professional and caring in every way and made the whole experience far more bearable than I was expecting.

Fantastic experience: The dentist I see here is excellent. He makes the process really calm so all nerves are taken care of and he really puts the effort in to make sure the patient is feeling OK throughout the work. The work itself is top notch. I had some work by a previous dentist rectified at this practice and they took the time and care to make sure everything was done very well. And somehow, even makes it so there is very little pain after. Recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Very impressive work done by Dr Saif Nasser on my front two teeth first tooth was dead and he performed a root canal which was pain and stress free. The second had a chip on it which he expertly made brand new again. All in time for my wedding brilliant white teeth perfect can’t stop smiling, thank you very much.

They were caring and lovely throughout the procedure and I cannot recommend them enough. Fantastic experience: When an NHS dentist said my tooth could only be extracted I got a second opinion. Hitachi was honest as ever but said he could save the tooth. That he did after some root canal and crown prep. Very gentle, kind and understanding making me feel at ease at every step. Would highly recommend.

I cannot comment on all dental practitioners at the practice, but the dental practitioner I see, Hitesh Chandegra, is very professional and kindly. Fantastic experience: I liked the fish tank as I walked in to find a very helpful and cheerful receptionist. There were very comfortable chairs in the waiting room and two nurses apologised for keeping me waiting as they were running late. The dentist explained very clearly to me about the CT scan I was about to have, carried it out as explained and showed me the results afterwards. A very pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: I was really nervous for my tooth removal but Dr Jatin Desai put me at ease, explained the procedure and the whole process was pain free. The aftercare advice was very clear and useful. I cannot thank him enough for the excellent care.

Positive experience: Generally a really good practice with excellent care and attentive practitioners. However today I was seen by a different hygienist who seemed to have a cold and was sneezing and snuffling. Also my teeth cleaning wasn't as thorough as previous occasions so I'm a little disappointed. I hope the hygienist tested for Covid before attending work.

Fantastic experience: Dr Nasser has been fantastic, I had 10 years of problems with my teeth previously trying multiple dentists. It was only after my consultations with Dr Nasser things got under control. I had multiple treatments with Dr Nasser including root-canals, crowns and some cosmetic work. All was done to a really high standard with excellent support, guidance and patience all through his work. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: One of my crowns came off Sunday evening (2 years after it was put in). I called the practice early on Tuesday and they were able to fit me in with my usual dentist that same afternoon. I took the crown with me just in case…and he was able to glue it back on for me. Explained what he was going to do and why it may have come off. I always feel I can trust what he’s doing and whilst I doubt I’ll ever enjoy going to a dentist (who does? lol) I always come away knowing I’ve been treated in as a good and caring a way as I could hope for. Would recommend to anyone looking for a really good reliable dental practice

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Gipsy lane dental practice for about 3 years. I initially went for a titanium implant and was referred by my NHS dentist. I have always found all of the staff to be very friendly, informative and caring ( I have a severe needle phobia). It is now my regular dentist as I have found their service to be much more thorough whilst only carrying out necessary work- something my NHS dentist didn’t practise so much!!! Regarding the cost of treatment for work I’ve had done , I think the difference between private and NHS practices is not too great. I would highly recommend Gipsy Lane dental practice and would like to thank them for the excellent service I’ve received

Fantastic experience: For my first visit I was made very welcome indeed. My appointment was on time and my examination with Hitesh was extremely thorough. Both Hitesh and his assistants were very engaging and focused throughout the whole appointment. We talked about my history of dental care which was all carefully noted. He did a full detailed examination, took photos which I was able to see on a screen and then x-rays. He discussed his findings and made recommendations on the way ahead for my treatment. Fantastic experience: May 2022 - My visit last week to Gipsy lane Practice for regular dental check-up and Hygienist treatment was conducted punctually and with the usual excellent efficiency. My family have entrusted our dental care to Dr Desai , Amy O'Brien and their respective teams for decades now; this despite moving home to different parts of Berkshire / Hampshire over time. We believe it is literally worth "going the extra miles" to get the best and consistently reliable treatment provided in the area. Their friendly team will be happy to answer any queries you may have. I heartily recommend you give them a call if you are looking for a dental partnership you can trust. January 2022 - I needed an emergency appointment over the Festive period. In spite of Covid infections amongst staff, including 2 Dentists, I was able to be accommodated within 72 hours. 2 calls from senior staff prior to the appointment made for a speedy diagnosis thus enabling the appropriate treatment being implemented during the appointment - now on the road to a full recovery - many thanks to Amy & Dr. Gill. This is a well run organisation - it offers clear advice about changes to Covid protocols etc on entering and leaving the premises. I have no hesitation in recommending this exemplary Dental practice having personally been using their services for more than 30 years.

Fantastic experience: Always great service from the team, particularly recently when I had a terrible toothache and Dr Saif traced the cause to a small crack in the back of my tooth. Unfortunately I was about to go on holiday so Dr Saif kindly offered to come in on the Saturday morning especially to fit an emergency temporary crown so my holiday wasn't ruined... much appreciated!!

I went to the practice as we came out of the pandemic lockdown with a very painful tooth and some developing dental problems which my regular NHS dentist was unable to treat. After a throrough examination Dr Saif put together a costed treatment plan and explained the treatments clearly at each stage in the process which were performed with much care and without unnecessary delays. I did a bit of searching and found Gipsy Lane dental care. I am really impressed with how they make you feel at ease and care about your teeth needs but account for if you nervous . Dr Nasser has worked through my remedial work and sensitivity issues and always explains the work simply beforehand, so I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Gipsy Lane Advanced Dental Care.

Positive experience: I booked a appointment with the hygienist, when I made my booking the receptionist told me twice that the price to see a hygienist is £65, to which I agreed. Once I had finished my treatment which I am happy with, the lady at reception said I need to pay £75, I questioned her but she was just not listening. she did say to me someone will call me to explain why I have been charged £10 more than what I was first told but 10 days on I have not heard anything.

Fantastic experience: Without Amy O'Brien, practice manager and hygienist @ Gipsy Lane I could have been in real trouble. I had lip damage which pharmacies and a GP misdiagnosed. Amy took one look and immediately referred me to a specialist. Thanks to Amy's dedication and fast action, now all-clear. Fantastic experience: After visiting three other dentists, it was great to find a dentist who you really trust and felt really comfortable with. Dr S. Nasser and team are brilliant. He is not only a dentist but also an artist. He does all the crafting, scratching and magic behind the scenes. He did an amazing work and i am very delighted with the end result. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Saif Nasser & Gipsy Lane enough! He's BRILLIANT and his Nurse Lillian was so kind and cheerful. I am a nervous patient but not with Dr Nasser. He explains everything and is gentle and reassuring even when removing my wisdom tooth! Sadly I have recently moved away from the area but when I was told I needed a crown I went straight back to Dr Nasser, travelling for 2 hours to have a Cerec crown fitted in one session with his wonderful machine. It was so easy, never felt the injection and all done in 2 hours. No pain afterwards either. Hopefully I won't need another crown for many years but if I do I shall be right back to see Dr Nasser - wonderful treatment by a great team.

Fantastic experience: We, as a whole family, have a really good experience with doctors. Their explanation is always clear with logical reasoning to maintain the teeth sustainably. Regular check-up is also recommended for maintenance! It has been a few years since we started to come to this Dental Care, and they treated some difficult cases very professionally and skilfully. Fantastic experience: I’ve been wanting for years to get my teeth fixed, and was ashamed to smile and lacked confidence. Working as a dental nurse for many years and being ashamed to smile didn’t really go together! I had never found the right dentist to help me as I knew it would be complicated and lengthy to give me the smile I wanted. Dr Nasser listened to my concerns and prepared a comprehensive treatment plan and assured me he could give me the confident smile I was after. Communication was excellent throughout. Great teamwork between dentist and dental nurse delivered outstanding care. Dr Gill regularly checked in with me to make sure I was doing OK. Fantastic experience: I had my first dental trauma, toothache, a couple of years ago. Dr Gill got me out of pain. Dr Reza did a brilliant painless root filling, Dr Gill was finally able do create a cerec crown which looks amazing. So a tooth which was destined to be extracted, is saved!
